I know the feeling. Hard to get out of bed... Don't want to be alone, but don't want a lot expected of you... Feeling unmotivated... I get it.
In today's episode, I share encouragement and a practical framework for how to bring your depression in daily prayer to the Lord. You may find yourself today wanting to grow in relationship with God, wanting to spend time in God's Presence, communing with the Holy Spirit in your quiet time, only to find that it all feels overwhelming and just so hard. Well, girl, Paul has some incredible Biblical encouragement for us today.
We will spend time in Ephesians 6 together, looking at what the Bible says about standing strong, all while taking a gentle approach -- because depression is a tough thing to wrestle with, and God is a kind, merciful God who understands our weaknesses.
If you're looking to get free and want to walk through depression with the Holy Spirit, and to continue to grow in trusting God, let's get practical.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
