In this first episode, we talk about how hard it is to have deep conversations with friends in the midst busy lives. Does the art of conversation require us to have sophisticated friends with high degree of intellect and with diverse interests? How comfortable are we with alternative views? Can we still be friends if we don’t share the same opinions?
During this episode, we also talked a little bit about today’s music industry, and how it influences our culture. Are most artists nowadays just being manufactured by the music industry to garner attention and make money? And for anyone with a message to share, can they still openly share their message with the world if their message is about the TRUTH? Or is the inevitable predicament of truth tellers the same that affected characters such as Jesus, Martin Luther King, Gandhi, and John Lennon? Are people still allowed to say what they believe in? And can they change their minds about it?
Take a listen... and let us know what you think!
