(00:06):
Hey Kelly here, my goodness.
I cannot tell you how excited I am to be here.
Here we are over two years later recording my very first episode since I stoppedrecording, which I even don't know why I even stopped.
It was just one day I just stopped putting it on my to-do list and I cannot wait to shareall of the updates, everything that is happening in my life, what has happened in my life.

(00:35):
And some of it is actually wow, like mind blowing.
I almost died.
That's one of the major events that happened as well.
So without further ado, let's get started and let's rock and roll.
We're to talk about so many topics.
today is July the 4th, 2025, and I believe the last episode I recorded was April of 2023with my dear friend Amy, which is absolute craziness when I think about it.

(01:04):
All that said, since the recording, am going to just do don't tell you a lot of thingsthat have been going on.
So first and foremost, let's let me kind of go back from most recent events, and then I'llwork my way backward.
So again, it's July of 2025.
I recently finished a brand new certification, which I'm so excited to tell you about.

(01:29):
And I will create a separate podcast regarding this whole topic.
but I became a certified functional blood chemistry analyst.
And that is absolutely mind blowing because it can tell you so much information withregard to where your current health is standing, like what your current standpoint is and

(01:53):
what's coming down the pipeline.
And a really interesting uh circumstance
that I can share was I was able to take my labs that I had that were given or that I hadtaken, what have you, just basic blood work from my physician prior to my getting sick.

(02:14):
And you could see that there was a storm being created.
So it's kind of fascinating because not only can I read labs to a deeper, more functionalcapacity,
but I also have software where I can dump these lab markers in and I am able to paint apicture for you.

(02:38):
And this is open to ladies and men and the offer will be ready very, soon.
Oh my goodness.
So that is really exciting.
Now, like I said, I will do another whole podcast on that whole thing because this couldbe, you your ears could be perking up.
and it's really been game changing for lot of my clients.

(02:59):
Because what I'll do in that circumstances, in that podcast, I'll talk about specificclient cases, what their doctor told them, that's the most fascinating thing, what their
doctor told them about that specific, um about those specific labs and what I was able toshare with them.
Okay, so um I recently, now onto the next life event.

(03:21):
So I recently became a model.
and I cannot be more thrilled about this.
So the whole story goes like this.
I got sick with pneumonia, which that is the next story that I will share with you.
But after getting sick with pneumonia, I really realized I didn't really have much joy inmy life and nothing against my family or my kids or my husband or anything like that

(03:49):
because you can't look at...
that is like, okay, I need for them to bring me joy.
It's, you know, joy is really a feeling within.
But I what I mean by this is that I was just so focused on business and and just learningand I love to learn and love to teach.
But it just got to the point where it just consumed me and I didn't realize that therewere a lot of things that I was not fulfilling myself with.

(04:19):
And it was April.
when I saw that there was an event created from this local boutique called Glitz & Ears.
And I have purchased many things from Glitz & Ears.
They've been around a very long time.
I call them the OG of the boutiques.
And I just love everything that they have there.

(04:40):
And they had put out this event stating that they were looking for models ages 30 to 50,although I'm 30, or although I'm 52, not 32.
I thought, close enough.
And I started to fill out the application and then I, I hesitated because, you know, fear, ego.

(05:01):
What will people think?
You know, am I really, can I, can I really do this?
How are they going to look at me and let, you know, all these crazy stories.
And I thought about it for like two weeks.
It really kept, you know, but I remembered the date and I was like, okay, Kelly, youreally have to make a decision.
So,

(05:21):
There was one evening I was listening to one of my mentors and one of the things that shehad said was, you decide what brings you joy and what you want in your life and you
fucking own it.
And the minute that I heard that I was like, you know what, she's right.
So I opened up my laptop.
Luckily they were still accepting applications.

(05:41):
I applied.
It was literally the day before.
was 8.15 the night before.
I filled out the application.
I selected a time slot for like 1.45.
The next day I received a message, a text message from Taylor who is now my coworker andthe gal who I report to.

(06:02):
She messaged and said, hey, there were two of you that booked that same time slot.
Would you be willing to come at this time or that time?
So I went in at 1.15 and I just remember thinking, Kelly,
this is yours, it's yours, it's yours, you've got this, it's already yours, you you hearthat all the time, you have to already act as if.

(06:23):
And I went in and I just knew, I just felt the comfort, I felt that I was home, you know, and uh it's been so exciting.
uh Basically, I got a call two days later, and they said, we chose you, and we're reallyexcited to have you, and I started two weeks later.
That was really, really exciting.

(06:45):
And I cannot tell you how much fun I am having.
I am having an absolute ball.
Now to add on to that, I had recently, after having pneumonia, which I got the pneumoniaat the end of January and February, so I was sick for almost, I would say six to eight
weeks.
It took a long time to recover.
But I had also uh joined Main Character Energy.

(07:09):
a main character energy membership with Jackie Richards, which by the way, if you are acontent creator and if you want to really excel in reels and also upleveling your content,
this membership is amazing and she's really helped so much.
So it's no surprise to me that that landed in my lap as far as the opportunity to joininto her membership and then...

(07:36):
applying and having the confidence for the modeling job, they tie in together because youreally have got to have main character energy.
Now, that said, if I hadn't joined Jackie's main character energy membership, which isobviously you have to step into that with creating reels, I realized back in February when

(07:58):
her membership kicked off that yeah, you kind of have to be an actress.
not inauthentic, but you have to really step into a different higher version of yourselfwhen you are creating.
because of Jackie's membership, I do feel that I owned that, knew that, and thought, youknow what, there's no better way to really step into that higher level version of me and

(08:22):
that main character energy than modeling.
And it really has been so fun and it really has come very natural to me.
I love the whole glam about it.
I love just the way it makes me feel.
I love the ability to style some of the outfits and such.
And so I go there two times a week and we do pictures, we do video, we do some funcontent, which I've been learning a lot about TikToks and things like that.

(08:52):
So that's really, really, really fun.
Super grateful.
Donna Hussig, like I said, she's the owner of Goods and Airs and she's been around for avery long time.
I really respect her.
I'm super grateful for the opportunity and I never want to leave there.
So that's been really cool and it's interesting how it of all ties in together because Ihave always, always, always told my clients and I'm telling you, you have got to show up

(09:20):
as that next level version of yourself.
walking around with your mom bun and your active wear is not going to get you to thatfeeling that is truly important that is going to transform your body and your life.
So all that said, yes, I'm still focusing on metabolic health with women, but reallyhoning in on that midlife phase, honing in on of course the hormones and the...

(09:47):
the metabolic and the reversing out of that 1990s diet culture shit to be honest with you.
I mean that's really where a lot of these women are why they're stuck.
the metabolic restorative coaching is definitely still an offer that I am doing that oneon one and of course the identity piece and the values you know getting clear on your

(10:14):
values is a huge part of this coaching.
uh container.
Alright, so we talked about my new certification, we talked about glitz and ears, wetalked about the membership of main character energy, which has helped me tremendously
just in not only the actual, hey, this is how you do reels.

(10:34):
And this is how you should, you know, market yourself and really step into main characterenergy.
um It's really helped to help me to step into that desired version of yourself of myself.
Alright, now the next thing that I want to talk about is that I had actually applied to goto school.

(10:55):
I went back to school and this started back in October of 2024.
And what was I going to school for?
Here I am, you know, 52 years old and I had this strong desire to go to nursing school andI signed up for school.
I actually received this.
Now, anyone that lives in Michigan, hear me out on this.

(11:16):
I was able to get this scholarship and you can too if you were somebody who is over 21 hasgraduated high school but never graduated college.
I was able to get funds through what's called, I think it was called Michigan Reset orMichigan Resetter or Michigan something, something like that.

(11:38):
And that was fabulous.
So I started to go to McComick.
McComb Community College because they have a wonderful nursing program.
And I knew it was very competitive and I knew going into it that I really had to give myall.
I started with the required English class, which was very challenging but also veryrewarding.

(11:59):
I ended up getting an A in that and that was just a huge accomplishment for me.
But my God, it was so stressful.
And to be honest with you, I really think that that was the beginning of...
the storm that led to the pneumonia.
So I had the English class and then I moved into the next required class which was theanatomy and physiology which I absolutely loved and I loved the teacher and it was during

(12:24):
that class that the shit hit the fan and I came down with pneumonia.
So let's talk about that.
So that was very scary.
It started with I noticed this little
Feeling in the left side of my chest, but just kind of ignored it.
was at Orange Theory And I was like oh God that felt weird and to be honest with you rightnow I'm still having struggling I'm still having a struggle with the breathing and

(12:50):
catching my breath And I actually just called my doctor the other day saying I think weneed another MRI which that's a whole story So my gosh listen to this story So I felt this
little twinge in my lung and I thought well this this is weird and what have you so then Iended up just getting sick So this is just before
This is just before New Year's.
And then New Year's Eve came, we went out to dinner, and I remember just feeling like, okay, actually, let me back up.

(13:17):
Prior to that, I was starting to feel itchy all over my body.
I was getting eyelash extensions, and my eyes were going ape shit every time I had mylashes done by Vika.
And I loved the way that she did my lashes, which by the way, I'm not getting themanymore, because I had this negative kickback from it.

(13:37):
So all that said, there was just a lot of shit brewing.
And I had so much going on with my business.
We were helping one of Blake's friends, his dear friend and her family.
They had come across some hard times and we were helping them.
She was living with us.
As a matter of fact, she still is living with us and we're still helping the family.

(14:00):
And it's seven months later, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
I'm just really.
trying to give them some support and guidance and that's a whole other podcast actually.
But I remember we were at dinner and I was like, I am just not feeling good.
Like I'm feeling overwhelmed, I'm feeling itchy, I feel bloated, I feel inflamed.

(14:21):
was just like a huge immune response was starting to brew.
So I went to bed.
And that's really when it started, was New Year's.
So January wasn't feeling all that great and that's actually when I had my labs done and Iremember looking at it going, what in the fuck is going on with my thyroid?
Like that is a dumpster fire.
I saw this new hormone doctor, ooh, which by the way, that's a new thing too.

(14:42):
I'm now taking testosterone and we'll talk a little bit about that.
I'll make a note so that I don't forget.
And I was like, whoa, you know, like this does not look good.
Testosterone was low, progesterone was low, DHA was low.
There were all of these things with the thyroid and then there were also some markers thatwere leaning towards like infection and um allergy, know, just all of the the markers

(15:09):
which we'll talk more about when I do the um Podcast on the blood chemistry, but there arecertain markers that will tell you like when you have things like viruses and things that
are brewing So all that said I remember thinking my god, I'm a fucking mess
but I wasn't quite sick yet.
I was just feeling run down, no big deal.

(15:30):
Like, okay, I'm just maybe working out too much or not getting enough sleep.
Anyway, all that said, I ended up getting sick, really sick.
And it just felt like the flu.
Felt like maybe it was um COVID or influenza, something like that.

(15:51):
I was dying.
So my husband...
took me to the doctor and I remember I cried the whole way there.
I cried the entire time.
I was so hopeful that I would leave with answers and she took the COVID test and she tookthe influenza A and B or what have you and she said, your lungs sound fine.

(16:14):
Everything seems fine.
And I was like, I just don't fucking feel fine.
I just remember just feeling hopeless.
And I was getting this cough and it was getting worse and it was very wet and it just feltso terrible and I couldn't sleep and I was keeping everybody up with this coughing.
It was terrible and nothing was changing.

(16:35):
and I must add by the way, thank you, or a ring because my or a ring was really telling mefor those couple of weeks, like you have major symptoms of something going on.
And I to this day say that the or a ring really saved my life.
and so did my dear mentor because now I'm going to move into this next phase of it.

(16:55):
So, doctor says, well, your lungs seem clear, everything seems fine, know, the line offine.
And my mentor, Susan, was like, they missed something.
Something is not right.
And she's very in tune, just like I am.
And she just said, I don't care if I have to send an Uber to come pick you up.

(17:16):
You need to get
You need to be seen immediately because this is not getting better.
Things are getting worse and I'm very concerned.
And of course there was this part of me every single day I was just like, it'll turnaround.
That's what we tell ourselves, you know?
And it wasn't turning around.
And luckily Susan was like, I'm not taking no for an answer.

(17:38):
So she made some calls.
Her son-in-law actually works at the nearby hospital that I actually ended up going tobecause I decided she said we could go here, here, here.
And I thought, well,
I'll go to the hospital.
So I asked my husband, I'm like, can you please maybe just come home early?
So he did, came home early, took me to the hospital and they couldn't find anything.

(18:01):
They just, they were just like, first of all, you have a fever and second, your bloodpressure is really, really low.
Are you with me?
And your oxygen is low.
Like they were just like, flabbergasted.
I...
They knew that there was something wrong and then I started getting scared like my god,you know, do I have some other disease?

(18:23):
oh So even as I just took that big inhale there I could hear the wheezing in my in my lungso.
All that said they came back and they said we can't we can't find anything, but we'regoing to have an MRI done.
They had an MRI done about a half hour later.
They came back because they gave me an IV and all that.

(18:43):
And the doctor said, you have pneumonia.
And they were like, how we weren't able to pick this up through, did an x-ray, they didn'tpick it up.
This is making me emotional.
uh I do still get emotional about this because it's scary, man.
I'll tell you what, that was very scary.

(19:05):
I haven't um cried talking about this in quite a while, so I'm surprised that I actuallybroke down.
I used to.
right after I always would talk about it and get very emotional but recently I haven't buthere I am I'm crying to you.
um But I thank God that that doctor had the had the intuition to get that MRI because Ireally didn't realize how serious it was until every single doctor that when I was in the

(19:37):
hospital
had said to me that was such a good call on that doctor because if she would have sent youhome, you would have died.
And they all said that if they didn't have the cheat sheet, so to speak, from the MRI,they would have never known where to listen for it.
And that was very powerful to hear that, you know?

(20:00):
And so, now I'm like, X-rays?
I don't know, you know?
So.
The interesting thing was too is when I had that MRI done the nurse had said, yeah, by theway, your IUD is misplaced.
And I'm like, what do mean?
They're like, he's like, it's in the wrong spot.
So I'm like, okay.
So that was a whole other thing.
But let me just tell you, when I was in the hospital, I was unrecognizable.

(20:22):
I lost 15 pounds.
I looked like I aged 20 years.
And I remember looking in the mirror thinking, Kelly, what if, what if you don't turnaround?
What?
what is, you know, it was just so scary.
So when you're in that hospital, I was there for four days, it's like you really have thistime to think and you have this opportunity and it really truly was an opportunity.

(20:47):
I also looked around and said, oh my God, if I become a nurse, which the whole plan wasn'tto be a bedside nurse, it was just for the licensure, I thought if I become a nurse, I'm
gonna have to go through these rotations and I don't fucking wanna do this.
I really do feel that the universe provided this opportunity for me.
As much as I say, you know, sounds crazy saying that, oh, pneumonia was an opportunity.

(21:10):
It truly was.
It helped me to make a lot of life decisions and helped me to really realize where I washolding back and lacking and, you know, not stepping into my main character energy.
And as a matter of fact, when I was laying in that hospital bed, that's when Jackiestarted to promote her main character energy membership and I signed up while I was ill.

(21:31):
And I just made the decision right then and there, like, you have got to do different andbe different and show up different and this is your opportunity.
And it was very scary too, because I had a lot of clients who were relying on me.
And that's also when I realized that the way that I'm operating my business is not, it'snot scalable.

(21:52):
And that was a whole other thing and a whole other idea that has, has come to fruition.
And I'll be sharing more about that.
And yes, on another podcast.
ah But so many good things came from it, but it was a long healing process.
And let me just share, the people who came out of the woodwork to support me and to helpand provide for my family while I was sick was overwhelming.

(22:18):
And it's like the saying, when people show you who they are, you believe them.
And it was surprising in a couple of ways.
the people who didn't show up and the people who did.
And I'm not judging the people who didn't, but it really helped me to recognize somethings, you know?

(22:44):
And, wow, you know, there was a meal train created for the fam, for my fam, I say aboutfamily, for my family, people had come together and,
got gift cards and I mean I'm telling you I am so grateful for that.
So now when or if anybody ever gets sick or has like a major setback like that I would bethe first to put that together as well.

(23:14):
So that was a really big thing.
It took me a lot of weeks to move through that.
I was off from working out in Orange Theory for probably two months.
That was very humbling but I'll tell you this.
It was the muscle mass.
that saved my life.
And it wasn't that I had, oh my God, I had this crazy amount of muscle.
It's just crazy that I had doubled down on weight training, specifically the orange 60, ornot orange 60, the strength 50 classes from at Orange Theory was October, 2023 when I made

(23:47):
this decision that I was going to really double down and I was going to transform and suchand really stay committed instead of winging it and.
and such and was very intentional and I had, you know, gained quite a bit of muscle andlost quite a bit of fat as well and physically had changed my body tremendously.

(24:08):
So it's interesting the person that I was when I initially launched this podcast, she wasvery different, looked very different, is very different compared to who I am now.
But I'm so grateful for her for, you know, really stepping into this because
You know, I also realized in the last couple of years how much of a exposure andSisterhood wound that I have had um And not wanting to really put myself out there, but

(24:40):
now I've been Really really really focusing on you know, get yourself out there networkmore and Such and I was recently I recently did um
Two really cool things that led to a really major cool thing.
So uh a few weeks back, speaking of Orange Theory, I was given the opportunity to speakand host a workshop, which was great.

(25:04):
And it was about uncovering your lean body code.
And it was all about talking to the women who are 35 plus, which is basically their idealclient.
And they don't really understand how they could be working against their body.
when they go to Orange Theory because they're still operating under the exercise more eatless I need to sweat in order to you know like sweat and be huffy puffy in order to make

(25:31):
physical changes when they don't realize that they don't have the hormones that are theirline of defense anymore and it was very eye-opening so if you would like access to that I
know that there is a replay for it if you go to oh what is it www
Actually, let me just look this up really quick on here because I can't kellydunlap.comforward slash is it?

(26:03):
if you go to kellydunlap.com forward slash links, L-A-N-K-S, that's the best place to go.
That will take you to my link tree and you can access all kinds of stuff like my free uhmetabolism makeover roadmap.
That's a really lovely thing that I just created.
and the replay for that you can access that there.

(26:25):
It's a really great workshop as well.
that speaking of that workshop that led to a young lady who had uh wanted to attend thatworkshop but was not able to come and she is part of Stellantis.
oh She's part of their wellness program and she thought wow this would be so well receivedwith the working professional females that uh

(26:49):
you know, that obviously work at Cilantis, reached out and Cilantis is Chrysler by theway.
I don't know if I said that already, but a lot of people are like, Cilantis, I don't knowwhat that is, but it's Chrysler.
My husband actually works there.
And she said that she would like to learn more about, you know, what I talked about.
And I said, oh, as a matter of fact, here's the replay.
And we set up a meeting and she on that morning was like, I am already halfway, I'm onlyhalfway through this recording.

(27:15):
And she's like, oh my God.
You know so much about so much and this is mind-blowing I am you know I can see a visionhere basically where she's like I can see a series and I thought wow that's super cool so
we We met again, and she you know she sent me an email basically saying hey There's thisother department that's interested in you as well And it has to do with cancer patients

(27:41):
survivors and people that are going through treatments and such and they wanted to know ifyou would be willing and I thought well
sure, but let me make sure that it's within my scope of practice and that I can providevalue and that we're on the same page.
So we met and they thought this is amazing what I had kind of proposed and so that isactually in four days.

(28:02):
It's going to be on July the 8th.
oh So I'm uh really excited about that and um I'm still working on the presentation forthat.
And then on the other side, we have a workshop scheduled for late July, August, andSeptember, and that would be for the working professional females.
So I'm really grateful for the opportunity.
I cannot wait because as you know, I love to teach and I love to share and all of thosethings.

(28:27):
So, oh my gosh, so many things that have been going on.
So I talked about glitzeneers.
I talked about the functional blood chemistry analysis.
I talked about cilantro.
I talked about my pneumonia.
Oh my gosh, and now let's talk about what I had mentioned throughout the conversation hereabout hormone replacement therapy.

(28:49):
So about three months ago ish.
Yeah, it's about three months.
um I visited Dr.
Steven Dean.
He's actually in Troy, Michigan.
um He is amazing and he was the one who took those labs right, you know, right before Igot sick and

(29:09):
we decided to put me on testosterone.
And he said, hey, you know, have a couple options.
You can do a cream or you can do this pellet.
I think the pellets are great.
And I said, well, let me just start with the cream just because I don't know how I'm goingto like this.
He said, yeah, that's probably a good idea.
So I started to use the cream.
I have to be honest, I don't use it every single day, but I use it most days.

(29:32):
And I'll tell you what, I have...
used I have used less of my ADD medication since being on the testosterone and Also, myDHS was low.
So who put me on DHS?
So I'm doing those two and then he also put me on Pregnant alone, which is the precursorto progesterone now the thing with the pregnant alone because I have since visited him

(29:58):
when I first started taking the Pregnant alone I was like, okay, first of all, I feelbitchy like really raw kind of aggressive and I got
really fucking hungry and I was like I don't like this and I know progesterone she wantsyou to be pregnant regardless if you want to or not and she does want you to be you know
eating more and carbs and such and so I was like eh so I stopped taking it and then Ivisited him to go over you know how do I like the testosterone how am I liking the

(30:26):
progesterone and he said you know what why don't you just do the pregnant alone once aweek and let's just see what happens
So I've been doing that.
And he said, just do it on the weekends, maybe like on a Friday or what have you, and seewhat happens.
Because the whole goal here is balance.
And when we looked at my labs like a constellation of stars, as you should, he and I bothagreed that if we bring in that testosterone, that that's going to provide a lot more of

(30:55):
the balance that I need, that that's going to help all of the other hormones behave alittle bit better, which is great.
So that's been really really great.
So we decided to continue with the cream and then I will maybe consider doing the pelletsbut the pellets are permanent, know like once you're locked in.
So I like having the control I guess you would say so to speak with that and so I'm happyabout that.

(31:21):
um I just had a thought also too of something else that I wanted to share with you.
the testosterone, that's been good.
I also did, I wanna share this too, is I also am starting to learn about peptides.
Peptides I think are fascinating.
I know they've been around for quite a while and I'm kind of late to the party a littlebit, but I can say this, that I did take samorlin during my healing process with pneumonia

(31:49):
and I do really think that that helped a lot.
And the samorlin is basically human growth hormone.
I'm so glad that I did that and that was something that was strategic.
At first, of course, my interest was peak like, know, Samorin might be good for buildingmuscle.
And obviously, because I'm a huge advocate of building muscle now, let me just say, because muscle is your healing organ.

(32:15):
If I did not have that muscle that I had, I would not have survived.
And I will be preaching that and preaching that and preaching that.
So you have got to pay attention to your body composition.
Anyway, that's whole side note.
So I'm excited to learn more about peptides and actually that's, kind of making noteshere.
Okay, so let's do a podcast on peptides.

(32:37):
Maybe we can do one on hormone replacement therapy.
We'll do one on the functional blood chemistry analysis.
We'll also do one, I just recently also had a hair tissue mineral analysis redone.
oh I had one done, oh, maybe about a year and a half ago and I just had another one doneand that was insightful as well.
And I offer hair tissue mineral analysis as well.

(32:58):
And I do also offer all those other tests, like the Dutch test, the microbiome test, things like that.
Maybe I'll do a podcast on just all of those tests and just talk about the differentfindings that I've had with clients.
Like this morning, I just saw a client.
ah I received her Dutch test results last night.
I'm like, my god.
I'm like, I'm not surprised to see this.

(33:19):
But hey, girl.
You are in burnout, you are low in testosterone, you are low in DHEAS.
It's very, very helpful and it explains a lot of shit.
Anyway, all that said, I have some really great ideas to share with you and give you somegreater insights and things.
Oh my gosh, I can't believe that I finally made this happen.

(33:44):
I have been talking about getting my podcast relaunched forever.
made a slight name adjustment which is Master Your Mindset and Metabolism because you knowthat's what I love is mastering your mindset and your metabolism.
ah But I also added the tagline midlife edition because you my friend if you are 35 andover you are in midlife you were stepping into midlife and I think you know perimenopause

(34:14):
does not get the the voice that it needs.
I think that it lacks, there's so much information lacking out there, but I think thereare a lot of people out there who are starting to get, they're starting to get it and
realize like, whoa, this is definitely something that I need to start paying attention to,that it's actually the perimenopause more so than menopause.

(34:36):
Because menopause, that is like a one day event.
It is a one day event.
Perimenopause is the possible, and I say possible,
possible shit show that you could step into but I also call it your gift becauseperimenopause in my opinion shows you it shows you what you need to truly work on because

(34:59):
you are lacking the hormones it exposes a lot of things for you so it is a trueopportunity for you to just start working on all those things that are lingering
underneath so
All that said, thank you so much for tuning in.
This has been a true joy.
I absolutely love to talk.
It is such a value of mine and I appreciate you taking the time to listen.

(35:23):
I talked about so many different things.
I hope that you found some value.
I know I didn't give you valuable nuggets of information, at least I don't think I did,but just kinda giving you an update on all of the things.
So you can also find me on Facebook.
uh Still have the personal page, Kelly Dunlap.
I also have a free Facebook group which is...
uh

(35:51):
you just do the kellydunlap.com forward slash links that's going to take you to all of thethings like my amazon store my metagenics like all of the fun things that i love and want
to share and i could not be more excited to be back in the game so all that said thank youso much again for tuning in and i would love

(36:12):
to hear your feedback.
if you wouldn't mind taking the time to screenshot this episode and tag me, follow me onInstagram and Facebook.
Give me some love over there because I've been trying to build my Instagram for quite sometime now and it's not as easy as people think.
It's really a lot of strategy.
But at the end of the day, I just want to have fun.

(36:33):
And as one of my dear friends and mentors, Mallory Campbell, had said, and I will neverforget this, slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
We will end on that note.
Have a wonderful, wonderful day and I will see you next time.
Bye.
