We examines the disparity between the guarantees of the US Constitution and the lived experiences of individuals who feel these promises are not upheld. It explores how systemic failures, including unequal access to healthcare, increased surveillance of minority communities, and a lack of legal protection, lead to a sense of dehumanization and inequality. We argues that while the Constitution promises equality and freedom, its implementation often falls short, resulting in a feeling of being unheard and unprotected for many. Also, we calls for collective action to address these systemic issues and ensure that the Constitution's promises are realized for all individuals.
