Healing is not linear and because of this, healing and growth can feel very messy. Taking inspired messy action is how we create alchemy in our lives. Inspired Alchemy seeks to show the perfectly imperfect side of healing and how you can find your light in the darkness. Healing can be beautiful, and you can also feel grief simultaneously while you dance in the shadows searching for the light within. Inspired Alchemy is about finding the pieces of you hiding behind doors you are scared to open. You have the key to open the door; are you brave enough to see what is waiting for you behind these doors? I hope by sharing my story and my thoughts, it will help others on their journey. I hope you and your shadows can find sanctuary here with me at Inspired Alchemy, while you unbecome everything you aren't to become whole in who you really are. ~Lizzie
Your soul has a soundtrack. Some people just weren’t meant to dance to it.
Some people are jazz. Some are death metal. Some are heartbreak ballads wrapped in synth-pop skin. You, my friend, are your own song — and not everyone is going to like the sound of your becoming.
In this episode, I talk about the intimate connection between music, frequency, and alchemy. From my early love of Billy Joel to th...
There’s a moment on the alchemical path where you stop hiding, start shining… and suddenly, you’re the villain.
In this raw transmission, I speak into the madness that surfaces when you step fully into your authenticity, sovereignty, and alignment — and the ways others might try to project their discomfort onto your existence. Sometimes just breathing is enough to trigger someone’s shadow. Sometimes your ligh...
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do on the path of alchemy… is to just exist.
In this deeply personal episode, I share the weight of the last few days — the emotional currents, the intuitive nudges, the subtle unravelings. Rather than forcing clarity, I chose to follow my body’s cues and my soul’s whispers: what to wear, where to go, what to eat — and how that simple surrender moved more energy than ...
This episode is messy — and that’s part of the alchemy.
In this soul-led, unfiltered transmission, I speak from the flame of experience about what it means to reclaim your energy, protect your field, and use discernment as a spiritual tool. We explore how your energy is your alchemical fire — and why it’s sacred.
I share stories from my own journey, including the quiet unraveling of being used as an ...
In this milestone episode, I return to a theme close to my heart: rest, burnout, and the alchemy of knowing when to pause.
I share raw reflections on how burnout sneaks up on us, why rest is not a reward but a necessary part of transformation, and how we can learn to listen to the body’s wisdom — no matter our age.
Whether you’re balancing work and creativity, or just feeling stretched thin by life, ...
This week I’m laying it all bare — how I keep running headfirst into my old self-sabotage, right at the brink of feeling most alive and aligned.
I talk about the messy necessity of rest (yes, even when guilt claws at your throat) and why slowing down is a violent act against the parts of us that only know how to hustle and prove.
Then I take you inside a Ghost concert where nobody was allowed to reco...
Episode 28: The Wild Alchemy of Being Human
What happens when we, creatures born of soil and starlight, remember our natural habitat? This episode is part story, part invocation—a reflection on a recent journey I took for my uncle’s celebration of life that unfolded into something deeper.
Hiking up Glen Falls, watching my daughter come alive among moss and stone, feeling the trees respond to my energ...
In this episode is dedicated to my amazing daughter.
I go into what its like being a mom on this alchemical journey.

She has been my greatest teacher in this life. I am forever grateful sh...
In this episode, I dive into the messy, magical unraveling of the past year—how energy work and polyvagal healing helped me recalibrate my nervous system and claim a deeper soul sovereignty.
We talk about the audacity of wearing what you want, using your voice without apology, and saying hell yes (or a sacred no) without guilt. About finding the safe spaces that let you unravel everything you were told to be,...
EP 25 – The Dark Side of the Shadow: When Healing Feels Heavy
In this episode, I get honest about the part of shadow work no one talks about but also tried to glamorize—the dark side of the shadow. The part where you’re finally aligned, holding your boundaries, loving yourself deeper than ever, but old wounds flare up. Where you start to uncover all the ways you felt too much or not enough as a kid, a teen, o...
EP 24 – Alchemizing Intention: Choosing Presence Over Pressure
"Everything you do, do it with purpose." The quote that inspired me yesterday.
In this episode, I get real about what it means to alchemize emotion and stay rooted in intention—even when everything in you wants to rush, hustle, or disconnect. I talk about the moment I almost threw myself into work first thing this morning, but ...
In this episode I discuss my relationship with failure and success, and how I allowed my fears to keep me small.
I give examples from my life and share what inspired this episode today.
Some are afraid of failure and some are afraid of success.
How are you allowing your fears keep you small?
Thank you for being here.

I tried to record this more than once having tech issues with no audio.
I could have told myself, maybe I am just not meant to put something out but I didn't tell that lie. I kept going. I was also scared to put out an episode today as it has been a wild ride of emotions since I returned from my trip, which I will be doing an episode on my spooky travels since you were interested in it.

In this episode, I explore the often-overlooked alchemy that unfolds after the journey—the sacred discomfort of coming home changed.
Inspired by my recent travels, I share how staying present while moving through unfamiliar spaces activated deep spiritual alignment, only to reveal a quieter, more mysterious exhaustion upon returning.
This is the echo of transformation—the space between what was burn...
This episode is different.
I know the world feels insane right now, but even in the insanity, there is so much beauty in it. This is the take I like to have when everything feels like it is falling apart.
My intention with this episode is to bring a little peace to those in need.
I attempted to do something I really love to do, which is create a visualization. I get good feedback from tho...
This episode is dedicated to all those that saw my worth before I ever saw anything in myself. To those who keep pushing me.
In this episode I tell a part of my story of my self-worth journey and how I have worked through parts of it.
Keep going Alchemist.

EP 18 – The Mirror, the Loop, and the Becoming
In this episode, I dive into the alchemical dance between Inspired Alchemy and Perpetual Alchemy—where old self-sabotaging loops are revealed in the mirrors life holds up to us. I speak vulnerably about the ways I’ve been unconsciously staying small, and how recent reflections from others have illuminated something I’ve never fully felt before: that I am enough, ...
Yes, the title is a quote from the original Crow movie from the 90s.
This is being uploaded late because I had mom duties to tend to. You'll hear about it in this episode.
It has been raining for 3 days straight here. and today was a bit heavy in terms of things I am processing, so I thought it fitting.
Thank you all for being here. I appreciate each and every one of you that tune in...
In this episode I talk about the Comfort, Growth and anxiety zones, which is something I learned in my time at NLU.
I go into how I am trying to connect the dots between these things, nervous system regulation and connection to others. I talk about how these things have helped me.
Whenever diving into work like this, or breathwork, float, cold plunge and other things, I also want to make sure that ...
In this episode I talk about the fact that no one knows what they are doing, including me.
We are all just doing things until things align.
I also discuss one of my favorite quotes from Viktor Frankl and how it relates to growth and my growth personally.
If you don't have it figured out, its okay. We grow and evolve and change and as we do, things change.
Also I totally but...
