(00:01):
This is the Ogs and their remakes, the show where we ask
one question. Who will work better, the
classic or the cash grab? Movies and TV shows, if it's
been remade, rebooted or reimagined, we are judging it.
Sometimes the remake nails it, sometimes just a flaming
dumpster fire. Either way, we watched it so you
(00:24):
don't have to. Let's get into it.
Third time's the charm. Let's hope this goes through
this. Time glitch after glitch after.
Glitch. This is our third try and and
third time's usually the charm. So let's let's try this again.
The first two tries were, well, let's say our own little
dumpster. Fire very.
Yeah, yeah, very. So this one is the Assault on
(00:52):
Precinct 13. The very first one came out in
1976, which if I'm not mistaken is before you were born.
Yes. OK.
And the remake was 2005. Based on those calculations,
they should be making another one here soon.
(01:14):
Hopefully, maybe, possibly, don't know.
Who knows, who knows? John Carpenter did all his
vampire stuff that he just did this one in 76.
I He did a good job. I mean considering he.
Did. The, the, let's just say the,
(01:36):
the one thing in that the 76 version that really stuck out
was when Lieutenant comes in andhe says it's really quiet
tonight. Yeah.
And that's about when every single officer in that place
would jump up and smack the living daylights out of that
guy. They just rolled their eyes,
(01:56):
like, here we go, Lieutenants. Here we go.
Damn, Lieutenant, what do we say?
In the Army? You can't.
Still lost. Without the Lt.
Exactly, yes. Yeah.
That's why I made it a very big habit of telling Lieutenant or
captain or whoever, put your shit, shit you are, shit down
(02:17):
and shush. Just shush.
Don't, don't tell me what to do.Sure, sure, sure, sure.
Yeah, yeah, I got this. So the 1976 is a lofi high
tension minimalist budget. Like Shoestring, they had next
(02:40):
to nothing or budget. Which I mean that might be why
they only use about two blocks. The same two blocks the same.
Two blocks for everything. Regardless to see.
Yeah, it was awesome. You got to know that
neighborhood really well. At least that one block, the
stop sign, made more cameos thanmost the actors do.
(03:02):
Yes, just. And the phone booth.
Yes, in Co storing the stop signat the corner of Wiltshire and
Spruce. Yes, that might be why the cops
went right by the the car that had the dead individual in it
(03:24):
that crashed on that same same alley.
He said Look dude, we incompetent.
We ain't stopping. We already know what's up.
I just just, and then of course, you know, we've done law
enforcement. So it's, it really makes you
start twitching because who the hell doesn't see a dead body in
(03:48):
the sky? Now, I understand it's dark.
However, your headlights will catch something.
If you're paying attention, you'll be able to see it before
you're actually under a person that's dripping blood that
apparently has been dripping blood for hours now.
For hours. But there was only a few drops.
(04:10):
It's just a few core clothes, that's all of us.
I guess it was towards the end, I don't know.
Yeah, everything else already. Yeah, we can only see.
Yeah. They just chalked up the blood
stain on the sidewalk as anotherdrive by.
OK, OK. We'll go with that.
Speaking of blood on the sidewalk, who the original?
(04:33):
They killed the little girl overice cream.
I mean, that's pretty much what it was.
It did look there was OK. So there was so many plot holes
about pumpkin size. OK, The freaking, you know that
Jack O Lantern you put out in your yard and you try to be the
biggest Jack O Lantern you have bigger than anybody on the on
(04:54):
the freaking block. That's how big these potholes
were. OK?
Like, why did they feel? Why was the ice cream man shot
to begin with? Why you know that you just.
Why was he pointing the gun out of the car?
Just pointing it at people just just because.
(05:18):
Why did he shoot the little girlother than the only reason I can
think of is she could identify him.
But if all he did was like give her her ice cream that she
ordered. And yes, we go back for what we
what we were supposed to have. If we don't get what we supposed
to have, we spend money on we got we got to go back.
(05:38):
OK? I don't care who you are,
especially if you are a child and it's ice cream.
If you don't get the ice cream you asked for, you go back and
you go get that damn ice cream. Obviously she was not raised in
the South. No, she was raised by a good,
good parent. That said, you get what you
asked for because she was nice and polite and she gave him the
(06:01):
money. OK?
She didn't say Gimme, she didn'tscream, and she when she
realized it was not the right ice cream, she didn't even throw
a fit like today's children would.
Like, oh hey, he gave me the wrong one, let me go back and
get the right. One.
Yeah, cool. She was raised right.
If that was in the South, that would have happened.
The ice cream been melted by thetime she got back.
(06:22):
No, no, hey, I want the vanilla twist too.
Like here you go. She walks off and she goes, oh,
this is regular vanilla. I got the wrong one that was in
the South. Would have been like, oh, that's
the wrong one. I ain't going back because he's
going to tell me. Just I I got what I got.
(06:43):
Yeah, not myself. Look.
I remember not myself. We had those little popsicles,
little frozen popsicle sticks. Did we learn how to open?
Yeah, yeah, Apparently all you got to do is pop it.
Pop it. Right, I remember I want the
great. I want the great.
I want the purple one. I get a red or green, green
copper bit with the yellow. Let me go back and tell my Mama
(07:07):
I didn't want look. There's a difference between
your Mama and that that grocery store person, OK, or that ice
cream man, There's different. I don't know, they just still
look at you kind of funny, like, came back here for what?
At least you got one. But no, seriously, I mean, she
went back to get the right the right flavor that she actually
wanted, that she did pay. For they don't explain why, just
(07:29):
like they don't explain. See, I I understand why the
father followed those guys. I don't understand why he didn't
just take the I license plate down and go back to the phone
booth that he left and call the damn cops.
Don't understand that. But I do understand the fury
that would be coursing through me if somebody just shot one of
(07:50):
my kids. Oh yeah, I did something, but I
actually killed it. Yeah, so sorry I'm telling you.
I didn't take it over. Everything's working against us
today. I hope this comes out right.
Anyway, let's try that, hopefully.
(08:13):
So what? I don't understand, is when he
follows them, it's daylight and then it's the dead of night.
So he's been following them around the same two blocks for
how long? Four or five hours.
Look, they rid of the camera crew equipment.
(08:34):
They had to have it back at thistime for the local news to do
their stuff and then they could use it again.
So when they got it back, it wasthat dark.
And then he gets out the guys that were with that.
(08:54):
With the shooter. With the shooter.
Yeah. They all run like they get out
of the car and they take off. The shooter somehow misses that
father with that big ass gun, somehow misses them completely.
(09:15):
The father empties the revolver into that guy and and then after
that, he just takes off. Brennan goes to the precinct and
all of a sudden can't put words together.
Just all of a sudden and not want to do this, all this shit.
(09:38):
Does he get his teeth back untilhe mouths like thank you or
something like that when he's going into the ambulance later
on? And that was it.
And that was it. And he was a chatty little
fucker on the way right with hisdaughter talking about calling
grandma to get her out of the yeah, the neighborhood.
And then, but after he runs to the precinct, all of a sudden
(10:02):
it's the Chodos and they're pissed off for who knows why.
There's no reason whatsoever. And they?
Shot the one. Guy and they're multiplying.
Like you see seven and then you see 15 and then you see 30 and
then you have like, I don't know, an abundance of them.
They're like never ending because they're all getting
(10:24):
dead. Yeah, one after the other.
It's like, Oh my God, you, you can't the one of the, either the
police officer or the Lieutenantor the secretary of the, the
Police Department. So one of those, well, it's the
cholos. So.
You have to stop to think it's like, so did the cholos really
(10:46):
do anything? Because the guy that who got
shot that was in the car was wasa white dude.
Y'all, our equipment is telling us that today is not the.
Day today. Today is not the day.
Like everything's falling apart,quite literally.
(11:10):
There we go. We're getting the fix, I hope.
Otherwise, I'm just going to hang on to it.
I mean, I'm, I'm done. Put it in the hole.
She's got to put it in the hole, you know?
Look, you, I'm just hang on to it.
This is a mess, OK? You don't understand.
(11:33):
We're trying to move and like everything's revolting now.
So FIRST equipment malfunctions.Everything sounds like it's got
an echo or robot or like it's. And now it's just starting to
fall apart just because. So yeah, all right.
So in 1976, it had John Copper give it a really heavy influence
from the movie Rio Bravo and Night of the Living Dead, with
(11:56):
non-stop siege action set in a nearly abandoned LA precinct and
some set music that he kind of created back to the day.
It was just like, here's the first one to do synth and slash
(12:16):
synthesized music, I guess. Yeah, they even predate the
RoboCop from the 1980s. Yay.
But yeah, I mean, this wasn't just some action flick.
I mean, the dialogue is kind of sparse and scarce and what with
the dialogue there was, it just kind of didn't really make sense
(12:36):
of what was going on in the movie.
And it was kind of a a guerrillastyle filmmaking with punk soul.
How can you say punk soul? Nobody was singing.
It's the 70s, just punk. I mean, I, I understand they got
black guys in there, but there'sno singing anarchy.
I don't even know if any of those guys know how to sing.
(12:58):
I don't know. But not only that, let's let's
look at the fact that the Lieutenant throws a loaded, I
don't know, rifle, shotgun, something or other.
Add an inmate to help protect the precinct and you see, you
(13:22):
see on his face. After the inmate blows a few
away, inmate realizes what he has in his hand.
Lieutenant realizes how he fucked up right, how much he
fucked up and they share a look like in my neck or are you going
to are we going to do that like.I mean, I could kill him and get
(13:43):
away. And of course, the Lieutenant
looks at him like shit, I just gave him a load of gun.
Yeah. What was I thinking?
Yeah, but at the same time, if you look back when the first
time Lieutenant meets the inmate, yeah, when he asked him
(14:07):
for a cigarette and the the whole time while his inmate is
asking every single Tom, Dick and Harry for a damn cigarette.
Oh my God, that's a fall apart. I'm I'm really pretty sure that
it's just to see what the response would be.
(14:27):
Yeah. To feel them out.
Yeah, because they did a. Really simple question, but the
way you answer it has a lot to do with your hair.
And how. And it kind of also dictates how
he's going to interact with you from that point on.
Yeah, but everybody else is justlike, no or.
Go fuck yourself, yeah? Or whatever, or yeah, I got
(14:49):
some, but you can't have it. Yeah, Lieutenant says.
Sorry and apologize for not having a cigarette for him.
Yeah, which you can see the realization on the inmates face.
And it really, I mean, it is home with me too.
Because if you answer that way alot of the time, not like every
(15:15):
time, but a lot of the time he'sgot to.
He knows he can manipulate you as much as possible.
Oh yeah, because you apologize for not giving him something
that he's not supposed to be given anyway.
In the first place. Like you are not if if back
then, yeah, they were allowed cigarettes, Yeah, but it came
from family or it came from trading in the yard.
(15:37):
It was not from an officer. Yeah, giving it to an inmate if
you. Couldn't buy it on the canteens
and you had a trade for with somebody else on the.
Yeah, Yeah. And he did his whole demeanor
change when when he realized howyou're going to answer him, that
it's like he knew how to how to interact with you at that point.
(15:58):
Yeah. Somebody I could jump with
somebody I just need to just saywhat I got to say and shut up.
Or somebody I could really just keep poking fun at just because
they're asshole to me. Right.
And he did that one inmate make no, no calls by pack.
I'm not a killer, but I am an asshole.
Yeah. And he was, Yeah, he was.
(16:24):
And everybody, all the gangs in that movie, the whole damn gang
moved like zombies come to the same window of the precinct,
gets shot, and another one rightbehind him comes through the
window, he gets shot. It's almost like playing Plank
the Duck with ABB gun because they're all just going to keep
(16:47):
coming back and forth and I'm sorry.
Yeah, I'll watch it. Amazement.
It's a OK. He was busy talking so I knew I
had a minute to fix it right so.Yeah, I mean, they don't look
like zombies. I mean, no matter what they did,
(17:08):
how they did it, everybody movedlike a thinking zombie.
And they didn't like, which I mean, if anybody with half a
brain, if you know everybody going through one door or one
window is getting shot, how manypeople does it take to get shot
(17:29):
before you realize stop going inthat window or door?
Hey, follow me. They've only got so much Polish,
but about the third or fourth person, you have to sit there
and go. How many more bullets do they
have left? Yeah.
Because I mean, he's been shooting everybody going through
there. Not only shooting him, but like
shooting him more than once. Which I mean, if, if everybody's
(17:52):
going through the windows and they're getting shot, the
windows, somebody, somebody would have to go, huh, let's try
the front door because obviouslythey're not there.
Right. You know.
Just And this is supposed to be some badass gang, Yeah.
Anyway, like the Brains. The Brains took the day off that
day. They they are a gang, a gang of
(18:14):
special educated individual. Yes, we're going to.
Go with that. Yes, All right.
And then I mean, there's so muchwe can talk about the the 76
version that. Just it's just, it's not bad.
It's it's really kind of. But.
There's so many questions. Somebody just like take a nap in
(18:36):
between writing the script I. Don't I think so.
And they forgot where they left.Off at they spilled coffee on a
couple of sheets. They just ripped it out so we
will need that anyway. We got a custom scenes, so
before we even take it, we're just going to take it out of
there. Or they they, they wrote the
movie and somebody says, hey, we've only got like, I don't
know, I don't know how much it was to cost, you know, to make a
(18:57):
movie back in the 70s. But for for sakes of this
argument, hey, we got $10,000 and somebody went through the
RIP. The strip like in half is like,
then we're only going to film this half.
Yeah. And grab the last three pages
and there's our movie holes. I mean, damn, Swiss cheese
(19:21):
doesn't have holes like that. Oh my God.
But to watch it, it was a good movie.
It was, it was a really good movie.
Even the filming of it, I mean the the way they acted, I mean
the actors were just they were good partner dog he's.
Very had to be a part of everything.
I'm telling you. But All in all, I mean, when I
(19:42):
watched the movie, yeah, if it was on, I'd watch it.
But it's not like something I have to go like, Oh my God, I
got to go see this. Yeah, yeah.
It's just, you know, it's a goodmovie.
And then we have the 2005 one. *Studded.
With, I mean, yeah, you, you notice all the, the people that
(20:03):
we know from a lot of the films these days, Ethan.
Hawke, Florence Fishburne, Gabriel Brine, excuse me, and a
bunch of other people that's been in TV shows and movies
since 2005, including at least two actors that I know that was
in there from Sons of Anarchy. Yeah.
(20:23):
Joe Rule was in there. John Leguizamo was in there.
A lot of big name actors that weren't big name, yeah.
Right. They've done a couple of movies
for all that, but nothing was really blockbuster just yet.
Nothing really made them like the big stars they are now.
Yeah, but in this one you swap Los Angeles or snow cover
(20:50):
Detroit on New Year's keep. Yeah, and they they used more
than two blocks. Right, it looked like they used
a whole lot. I think they had the woods next
to. The lot they did next to the
airport too. I believe there was anyway
something like that. It did have a more complex plot
(21:10):
instead of gang members hunting down the father who shot one of
their gang members, I think anyway.
So the gang cut, you know, the the step by the father.
These are dirty cops. Yeah, yeah.
And the I'm getting some feedback again.
(21:35):
This this equipment does not like me today.
It's. Just it's all kind of the jacked
up. Today, so off topic a little
bit. When we publish this episode I
am going to go ahead and apologize for every single itty
bitty glitch that is in here. Hopefully by the next time we
will have it fixed. Anyway, back to the show we're
(21:56):
hoping. Oh, I'm going to make sure.
What was I going to say? I don't know.
I don't either. But I do know the cops, the
corrupted cops going after Laurence Fishburne character the
the main criminal that was on his way to go testify.
Yeah. On dirty cops.
(22:19):
And those dirty cops didn't wanthim to go testify, so of course
they're trying to catch him in transit.
And luckily enough they had to stop because yeah, it was a
Blizzard outside. They could.
Drive every every. That's what I was going to say.
Every question that you had thatalong the way was actually
answered. There were no.
No, no, they actually had this one.
(22:40):
I mean, you didn't learn about it until later on in the movie,
but you. Yeah, it made more sense as to
why they were trying to get thisguy right.
What? He was, you know, being hunted
for. Yeah, and then you didn't know
who the real, especially in the last one, you didn't know who
the real informant was for the crooked cops that was inside
(23:02):
this empty building until the very end.
Yeah, you definitely did not seethat coming.
Yeah, I mean, it was a plot twist, like there's no tomorrow
and you didn't even see it. And instead of the unlikely hood
of staying inside the precinct, they actually came out and were
actively trying to get away, running in the woods, running in
(23:24):
the field, You know, they're trying to actually get away from
these guys. Yeah, hot wiring a car nearby
trying to get back into the prison bus.
Yeah, this gate, so there, I mean, there were a few
differences as far as not only the the city or state it was in,
but the circumstances. Yeah, in the first one, they
(23:47):
stopped for a reason that nobodyelse would stop for.
Absolutely never happened, at least not today.
An inmate was sick. He had the cough.
So what are you? Going to do.
I mean, look like he's just sickwith a fever and coughing,
right? Something that could wait until
(24:08):
he got to proper medical help atthe facility of where he's
going. In the in the.
It's very simple phone. Well, like then they didn't have
cell phones. But you know, it's a very
simple, hey, when we get there, he needs to come off first.
He needs to go. Right.
And I mean, even during in that time frame in the 70's, the,
(24:30):
the, the person, the warden, whoever was the captain who was
on the bus ride with those 3 inmates, even ask the driver,
how long is it till we get to soand so at whatever institution
they're going to, he needs to six hours.
Yeah. Oh cool.
Hey, guess what dude, it's goingto suck, but you got a six hour
ride in shackles. Yeah.
(24:51):
But I also know given that time frame, if they did have to stop
and call somebody, call 911, call local PD, you know,
somebody to help them out because the inmate did get
really sick. The chances of those inmates
trying to run off that bus probably going to be slim
tonight because they knew, I mean, they'd just get shot.
Yeah. I mean, unlike today, I mean,
(25:11):
I'm sure someone get shot today, but to be no, don't you need to
stop, come back here to. I mean, for the most part, one
person runs off this. We'll just go look for the one
person. Yeah, but you got 30 other on
the bus. Versus the the 2005 one, the bus
stop because the weather right that I can understand that is
(25:33):
that is a valid reason. Yeah, there's no side you can
see in front of your face and you're trying to drive a prison
bus. No, I'm stopping.
Yeah, I'm stopping. People can't even drive their
little Ford Focuses in the rain, let alone.
Snow. Hell, they can't do it in the
sunshine. We go stop.
It makes sense. Like you, you've got people in
(25:54):
broad daylight, not a cloud in the sky, and they're driving
down the road with their brightson, and then when night time
comes, they can't figure out howto turn their headlights on.
Yeah. It's like everybody's just like,
backward. I don't.
Anyway, that's another change for another time, but.
(26:15):
I mean, you know, but but but 2005 made a little bit more
sense it it had a lot more dramain it, a lot of a lot more
cinematics in it, more gunfire, more gunplay.
They even had a helicopter. Yeah, they did.
I I really liked it that this the new one is actually my
favorite just for the share factthat it it's a complete story.
(26:40):
Yeah. It's not.
It doesn't leave you going well, why did you do this?
Why did you do that? Why did this happen?
I don't understand it explains everything all the way to the
end. But it really did.
I'm with you. I like the second one better.
(27:00):
I said if the first one was on, if the original was on TV and I
was just watching something, I'dwatch it.
Yeah, yeah. I wouldn't change it's.
Not bad, it's rewatchable. But if I'm just looking for
something to watch, just like actors who were pretty good
before they became real big and famous, yeah, I'm gonna watch
it. Yeah.
(27:21):
Without a doubt, yeah. Absolutely.
But which scenes do you think was more terrifying?
The zombie like gang members or the corrupted cops coming at?
I would have to go with a corrupt cop.
(27:41):
Not only do they have the same training as you, but they are
more motivated to make sure thateverybody dies for the sheer
fact that they're trying to get away with shit that you know
damn well you're going to get caught.
You're going to have to serve time and it's it's going to end.
Yeah, they are definitely some highly motivated individuals.
(28:02):
Yeah, they, I mean any, any cop or correctional officer, whoever
that becomes dirty always gets caught.
Oh yeah. It's not a matter of if, it's a
matter of when. And they were trying to prolong
their freedom as much as they could by killing.
Yeah, and that main guy was going to turn off that they, he,
he even said it when he testified.
(28:26):
He was going to literally get hand them basically his black
book that has every single name, how much they made, what they
did, everything, every. Transaction that he was a part
of for them. Which any convict, any long game
(28:46):
criminal has a black book? Yeah, whether black or hot, if.
You do any kind of business withthem, they're going to have your
name down, they're going to knowwhat you did, and they're going
to hang on to that and hold it over your head until you're 6
feet under. Oh yeah, just so they can get
away with more. Shit, absolutely.
(29:08):
So do. You think the remake did?
Do you think the remake tried too hard or do they modernize it
just enough? I think they did perfectly.
Yeah, I don't think they tried too hard either.
I think it's modernized for today's viewer in today's time
(29:29):
because I mean 2005 and it's still relevant today in 2025,
twenty years later. Yeah.
But I think they I. Think they they didn't.
I think they they hit the nail on the head.
They didn't go overboard doing some drastic Thea.
They did bring the story a little They they made the story
(29:51):
a little more real. Yeah.
Instead of, you know, we're going to attack the precinct for
no damn reason whatsoever, just.To go these short remember guys,
who's the white guy who claimingto be cholo?
And don't understand. And we we going to go in here
and. We'll never.
Understand and we're just going to crawl through windows like
ants while we're all. The same way the last guy did
(30:14):
and he got shot. Dude, they crawled.
OK look man, laws of physics does not belong in the first
movie. Apparently they nobody read
that. Book No.
Nobody adhered to that law. They'd look at that law and said
we veto it. It's out because somebody
crosses that window and they getshot.
They don't fall into the briefing, they fall out.
(30:35):
Every single time, yeah. And they were halfway.
Through every person that got shot was always on the outside
and just magically disappeared. No drag marks, no blood stains,
no nothing. Just poof, dump.
Because the and here's the air quote gangs and air quotes
sticking up, all the deaf peopledragging them off.
In three seconds, yes. But then at one point time the
(30:59):
gang was pushing to park cars how the parking lot using it as
cover, which A how do they unlock the door B How do they
pop the column C how they put itin some sort of neutral?
Who was driving it? Yeah, because.
That was from the inside from. Steering it, but you see
somebody staring at two people pushing it and then a third
person behind the rear bumper aswell with a backup against the
(31:22):
bumper pointing up over their head backwards.
The dumbest thing to do? But yet in the next scene, when
they go to look and when there'snobody shooting anymore, they're
trying to figure out what's going on.
They look around, there's nobodythere.
The dead bodies are gone. And the cars are back.
The gangs are gone, just magic and the cars are perfectly
parked like they were before they started to get pushed out.
(31:44):
I was like, dude, are you for real it?
Was magic. I'm telling you, they forgot to
put the Hogwarts in there. They said Repairo and to poof
here we go. Now I'm not a condone.
I, I, I will not condone anyone under the age of 21 to smoke
(32:07):
marijuana medically or recreationally.
But if you happen to have one ofthem cards and or let's say a
bag of so-called air quote oregano air quotes and you.
Parsley. Oh parsley.
Oh my God. Anyways, you happen to have some
that leafy green substance and it just magically turns into
(32:30):
vapors and you watched the firstmovie?
That shit will make sense. I'm sure it will.
I'll promise you it will. Don't you see that the cars
shit, those gangs are amazing. I don't want to fuck with those
guys, still steal my shit and put it back in my house without
(32:51):
me doing it. Yeah.
Hopefully they'll clean first. I have.
I've never smoked a thing in my life, so I wouldn't.
I wouldn't know. I bet somebody be knocking on
the big tube TV talking about who'd you guys?
You got some munchies in there? Hey, man, I'll hope you.
I'll hope you, you know, hold down the precinct if you guys
(33:12):
did burrito. I'm just saying.
Wow. Yeah, I, I, I'm stoned and I can
see they're coming through the same window.
Your mom on what though? Oh my God.
Anyways, oh God. Chong, here we come.
(33:38):
Oh my God. So kind of recap a little a
little bit here. So the OG is lean, mean and
unforgettable. The remake at layers but maybe
too many? I don't think so.
No. I respect the 2005 effort, even
(33:59):
though John Carpenter's you know, he owns the night.
In my opinion, 2005 that's just,it's just a better movie.
Yeah, absolutely. There's less.
Stand around chatter about endless nonsense, it has
absolutely nothing to do with the storyline, and then jump to
(34:23):
something totally different in the story.
Well, I'm pretty sure also the 2005 had probably most likely
because of the accidents that were in it had a bigger budget.
Oh yeah, so they could actually, they actually got, especially
when it came time for like the corrupt cops to attack.
(34:44):
They were all wearing the same expensive as gear.
Yeah, the same tactical gear, yeah.
Nobody knew who they were. They were all in black for a
reason. The only way they found out was
because the cop in the Sergeant killed one of them and found
their ID. Yeah.
Other than that, they would havenever known who it was, what
(35:06):
they're for. They were all thought it was
Florence Fishburne's gang comingto break him out of out of out
of jail, keep him from going to prison.
Yeah. No cricket cop.
No was cricket cop. You know the ones who don't
write tickets to. You know all the pretty girl.
(35:28):
Yeah. I have yet to find one, but you
know. I haven't gotten a ticket, so
that's not because I was pretty.Because the OR inmate saying you
don't take real men to confinement.
You're right. I have yet to meet one just just
(35:49):
there. Oh.
Good, yes. Anyway, for those that listen to
our podcast religiously again, I'm sorry for the glitches on
this episode. I am going to make sure it is
fixed before we do our next one. Also, we are thinking of a new
(36:12):
podcast, so stay tuned for thosedetails.
Yeah. And I think that's it.
Maybe on the new podcast, just throwing this one out there.
Nothing set in stone. Obviously this is just prelim
work, but maybe if we do the newpodcasts we can have Caller Salt
(36:33):
in and tell us their story. Or we can have people e-mail us.
And we can read them, yeah. That'd probably be a little
easier maybe. Every now and then having those
guests come over and do one withus.
Yeah, lots of lots. Of ideas current or prior.
(36:56):
We're working on it. We.
Were working on stuff. So anyways.
Hey guys, follow us for more cults versus remake flashes.
Let us know what remake deservesa retrial.
All right, last week we we went to Boston for the Departed
versus Infernal Affairs. I hope you didn't miss it.
We got a bonus episode, I believe, coming up and then one
(37:19):
for the ages. I think it's been her.
That's all right. That'll be our next one, yeah.
We're going to ride Chariots andrace horses because.
We're doing bonuses every 10, soyeah.
For Sparta. If you say so.
Y'all be safe. I'm going to get out of here
before he goes on another tangent.
Bye, guys.
