“Now when it comes to a problem, we're going to talk about a couple of problems here. But we as women, we tend to think that if we exercise more and eat less, that this is going to be the answer to our problem, which is hanging on to weight, so on and so forth. But really all this does is it creates more hunger, low energy cravings, weight gain, and then you just keep repeating the cycle over and over. It's literally like a method for suffering. So if you're doing this, this is not going to work. If it does work for you and if it has worked for you, it will work for a very short amount of time and then you have to cycle out of it.
