In this first episode of The Inner Light Companion, I invite you into the sacred moment my spiritual journey truly began—not with certainty, but with the aching honesty of letting go. I was a devoted Mormon. A therapist. A mother. A woman quietly yearning for something more. 

Then one day, everything changed. 

This episode shares the story of my departure from organized religion—and how, in the decade that followed, I sought a direct relationship with the Divine. No intermediaries. No institutions. Just a whisper that began in my heart and slowly grew into the voice of God, as real and personal as breath.
