I am very excited to present my first full length interview featuring none other than a wonderful friend, international superstar and all around great human, Harry Terrell!

From making bagels to writing fantastic songs, there seems to be nothing Harry can't do. We start out reminiscing about New York City (fond memories of BandH deli,) talk about music, talk about life and health and wealth and relationships and everything in between. This was a very relaxed conversation and it was great to get to know more about his background, in addition to sharing with him some of darker points of my story. We spoke on an unseasonably warm afternoon in the hills of Encino following a pretty luxurious lunch, and those things factored in for an easy and candid conversation. I was surprised by how comfortable I felt discussing my own addiction and the history of my substance use as well as rediscovering my health and sense of purpose and how those things became even stronger while I was out on tour.

Listening back to this talk also made me realize that I still haven't figured out how to articulate the profound effect that taking care of my body has had for me. Health and fitness are more than the sum of the aesthetic results, but staying disciplined has offered a deeper sense of gratitude and purpose that I feel I get to participate in every time I move my body. I'm only now seeing that I need to dedicate some more work to properly express these details because these are fundamental to the themes of my programming. So in that sense, this has already been a learning experience as well as just a fun talk with a friend, and I'm looking forward to getting deeper into the work with you all.

Catch Harry on the Still Woozy tour, his solo project and his band Breathing Effect, all very cool projects!
