Meet Ken Evans

Ken Evans has over 35 years of varied technical, managerial and leadership experience. Ken recently served as Commander for Air Force engineering organizations in both Iraq and Afghanistan supervising and managing 150-200 personnel at any given time. As a real estate development consultant, provided both technical guidance and project management expertise to complete 57 single-family homes for first time homebuyers. Total project development costs were $6.5 million. Underwrote and administered $1.25 million in loans, recoverable grants and grants. Today, Ken serves as the President of the Urban Chamber of Commerce following 8-years of service to the Chamber to date.
