Can Holographic Health Help To Mitigate Allergy Symptoms?

Seasonal allergies, pet dander, and chemical sensitivities don't have to rule your life. In this episode, we unpack a treasure trove of natural approaches to managing allergic responses without the uncomfortable side effects of conventional antihistamines.

Reverend Ann Marie Byars & Rachelle Gianaris share personal experiences and professional insights about mitigating allergy symptoms naturally. We dive deep into the power of vitamin C combined with quercetin for normalizing histamine responses – the root cause of those annoying sniffles, congestion, and respiratory discomfort that plague so many people, especially during spring and fall seasons in the South. Our discussion reveals how specialized supplements like Complete C and Free Breath provide targeted support for the immune system and respiratory health.

The conversation takes a fascinating turn when we explore how Holographic Health practitioners can create customized antidotes for specific allergens. Through a process similar to traditional homeopathy, we can help your body adapt to substances that typically trigger reactions – from new furniture chemicals to beloved family pets. Rachelle shares a remarkable story about helping a client who was allergic to her new couch and even her dog, demonstrating how these personalized approaches can preserve quality of life without requiring drastic lifestyle changes.

Perhaps most compelling is our exploration of the mind-body connection in allergic responses. We discuss how emotional states, stress levels, and even the people you surround yourself with can strengthen or weaken your body's resilience to allergens. The conversation highlights how maintaining balance in body, mind, and spirit creates a foundation for overall wellness that naturally reduces susceptibility to allergic reactions. Marie Byers and RochelleJaneiris, owners of Holographic
Health Inc.
Ladies, it's great to see youagain.
How's your week been?

SPEAKER_02 (00:54):
Good, Skip.
Good.
Busy but good.

SPEAKER_01 (00:56):
Busy but good.
That's good.
That's good.
So let's get started.
Can holographic health help tomitigate allergy symptoms?
Take it away.

SPEAKER_02 (01:07):
Well, there are a lot of things that people can do
naturally.
And here in the South, we haveso many people that suffer from,
quote, hay fever, which includesanything from ragweed to other
types of plants that reallybother people certain times of

(01:27):
the year.
Usually spring and fall are theworst times.
And even some people are verysensitive to dust, like animal
dander and things like that.
And you know, we don't keep thewindow.
Some people do, but a lot oftimes you close up the windows,
and so you have the dust in yourhouse, or if you buy a new piece

(01:51):
of furniture or have new carpet, you have those chemicals that
are in the air.
So you have all of these, youknow, pollutants inside and
outside, and things that createwhat is called a histamine
response.
And that's why so many peopletake antihistamines.

(02:12):
So there are a lot of thingsthat you can do to mitigate
those responses.
And first of all, you know, avoiding dairy or minimizing
dairy can really help with uhthat for a lot of people.
And one substance that is reallyhelpful for a normal histamine

(02:38):
response is good old vitamin C.
And we have complete C, whichhas different forms of vitamin C
in it.
It also contains curcetin, andcurcetin is also a substance
that helps produce a normalhistamine response.

(03:01):
So a combination of the rightform and forms of vitamin C and
Circetin can really help thebody to normalize that histamine
response.
It also helps support the immunesystem, and you can have viruses

(03:23):
and bacteria, and when you getthese responses, it can turn
into something if you don'tmitigate it.
So, you know, I'm one of thosepeople with small Eustacean
tubes, and if I get a really badstuffy nose and you know,
running up things like that, andmy ears get stopped up, if I

(03:46):
don't do something to alleviatethat, I can get an ear
infection.
I never had them as a child, butI've had them as an adult if I
don't really watch that.
So another thing that we havethat really helps with that
histamine response is our freebreath.

(04:07):
Free breath helps to support thelungs, and it also contains
cursitin and and bromolane andthyme and lung wort, which is an
herbal to help support thelungs.
So there are some good herbalcombinations out there that help

(04:32):
with the histaminic response tosupport the sinuses and the
lungs to help keep them strongand to minimize the histamine
response.
We we also can do holopathics, which are homeopathic type

(04:54):
remedies that can help with youknow that response called
histamine.
It's an old hopathic that peoplehave used to balance that
histaminic response for a longtime.
So there are things like thatthat you can do, and you know,
everybody knows it's the eatingoranges and you know, tomatoes

(05:18):
and things like that thatcontain vitamin C are really
good for helping support yourbody in that regard too.
And Rochelle and I both have hada lot of issues in the past, and
our families in general withquote, hay fever, allergies,
etc.

SPEAKER_01 (05:39):
Welcome to the right.

SPEAKER_02 (05:40):
And we have friends who I mean most of us in the
South do.
And so finding a way to mitigatethat response, helping the body
to deal with it naturally, soyou don't have to take so many
things like antihistamines, because they do dry out the

(06:00):
mouth and the throat.
And somebody like myself who hashad surgeries and struggle with
a dry mouth, having to take anantihistamine is really a last
resort for somebody like myself.

SPEAKER_01 (06:15):
Gotcha.

SPEAKER_02 (06:16):
Rochelle, do you have some comments?

SPEAKER_03 (06:19):
Oh, sure.
So one thing I did want to touchon is that all of our
practitioners who've beenthrough our trainings are also
pretty well versed inidentifying or helping to
identify what the root cause ofthis allergic response is.
So I know I have struggled withnot only environmental

(06:40):
allergens, especially mold andyour various seasonal things,
but also food allergies, whichpresent differently in a lot of
people.
So we can really use our testingtechniques that our
practitioners learn in our inour seminars and to really
fine-tune and find out what isthe cause of this reaction and

(07:01):
also what is best going tosupport this body to alleviate
the symptoms that you'refeeling.
So, yes, vitamin C is huge inthat.
Some other things that reallyhelp just in general are hollow
silver, has energy signatures init that help to alleviate
symptoms related to bacteria, fungus, general viruses, but

(07:25):
also general allergy symptoms.
So another thing that we can dois that.

(07:50):
So I like to do that as well.
Um, a good multi, really justsupporting your body in the
first place.
Um, and then we can fine-tuneand find some of these specific
things that are bothering you.
And we can we can even use thatsubstance and create an anti, an
antidote to that substance.
I know my mom has a good friendwho came to her.

(08:12):
They bought this new couch.
Couches are expensive, and shewas allergic to something in or
on this couch, and we were ableto um put a remedy in her
specific homeopathic orholopathic that she could take
to help with that.
So we have a lot of yeah, a lotof different ways to look at it,

(08:33):
and most of our practitioners umkind of have a different way of
thinking about things.
So we like to also talk witheach other um and see what has
helped.
But those are just some generalthings that people can do.

SPEAKER_01 (08:46):
Well, can well and and too, we go ahead.
I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_02 (08:49):
Well, just one other comment and then we'll we'll ask
answer questions.
The same uh lady we were talkingabout was very allergic to dogs
and cats, and so they had a dog,so she brought in some of the
dog hair, and we antidoted thatdog hair and dander, and found

(09:09):
out when they moved into a newhouse, she was allergic to the
insulation, brought in some ofthat, and we put an antidote for
that, and so we can put thingsspecific antidotes in that help
with that response and keeppeople more comfortable and you

(09:30):
know, so that they don't havesuch allergies to these things.
Now, that does not mean I've hadpeople say, well, this isn't
good for me.
Can you give me an antidote so Ican take it?
Well, why would you want to takea poison?
You know, don't take somethingyou're allergic to on purpose.
But if it's a lifestyle thing, like you have a dog you love,

(09:52):
you have a reaction when you'rearound the dog a lot, or a cat,
or you moved into a new house, and you know, there is an
allergen that you need to reducethat response to, we can
generally help with that.

SPEAKER_01 (10:08):
So literally, like the old saying, you know, you
need you need some hair of thedog that bit you.
You really literally wow, wow.

SPEAKER_03 (10:18):
Well and that's actually that's actually how
homeopathics are created.
So a traditional homeopathic, they take the substance and they
dilute it like 10,000 times orsomething, and then it's that's
what you're taking.
So you're taking the tiniestdose of that thing to help your
body recognize that it's helpfulin some way.

(10:40):
So it the science behind it ispretty interesting, but that's
how a traditional homeopathic ismade as well.

SPEAKER_01 (10:46):
Well, that's how uh vaccines work too, I I think is
you know, it's just a light likea flu vaccine is a very minute
amount of that strain of flu, Iguess.

SPEAKER_03 (10:56):
But it's the same idea, yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (10:58):
Same same concept, not the same thing, but yeah.
So can emotional or energeticimbalances contribute to
allergic reactions?

SPEAKER_02 (11:07):
They can because anything that weakens the body
or the mind or the spiritweakens your whole being.
So the more you keep yourselfstrong in body, mind, and
spirit, the stronger you are ingeneral.

(11:28):
And you know, we have shown ourchart before that talks about
the the acid alkaline chart andhow both lemon and watermelon
and prayer and meditation andyou know good food that alkalize
the body, meditation, peace, etc., help keep the body, mind,

(11:49):
and spirit strong.
So doing that and keepingyourself in balance is what
we're talking about, regardlessof whether it's food or
lifestyle or whatever you put inor on your body.
And all of those things includewhat you're watching on

(12:12):
television, the air you'rebreathing, the water you're
drinking, everything that goesin and on that body.
So all of these thingsstrengthen or weaken the body.
You can be around a person thatweakens you terribly because
they're they're into negativity.

(12:33):
They're they're not thepositive, uplifting sort that
makes you just feel good to bearound them.
And you want to be around peopleand in environments that
strengthen you, that strengthenyou, your face, your outlook on
life, and that's as important aseating good food.

SPEAKER_01 (12:57):
So wow.

SPEAKER_03 (12:58):
Yeah, it takes me back to our episode about
stress.
Any any kind of stress that yourbody is under is going to have a
negative impact on your generalhealth and well-being and your
immune system, too.
So highly recommend listening tothat episode and I second
everything that Ann said.

SPEAKER_01 (13:17):
Good advice, good advice.
Well, ladies, it's this isfascinating to me.
I mean, obviously, everythingcan affect immune response and
and allergic reactions in yourenvironment, in your sphere, it
sounds like.
So incredible.

SPEAKER_02 (13:33):
Yes, and you know that the pe you know these
people that have such a souroutlook on life, everything is
always wrong, and they're alwayssick, there's always something
going on, and then the people, even if they have some
difficulties in life, theybreeze through them with a smile

(13:53):
on their face because of theirfaith and their outlook.
So, outlook and you know how youtalk to yourself every day, all
of those things are extremelyimportant.

SPEAKER_01 (14:05):
Awesome.
Well, ladies, your insights arealways insightful and
fascinating to me.
I learned so much on everypodcast, and it opens up new
ways of thinking about wellness.
So thank you for that.

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
