In between the cycle, we still owe it to ourselves to be… well, ourselves.

In this episode, Sam is joined by Trust and Fathia to talk about something that’s been on all our minds lately: how do you hold on to yourself when you’re stuck in the cycle of school, work, and adulting in Nigeria?

We talk about the fear of becoming strangers to ourselves, and how we’re finding pockets of joy in the mundane. Trust shares how sewing helps him stay sane. Fathia finds peace in cooking and the simple act of plating food with care. And together, we all reflect on what life might look like if money weren’t in the picture.

This one’s for anyone caught in the grind, trying to stay sane and stay connected to the part of themselves that feels most alive.

Be part of the conversation and let us know what you would be doing instead if you didn’t have to chase money or earn a degree.
