Later, she shifted her focus to helping her wife run a local market and deli, which became a catalist for her passion for nutrition and helping others heal their relationship with food.
As a self-described “recovering perfectionist and people pleaser,” Julia combines her personal journey with professional expertise to guide others toward greater self-acceptance and vitality. Her work challenges diet culture and encourages people to nourish their bodies with awareness and self-compassion.
