Julia MacKenzie (Leading to Change) is in conversation with Jacquie Balkan about her experience as a participant of Leading for the Future, a national programme delivered by NHS Education for Scotland (NES). They talk about what how Jacquie heard about the opportunity, what attracted her to the programme, and the benefit of being part of an adaptive learning set through COVID. They also discuss mentor support, key learning and learning to work differently across the system to tackle challenges.
Our purpose is to provide an opportunity to hear from leaders across our wider system and to remind us that there is more that connects us than divides us as we are all human.
