Northeast Indoor Aquatic Center: CMaR Bid

The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department, in partnership with Columbus City Schools, is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the Northeast Indoor Aquatic Center project in Columbus, Ohio. This new indoor swimming facility has a project budget of $3,775,000. The selected CMaR will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, from initial planning and design to construction and final occupancy, working closely with the City of Columbus and the Architect-of-Record. The project will utilize a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) approach, with specific goals of 20% participation for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and 20% for Women Business Enterprises (WBE).
