Today, we're chatting all about what burnout actually is, how it feels, and how we're trying to combat the effect that burning out has on mental health.


Feeling neither happy nor sad, going through the motions, getting a bit downtrodden, and feeling sort of meh. It's all part of it, and it can happen to anyone - so we're here to give you a little friendly nudge and say "keep your eyes peeled", because it'll creep up on you.
