Can Holographic Health Help With Stress And Anxiety?

Feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety? You're certainly not alone. This revealing episode of Holographic Health Insights takes you on a journey through holistic approaches to emotional wellness that go far beyond conventional methods.

Reverend Ann Marie Byars and Rachelle Gianaris share profound insights about the interconnection between spiritual alignment and stress resilience. As they explain, "The more faith a person has, the more they trust in God, and the less stressors affect them." This spiritual foundation creates a buffer against life's inevitable challenges—whether positive stressors like vacations or negative ones like loss.

The conversation takes a deeply personal turn when Rachelle courageously shares her burnout experience after completing her undergraduate degree in just three and a half years. "My body told me very strongly: you're done, you need to take a break," she reveals. Through targeted nutritional intervention with magnesium and vitamin D with K2, along with mindful lifestyle adjustments, she gradually restored her energy and wellbeing. Her story offers a powerful testament to the body's wisdom and capacity for recovery when properly supported.

You'll discover surprising stress management techniques backed by research, including how just seven minutes of reading can reduce stress by 80%. The hosts also explore practical self-care rituals like Epsom salt baths, forest bathing among trees, and the importance of scheduling intentional downtime to balance high-stress periods. As Ann Marie poignantly reminds us, "Nobody wishes they'd stayed at the office an hour longer" when reflecting on their life's journey.

(00:47):
Inc.
How are you, ladies, doing?

Speaker 3 (00:50):
Doing well.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
Wonderful Good to see you again.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Awesome, very good to see you, too Now.
Stress and anxiety aresomething I am very familiar
with.
I'm sure most of us are, soit's a pretty powerful topic
that I think applies toeverybody, and so many people
are searching for meaningfulrelief beyond traditional
approaches.
So can holographic health helpwith stress and anxiety, and how

(01:16):
?

Speaker 4 (01:17):
Well, everybody has some kind of stress, and stress
can be good stress or bad stress, but we have a chart that shows
stress, and you know you canhave some major stressors, like
a death in the family or a birth, where one seems bad, one seems
good, but still a lot of stressthere.
And vacation is a form ofstress.

(01:39):
Holidays like Christmas, etcetera, can be a major stressor.
One thing, though, that isreally important in a person's
life is your faith, because themore faith a person has, the
more they trust in God, and weare a God-centered company.
We believe that God is thecenter of everything we do, and

(02:03):
so if you have trust and faiththat God will provide, then the
stressors don't seem as bad whenyou have that.
Still, even with that, somepeople get hit really hard with
some major stressors in theirlives.
And the more you can do to makesure you're eating a good diet,

(02:26):
that you're managing yoursupplements and you have good
supplements and good food goingin, that you're trying to make
sure you have time for yourself, then that also can help you
when these major stressors occur, and we have a supplement
called Better Mood that canreally help to even out the mood

(02:50):
, even out the stressors so thatwhen these stressors hit, they
don't hit the body as badly.
They help to calm down thephysical body and the mind.
And you know there are otherthings you can do, like
meditation and prayer, and youknow there are other things you
can do, like meditation andprayer, and you know, taking a
walk out in nature.
All of these things areimportant to taking care of the

(03:14):
self and the body and the mindand the spirit so that when
stressors occur, you have a wayof taking care of them.
When I have had major stressorshit me, I have had some major
cancer imbalances, and it waswhen my mother passed away, when
our founder, dr Virudi, passedaway and I was left in charge of

(03:38):
holographic health.
Those things I have had toreally watch because that's when
I had the major stressors thatcaused me to have issues.
So finding out what it is thatcauses you to have these major
stressors and then finding theways you need to take care of
yourself to manage them isimportant.

(04:00):
I think Rochelle is going totalk about some issues she had
in college and how she learnedabout the importance of taking
care of some of these things.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
That's right and luckily I had Anne to help walk
me through recalibrating afterthat.
So the specific time I rememberthat was so, so bad was I had
just graduated from undergradhit it really hard.
I did my undergrad in three anda half years.
I don't recommend it, um.

(04:28):
But my body told me verystrongly you're done, you need
to take a break.
I had no energy, I couldn't eat, I had really bad stomach
cramps.
Like my body told me, we'reshutting down for a little bit.
So luckily I had and to walk methrough nutritionally, we got me

(04:51):
back on just a multivitamin, areally good multi, to feed my
body.
And then we used some differentsupplements, specifically
magnesium and vitamin D with K2.
Those really help to calm thenervous system and the body and
the muscles and really feedthose systems to help to bring

(05:14):
the balance back.
So, like she said, balancing youknow when you do have a lot of
stress and are under a lot ofstress, making sure to keep the
balance in your life, to combatsome of the really highs or the
really lows, is really important.
So it took several weeks for meto start really feeling better,

(05:35):
feeling like myself, havingenergy again, but slowly it got
better and luckily I haven't hadthat big of an issue since then
because I've been diligent withkeeping up with my nutrition
and acknowledging.
You know, even just looking atyour schedule like you can
typically tell, okay, this isgoing to be a really heavy week

(05:56):
or a heavy month, or I havedeadlines, or I have a lot of
activities, and then keepingthat in mind to then balance it
the next week or the next monthand finding time to keep the
slowness and the still to kindof keep calm built into your
schedule that way, so you can doa lot of prep work and planning

(06:18):
ahead of time if you know thattimes are going to be tough.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
And that's really important is balancing the life,
because you know we all want todo it now.
We want to do everything, butthat's just really not
appropriate.
That's not smart.
And so finding out how to havea balanced life, bringing in the
spiritual, the emotional, thephysical, getting good exercise

(06:45):
that will help, you know, withthese stressors Exercise is
great.
Taking a good hot bath andEpsom salts and Epsom salts
Three cups of Epsom salts, ahalf a cup of baking soda, some
essential oils and soaking inthat for 20 minutes is amazing

(07:06):
for both the body and the mind.
So those are things that canreally help.
But everybody is in charge oftheir own life.
Don't let life take over.
Make sure you're looking atyour schedule and you're
scheduling your life.
Don't just work and work andwork, because nobody wishes

(07:28):
they'd stay at the office anhour longer or a day longer.
When they're on their deathbed, they always wish they had taken
that time to spend with theirfamily or their friends and take
time for themselves, so thatthey don't get so out of balance
.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
Wow.
Now, rochelle, you mentionedmagnesium, vitamin D with K2.
Are those and this might be adumb question to ask you guys,
but would that be consideredenergy medicine?

Speaker 3 (07:58):
That's more of a nutritional medicine or
nutritional supplement tosupport the body Energetically.
Like Anne said, we can look atyou know different.
The energy part comes from thestillness.
I think, remembering tomeditate, pray, spend time Even

(08:19):
this is my favorite thing that Ihave learned as a homeschool
mom Reading for 10, no, I thinkit's even seven minutes can
reduce your stress by 80%.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Seven minutes.
It doesn't matter what you read.
All the research and the dataand all this shows that seven
minutes of just sitting andreading Audiobooks count.
My friends who don't like tophysically read with your eyes,
you can read with your ears.
Seven minutes of reading.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
Well, we also have energetics built into all of our
supplements.
Yes, so like the Better Mood, has additional energetics in
there to calm people.
So it's like havinghomeopathics for relaxation
built into the herbals as welland we can create a homeopathic

(09:14):
slash, holopathic of rescueremedy, which is an old
homeopathic for relaxation.
You know, there's that from anenergetic standpoint.
But also trees getting out innature, hanging out with trees,
they're very calming.
So all of these are energyrelated hmm, well, so do you

(09:37):
guys?

Speaker 2 (09:38):
if someone were to come see you and say, hey, treat
me, I'm stressed out of my mind.
I need help.
A couple questions.
One is it important to identifyor define the root cause of the
stress and anxiety?
And two can a client experiencenoticeable changes after one
session?

Speaker 3 (09:57):
Those are great questions.
I think we would start bylooking at the obvious and like
well, what are some things thatyou're doing every day?
When do you notice that you'restressed?
What are some good, bad andugly things in your life that
could be causing you stress?
And just kind of having aconversation and figuring out
how to support them through that.

(10:17):
Is there anything you can takeaway, anything you need to add,
anything?
Maybe you just need to reduce alittle bit or adjust, just need
to reduce a little bit or adjustand looking at we talked about
nutrition but looking at alsosome of the other natural ways
to reduce stress.
Maybe they have a nervoussystem issue and their nervous

(10:37):
system can't calm down.
So we could do some muscletesting to see if there is a
physical issue that needsattention.
The muscle testing really doeshelp too.
So, conversation, kind ofdiscussing back and forth which
is usually how we start oursessions, especially with new
clients and then getting intosome muscle testing to see, well

(10:59):
, where could this be comingfrom?
Maybe we've pinpointed a fewthings and then made some
adjustments and then in the nextsession they're like I'm still
it's better, but I'm stillexperiencing, you know, some
stress or some trouble sleeping,or whatever it may be.
So there can be multiplereasons why somebody's body is

(11:19):
telling them that they'restressed.

Speaker 4 (11:24):
So, yeah, sleep is another big issue and we have a
good product for helping peopleto relax and sleep, because some
people have a lot of troubleturning their mind off at night,
and usually we're leading theclients through figuring out for
themselves what the issue is.
And sometimes people havestressors in their lives, such

(11:50):
as caring for an elderly parent,so there's really nothing they
can do about that particularaspect of their life unless they
perhaps they can get someone tocome in one day a week and get
a few hours of respite orfinding ways again to better
deal with the stress.
And that's how we can helppeople to identify that, but

(12:14):
also to make suggestions abouthow they can rearrange things or
deal with that.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
Very good.
Well, ladies, thank you so muchfor sharing very compassionate
guidance today, and I tell youpersonally, one of the biggest
de-stressors I have, besidesexercise and fishing, is prayer,
and so I appreciate thatrecommendation very much.
It makes all the difference inthe world.
So thank you, guys, and lookingforward to more eye-opening

(12:45):
insights next time onHolographic Health Insights.
Hope you all have a great restof the day.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
