Sara Dewar (Leading to Change) is in conversation with Gordon Paterson about his role as Director of Social Care for NHS Education for Scotland. They talk about Gordon’s career, how he still sees himself as a Social Worker first, who inspired him, being guided by values rather than a specific leadership approach, tough leadership moments, and what he would like to see change in our system.
