A random Peer Reviewed article was selected by putting the words, "Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)" into the Google Scholar Search Engine.  And the following article was chosen randomly:  McCall, J. R., & Hoyman, M. M. (2023). Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) program evaluation: a luxury but not a necessity?. Community Development, 54(1), 91-121. 

The 7:39 Episode starts with the "Main Problem" being read to Dr. Bennett from the Abstract of said Article; then, he provides insight from Scientific Experience.
