In a world where it’s said that the only constant in life is change, it seems like there are always things we wish we could change but can’t. There is hope. In this podcast we look to the life and teachings of Jesus and see that He has actually given us was to find change that we can keep.
It's often so hard to be our true selves. Displaying our struggles, doubts, and shortcomings can make us fear how people may view us as a result. Being open and honest is start of real community and opens the door for the kind of connection we are made for. On this episode we dive into the things that keep us from being vulnerable and the things we keep ourselves from gaining as a result.
This episode covers the brand new type of community we find when we follow the way of Jesus. It's messy, hard, fulfilling, and life changing all at the same time. Without it we can't become who when are meant to be.
Maybe the well know statement of "knowledge is power" isn't actually true. Maybe there's more to that knowledge actually changing us.
Following Jesus is designed to be more than a personal relationship, we are designed to follow Him with other people. We can try to do it alone but we will never experience the Kingdom in its fullness without that ongoing relationship with others.
