Between jaw surgery recovery, losing my car, and feeling like the universe was personally plotting against me, I didn’t want to work out, create, or even show up for myself.
In this episode, I talk about the art of starting again, the blank canvas moments where you don’t know what the final picture will look like. But you get to choose every pencil line. We’ll talk about turning spirals into masterpieces, resting without guilt, finding motivation when it’s nowhere to be seen, and why better always comes when you trust the universe.
