In today's Man vs Mind, Tim checks in from the UK while J’s stuck in Dubai after a last-minute trip gets grounded. What follows is a catch-up of two knackered dads trying (and mostly failing) to switch off – featuring overheated bedrooms, eerie city roads, toddler tantrums, and the very real stress of being nearly 40 but already falling to pieces.

J talks about his body’s growing refusal to function after a daring soft play incident, prompting the start of a brand new challenge – getting a PT and seeing what happens when two very average men try to reclaim their physical fitness (and pride).
