Reviewing Hebrews 11–12, we see faith lived out by those who considered themselves strangers on earth, longing for the city God has prepared—and we’re called to live with the same hope and endurance today.
Full Description:
In this review of Hebrews 11–12, we reflect on the faith of those who lived as aliens and strangers, longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Their unwavering hope in God’s promises enabled them to endure hardship and fix their eyes on the eternal city whose architect and builder is God. In the same way, we are called to run with endurance, shedding sin and fixing our gaze on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, until we see Him face to face.
