This is Tim and Olivia, a couple who are not
going through their best moment. Some time ago, she had
a miscarriage and they lost the baby she was expecting.
Since then, Tim has buried himself in his work as
a video game programmer. One day, while a fire breaks
out in another part of the city, Olivia tries to

reconnect with Tim by suggesting they travel overnight in their
old van to Paris. Tim tells her maybe another time
because he's swamped with work. Disappointed, Olivia accepts his no,
but the next morning, tired of having a boyfriend who
doesn't understand her, she says good bye to him, breaks

up with him, and leaves. Well, she tries to, because
when she opens the door, she finds a black wall
blocking her from leaving. At first, she thinks it's some
kind of joke from Tim, but they both confirm that
the entire apartment is sealed with that strange wall. Surprised,
they try to break it down with everything they can find,

but it proves impossible. They realize that they have no
internet or water, and that the wall interferes with the
cell signal. They use all kinds of metals to try
to understand how the wall works. That's when they hear
a couple in the next apartment, and they decide to
drill through the wall to see if they're also trapped.

After doing so, they find Anna and Marvin, a couple
who had rented the apartment for a few days and
are just as desperate because they can't get out. Anna
and Marvin are addicts, and a bad trip makes Tim
worried enough to break the wall, thinking Anna is in danger.
When he finds her injured, she explains it's Marvin's blood.

Marvin lunges at Tim, thinking he wants to hurt them.
After the incident, they tie Marvin's hands to avoid further misunderstandings.
The four of them now try to come up with
a plan to get out. Olivia, who is an architect
and had taken note of how the building was designed,
comes up with the idea of going down to the

basement to reach the subway through tunnels. The only way
to get to the basement is by making holes in
each floor to reach the bottom one. After destroying the
floor and opening a hole, Tim finds mister Swalt, an
elderly man with health problems who doesn't hesitate to point
a gun at him, thinking they want to steal his supplies.

With him is his granddaughter Leah, who calms him down
and convinces him to keep going down floors with the
rest before going further. Olivia tells them that the owner
of the building lives in the neighboring apartment. They decide
to break through the wall and go in to talk

the outside. He advises them not to try to break it,

and Anna find a secret room in Friedman's apartment. From there,

the guy was watching what was happening in each apartment.
They start to watch the different recordings and find one
in which Onton is seen getting ready to open the
wall with the code He had deciphered. After doing it,
they see Yuri attacked and killed him by suffocating him.
Marvin then runs to the room and finds Lea dead
and Uri gone, burning all of Onton's papers. When the

others arrive, Yury threatens to kill Marvin. After a fight,
Marvin and Tim manage to overpower Ury and tie him
to a chair. They then start trying to figure out
what Onton discovered through the footage from the security cameras.
They come to the conclusion that Onton had created a
code to unlock the wall. Onton was a programmer and

worked at Nano Defense, a place that Tim and Olivia
remember was on fire hours before the wall appeared. Tim
then discovers, thanks to his programming knowledge, that he needs
Onton's phone to get the code that opens the doors.
After getting it, he sees that he had created an
app with which to scan the wall like a QR code.

When he does it, four dots appear on the phone,
matching the four blocks where the wall's magnetic field is strongest.

They don't know that those blocks need to be pressed
in a specific order to open the wall, so by
pressing them in correctly, the wall begins to do something strange. Anna,
drawn to the wall, tries to investigate if she can
cross it. At first, it seems like she can, but
when her hand is fully inside, she realizes she can't.

Everyone tries to pull her out, but no matter how
hard they try, it's impossible. The wall absorbs her and
then becomes rigid again. It ends up cutting her in half. Marvin, shocked,
cries in front of half of her body. When he
hears Yuri laughing, he loses control and shoots him with

the gun. After doing so, he takes his own life.
In front of Tim and Olivia. Both after the shock,
tired and now alone, start talking about how the abortion
affected them. Olivia blames him for leaving her alone. Tim
says it was his way of dealing with the situation.

the correct order to press the son squares. After watching
the security camera footage in which Anton presses them, they
figure out the sequence, but Uri, who was not dead,
attacks them. They both manage to escape from him and
reach the basement. While Tim holds the door, Olivia starts

pressing the buttons. She manages to unlock the wall just
as Yuri comes in and attacks Tim, almost about to
kill him, Olivia hits him. They both leave the building
and find that absolutely all the city's blocks are covered
