Inviting Healing: Activating Your Healer is a 7-day, pre-operative (or pre-intervention) journey. Each day includes a guided reflection or meditation based on medical hypnosis, Ericksonian storytelling, and somatic awareness techniques. You’ll be invited to: • Turn toward the body with compassion • Transmute fear into healing energy • Create an inner environment where recovery becomes more likely • Feel supported — by your care team, your own spirit, and something greater • Awaken your unique “Inner Healer” — that part of you that already knows how to mend ✨ Who This Is For This series is for you if: • You’re facing an upcoming surgery or treatment • You’ve received a diagnosis that changed your inner world • You’re healing from something over time — physically, emotionally, or both • You want to feel more calm, empowered, and supported during this time No specific beliefs are required. This is agnostic in tone, grounded in universal metaphors and body-based wisdom. Whether you imagine the Inner Healer as light, presence, energy, or your own subconscious intelligence — it will meet you as you are.
