(00:00):
Hello there, beautiful souls.
Welcome back to Podcasting forSpiritual Women.
I'm your host, Kim Parkinson, certified podcast growth coach and
producer here at KP Creative Media.
And I am here to help you useyour voice to create visibility,
alignment and business growth.
Today's episode is one thatmany of you have been asking for
(00:22):
and that is how do you sell ahigh ticket offer from your podcast?
We without sounding salesy, pushy or like you're trying too hard,
right?
Like who wants to talk about that?
So we're going to talk abouthow to let your podcast do the pre
selling for you so your dreamclients show up already warm, ready
(00:44):
and aligned.
If you have ever said toyourself, I'd love to sell my coaching
package, retreat or mentorshipthrough my podcast, but it feels
really too big or awkward tomention it now.
First of all, they arelistening to you each week because
they really want to hear from you.
(01:06):
So this episode is going to beyour permission slip, okay?
Because you can sell your 1k,your 3k or even your 10k offers through
your show.
You just need to remember todo it in a strategic way.
You want to be aligned with it yourself.
And a podcast is the perfectway for any type of high ticket sales
(01:30):
because those people arelearning directly from you each time,
right?
Your podcast is unique andpowerful and every week or every
time you put one out, you'rein their ears.
You're being intimate withthem, you're being trustworthy and
you're personal.
You're giving them personal stories.
(01:50):
Your message is building anykind of authority and you're not
really performing, right?
You're not out there with onvideo and really selling yourself
by, you know, getting alldressed up and glamorized and whatnot.
This is your voice directly inyour ears and your listeners are
self selecting this, okay?
(02:11):
They are saying, I want tolisten to this.
And so by the time they reachout to you, they already know who
you are and they're vibingwith you, right?
They're really like in a tunewith you.
So that means that yourpodcast doesn't sell for you.
It is actually pre selling.
Every single episode is a presell for something.
(02:35):
It makes the decisions to workwith you feel like the natural next
step, right?
So what do we need to dobefore you actually sell anything?
We have mentioned this before, but we want to build trust.
Let your audience hear yourphilosophy, your frameworks, your
heart, your methodologies.
(02:56):
You want to speak to themabout what, what it is that maybe
hurts their soul and what istheir desires and how you can help
them and how you can guidethem on their journey.
And then always, always offer value.
Whether you are teaching oryou're coaching, whether you're sharing
personal stories orcelebrating client wins even you
(03:20):
want to show them whattransformation is really like through
your voice by painting thatpicture and making it just beautiful.
And then you're going toestablish yourself and you're going
to share how you help clients, give examples of what's possible,
position yourself as a sacred container.
(03:40):
And you know there's no pricetag to that, right?
You are giving yourself tothem weekly by offering your voice,
your knowledge and your wisdom.
So when you are ready toposition that high ticket offer,
you're going to be plantingthat seed naturally.
This is something I go deepinto with my clients.
(04:03):
When you can talk to them, right?
So you're going to be plantingthat seed naturally.
You might say something like, and this is something I go deep into
with my private clients andthen start talking about what it
is.
Or maybe you might mention inmy one on one mentorship, we explore
how to clear these blocks atthe root, I don't know, something
(04:23):
aligned with you, yourpractices and your services and then
you're going to give thelisteners the next step.
So something along the linesof if this resonates and you're feeling
called to work together, Iwould love to connect, right.
I say this very often and thenanother piece, another way to say
(04:43):
this is you can find moredetails or apply at and you give
them a link now that is veryaligned and can organically be put
into the conversation.
You'll always want to makesure that you use your own voice,
your own tonality, be warm and friendly.
Of course, like just how youdo your podcast, right?
(05:04):
If that's not you and you'rekind of a little bit more on like
the rough side or whatever, ifthat is you, you want to maintain
how you are because those arethe clients you are drawing in.
If you are not a warm andfuzzy kind of gal and you are more
of a straightforward, youknow, maybe you're profanity driven,
(05:28):
I don't know.
I'm not against profanitydriven at all for sure.
But if that is how you aresaying and delivering your podcast,
continue with that so thatthey continue to feel aligned with
you.
Right.
Don't change how you wordsomething just to try to get that
(05:48):
sale because that does feelunaligned, right?
So maybe something along thelines of hey, let's talk or yo, let's
talk.
I don't know, yo is probablyaging me here, but maybe you're going
to say something along thelines of if you feel pulled or I
invite you instead of sayinglike buy it now, you know, or click
on that link, I don't knowsomething like that.
(06:08):
I know a lot of people thatdon't like to use click on the link.
You could say join me now orjoin me or you could just say something
that is more aligned to whatyou are using in your life.
If you have a website and youhave calls to action buttons on your
website, what are you using there?
(06:31):
Because those are probablywhat is going to also maintain that
alignment within your podcast.
So if you are not saying clickhere or buy now and you are saying
join us or you know somethingalong the lines of that answer the
call, that might be a goodone, that is going to be a really
good idea and a really goodkind of barometer of where you might
(06:54):
be using that same message andthat same voice within your podcast.
So honor yourself, honor them.
And maybe, you know, maybeyou're not creating such an urgency
either.
Remember, these podcasts areevergreen and while you might be
trying to get them into yourbrand new membership, if they're
(07:14):
listening two years from now, that may not be brand new anymore.
So it probably isn't brand new anymore.
Right?
So you might want to justmention it that it's new in the episode
but that you know, it may notbe available in the future depending.
So something to just also consider.
(07:34):
You can also structure alittle mini series for your podcast
here.
So if you want a greatstrategy, you can create three to
five episode series thatbuilds towards your offer.
You know, episode one istalking about the problem awareness,
what they're stuck in in.
And then episode two isshifting their perspective so why
(07:55):
old solutions didn't work.
And then episode three is yourmethod or your story and how you
help them.
And then episode four is yourinvitation to go deeper.
I love invitation as a projector.
Invitation is my love language.
So this is just going to allowyou to teach and sell within how
(08:16):
you are feeling.
And then your offer won't befeeling like it's coming in out of
the blue because you've kindof stepped them.
You've really done exactlywhat we've talked about.
You're holding their hand andwalking them down the path and into
a journey to work with you byoffering, you know, just a little
mini series of different, different pieces here.
(08:37):
So and then you can also goahead and monetize without hustling.
Right?
You don't have to do anychasing you don't have to do any
hard launches or you don'thave to sell consistently.
When your podcast isreflecting the transformation that
you provide, the services thatyou offer, and you're speaking clearly
(08:58):
to the women that are seekingthat transformation, then the sales
just feel sacred and they justfeel smooth and the show is then
becomes that altar of wherebusiness and your spirit meets, right?
It's just kind of like, oh mygosh, this is where I really, this
is my love language.
And honestly, I can, I cantruly say that this podcast has become
(09:21):
my love language.
I absolutely love recordingthese and I love being able to deliver
more knowledge and teach youguys different things each week.
And so I absolutely feel likethis is where my business and my
spirit come together andcreate one, one entire entity here.
(09:44):
So you can sell high ticketoffers from your podcast without
ads, without any kind ofawkwardness, and without abandoning
any of your values.
It's just about somestructure, your story and your soul.
