Let's start with what's the mostcommon question we get from our guests?
Well, we get a lot of questions from ourguests, but, uh, one of the, uh, one of

the questions that we get is, uh, aboutoffers and, uh, how guests earn offers,
uh, and how that essentially works.
So, Alton, how does that work?
Just so our, our guests can understandwhat that, what that's all about.
Yeah, I mean, I would ahundred percent agree.
It's the most common question that we get.
And you know, the, the basicanswer for everybody is, is to play

with your pen play card, right?
The more you play with your card, yep.
The more benefits you're gonnareceive, the more credit you get
for your activity within the casino.
And it's important for our gueststo understand that, you know,
when you take that card outta themachine and you're playing, you're
not getting credit for that play.
And so.
We can't develop offers if wedon't know what you're playing.

Absolutely.
And Elton, you mentioned somethingabout a Penn Play card and, uh, for
everybody listening, what is that?
Yeah, so Penn Play is PennEntertainment's rewards program.
Uh, it is a amazing program that carriesthrough all of our properties across
the, the country, and it is how we trackthat play and how we reward our guests.

And so the pen play card isused at the gaming systems.
It's used in our retail outlets.
It's used at the hotel.
It, it's just a fantastictool and rewards program.
Think of it like yourDunking Rewards, right?
Absolutely.
I mean, I mean, you wouldn'tgo to Dunking and not get your
Dunking points, so absolutely.
It's the same concept.
Very, very, very cool.

So, no, I agree.
You know, when you, you go out,you get your points exactly the
same as the casino and sometimesthat's not, uh, not very well known.
And again, that's why we're here today.
To clarify that, you know, one of thethings to add Elton too, you know,
we have some incredible team membersthat work at Hollywood Casino and
they are unbelievably knowledgeable.
So one thing for me to add as well is.

Ask the people at the casino, if you'recoming in, ask the dealers, ask anybody
around, they'll be able to give youa little bit more clarity and answer
questions specific to the offers thatare available on property at that time.

And you know, again, we led with this.
We wanna talk about how folks can, canget their offers and things like that.
And it's important for people to alsoknow, not only do you need to be playing
with your card, but where you're playingand where you're using that card.

If, if you're playing table gamesconsistently, you're probably
not gonna get a lot of slotplay offers and vice versa.

And now Mark, you know, uh, uh, one ofthe things, the other questions that
I get were get related to offers a lotis I didn't get anything in the mail.
And so what, what am do I have offers?

You absolutely have offers.
You know, these days when you look,again, we're talking about digital, right?
So again, on the app, useyour app, see it on the app.
That's where these willbe available to you.
Um.
You know, I, I'm one, I dunno aboutyou, Elton, but you know, going to my
mailbox and seeing, uh, 20 differentpieces of mail that just jam up
my mailbox that I would discard.

So frustrating.
It's very frustrating.
And, you know, we want to take away allthat noise from our customers and, you
know, send offers or have offers availableto you that's specific to you, that you

Trust me, my kids have to teachme everything about technology.
Uh, but, uh, you know, that's the thing.
So it sometimes it can be a littlebit overwhelming, especially if you're
used to getting direct mail, et cetera.
Utilize our team, ask the questions.
Even on the app itself, youcan ask questions and you can
get, you can get dialogue.
So use those resources and honestly,it opens up a whole world of
