Dr Elizabeth Kelly, Chair of the Improving Wellbeing and Working Cultures (IWWC) Board. In this podcast, Sara Dewar (Leading to Change) is in conversation with Elizabeth Kelly about her role as Chair of the IWWC Board and what it is really like to lead in our system today. They talk about Elizabeth's career, who inspired her, her own leadership approach as well as her toughest moments and her view of the big issues today.
