What drove you to, the mats?

I'm from Lamorinda jiu jitsu.
I started jiu jitsu because Iwrestled in high school and then

I needed something to do I'm alittle aggressive.
I like it.
It's fun.
My name is Kiran.
I'm from, Lamorinda as well.
I live in Walnut Creek.
A lot of people told me to tryit and I was really scared
during Covid I needed somethingto do and then I just checked it
out and started going every dayand just loved it.

Hi, my name is Anna.
I train out Guerrilla's in SanJose.

So close to here.
Kind of similar to both of youguys.
I did a little bit of judo whenI was a kid, and then I quit as
a teenager.
When I became an adult I wasjust like, I need to find a
hobby.
And when I looked for Judoplaces, jiu jitsu places bumped
up.
So I just tried it.
And that's how I got into it.

I just loved it right away.
And who is your sensei?
I train under Matt Darcy andDave Camarillo.
We train under Stephanie Moonand Adam Dunkel.
And Kurt Osiander now.
How many years have you been,doing Jiu Jitsu?
I've been training for about 15years on and off.

And you?
I would say about three and ahalf, four years.
I took a little year break.

And I am almost at two years ofjiu jitsu.
