Renya says that planning is one of the most critical things an entrepreneur can do to build their business and plan. She emphasizes that success comes from proper planning and a well created business strategy, especially when it comes to business finances. Reyna highly recommends utilizing a canvas model, an affordable tool that helps entrepreneurs start when it comes to creating their business plan. She states that spending time on the planning phase of the business plan will allow you to see elements in your idea that may warrant changes you may need to make to your plan before you begin to put money into it.
