In regards to jiu jitsu.
Probably the biggest thing, whatjiu jitsu's done for me is the

It's been great for me, for myfamily, it's a lot cheaper than
therapy.

And I just recommend anybodythat needs an outlet or
something to do, to take uptheir time to try jiu jitsu,
because it'll change your life.
