Emily has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016 and a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2018. She has a life long history with, and a love for sports and physical activity. Fitness and Yoga have transformed her mental health, physical health and spiritual wellness, in so many ways; that she feels that her true passion is to share this knowledge and experience with others. Her Biggest joy is in seeing people do things that they thought they never could.
