Marshall High School: Administration & Classroom Replacement Bid

Significant construction is underway at John Marshall High School in San Antonio, Texas, managed by JOERIS GENERAL CONTRACTORS, LTD. The project includes a comprehensive demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new two-story building dedicated to administration and art classrooms. Additionally, extensive renovations will be made to other school facilities, including the magnet school, library, and fine arts corridor. Site work will also take place, featuring courtyard reconstruction and new fencing. Valued at $16,000,000, the project is currently in the sub-bidding phase for various trades, with a proposal deadline set for July 22nd, 2025.
