“Values are connected to your beliefs and guide the decisions that you make. So why are they important? Well, when you get clear on them, you're not going to feel a sense of failure. You're not going to feel this resistance. You'll never feel uncertainty and you certainly will not feel indecisive. You will feel like that is a solid hell yes and then does the solid hell no. So for example, I lived my life with these four emotions. It was like a nonstop thing and oh my God, it was a struggle. And then becoming a business owner, it was just like that was the struggle, having these emotions and I've done a lot of work and I still do a lot of work and I still have some things that I'm not really sure. Like, what is that, is there still a weed in there right? So, I just decided to hire another coach, you and that I feel can help me work through that.
