preparing to memorize Psalm 19.
Before we start preparing, let'spray.
Lord, as we start preparing forPsalm 19, I am asking that you

would prepare our hearts andremove any hindrances that could
distract us and let us confessany sin that is brought to our
mind today.
Help us to align our thoughtswith your ways, teach us about
who you are, and do a mightywork in our hearts.
In Jesus' name, amen.
This week, we will be readingPsalm 19 and look for answers to

questions such as who, what,where, why, when, and how of the
text.
The goal today is to read Psalm19 out loud two times.
The first time, I'm going toread it out loud, and as I do, I
want you to also follow along inyour Bible.
As I read, be on the lookout forwho is writing the psalm and

Psalm 19 To the Choir Master APsalm of David The heavens
declare the glory of God, andthe sky above proclaims his
handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech, andnight to night reveals

knowledge.
There is no speech, nor arethere words, whose voice is not
heard.
Their voice goes out through allthe earth and their words to the
end of the world.
In them he has set a tent forthe sun, which comes out like a
bridegroom leaving his chamberand, like a strong man, runs its

course with joy.
Its rising is from the end ofthe heavens and its circuit to
the end of them.
And there is nothing hidden fromits heat.
The law of the Lord is perfect,reviving the soul.
The testimony of the Lord issure, making wise the simple.
The precepts of the Lord areright, rejoicing the heart.

The commandment of the Lord ispure, enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the Lord is clean,enduring forever.
The rules of the Lord are trueand righteous altogether.

acceptable in your sight, OLord, my rock and my redeemer.
