Each show is built out to allow the child to adopt an easy listening stance and to taper out (if they are not asleep by the end of the episode) to a set of breathing and relaxation techniques which are proven to work. These shows have been road tested with my youngest son since 2022 and other children here in Wiltshire in the UK. It's given many parents their lives back, and made for happy productive kids. What actually works is building a level of sleep training, and to do so using a combination of repeat pattern exercises and familial sounds and triggers. Dick Morrell is a UK based mental health practitioner, who has certified in his study of child care and helping children in all walks of lives to recover control, gain trust and to become able to manage their emotions. He is the author and founder of the smart internet security and filtering technology used in Health, Police, Schools, Hospitals and across governments globally, and is a card carrying journalist and podcaster of almost thirteen years.
