And thanks for tuning in.
Right.
Well, hello and welcome.
This is Peter Smith, Psychic Pete, broadcasting to you today from my home office in Niagara
Falls, New York.

(00:55):
And today is a very, very special day on the broadcast because we're bringing you a very,
very special guest and one we're very excited about.
And she's a very distinguished author and a personal colleague and I've known, gotten
to know and had the privilege to meet her and enjoyed her work.
And so it's very, very exciting that Susan Owens is on the broadcast today.

(01:20):
And I'm just delighted to be able to bring that to you.
You might have seen the announcement that we put out online and Susan's here as a part
of our Distinguished Author series.
And she's the author of the new bestseller, Wisdom of Numerology.
And she's graciously made some time in her busy schedule to come and talk with me and

(01:42):
share with us some of the fascinating dimensions of numerology.
Now, if you're not familiar with what that is, Susan's going to go with that and she's
going to explain what that's about.
She's going to discuss some of the technical aspects and the significance of numbers in
our daily lives.
And we're really very fortunate folks to enjoy her expertise and 30 plus years of experience.

(02:07):
So again, I'm very, very delighted to present her today on the broadcast.
I'm looking forward to learning more myself about Susan and her psychic journey, her creative
process and all about the wisdom of numerology.
So Susan, welcome and thank you so much for joining us today.
Oh, you're welcome, Pete.

(02:29):
And thank you so much for inviting me.
I'm thrilled to be here today and talk about my passion, numerology and my writing efforts.
Anything you want to know, anything I can tell you, I'm really happy to share.
Oh, that's wonderful.
That's very generous.
You've been very generous with your time because I know you've got a very busy schedule between

(02:50):
writing and planning traveling trips and getting ready for retreats.
And I think you had told me you're a contributing author to Sedona Journal of Emergence and
that's a very professional, distinguished kind of publication.
I know that probably takes a lot of time and energy.
So I'm very grateful that you're carving out some time in your schedule for us today.

(03:11):
So it's good.
Oh, you're so welcome.
I'm happy to be here.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, before we get too ahead of ourselves, tell us a little bit about yourself.
We've already mentioned that you're an author, a published author, but I know he was a psychic
and a medium because we've shared some of those development and educational experiences

(03:33):
together.
I think we met in the Sandy Anastasia system.
We studied there together and then we both crossed paths in the Lisa Williams courses.
And so that's we have all of that experience and knowledge that we share and come and which
we like to talk about.

(03:53):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
One of my favorite memories of you is when we were in the cemetery at Fort, which Fort
was that in Niagara Falls?
Fort Niagara down in...
We were, okay, Fort Niagara.
And that was an amazing experience talking to you and talking to the, well, whoever showed

(04:17):
up and there were quite a few that were spirits that were there to greet us.
It was very, very special.
But to answer your question, I live in North Idaho.
I've got two daughters and four grandchildren that I adore.
And I wrote Wisdom and Numerology last year, published it last year.

(04:40):
And like you said, I've been studying numerology for decades.
And the thing that I realized, the reason I wrote this book was because I'm...
And there's many books out there, don't get me wrong.
And I didn't want to write an encyclopedia.
I wanted to write a book that was for beginners, but it also takes you through to the end where

(05:03):
it's pretty advanced mathematics to figure out your chart.
So it pretty much encompasses a whole realm of numerology.
But the main thing was I wanted to make it concise, clear, and simple to read for beginners,
basically, and then to continue on and take it as far as you wanted to take it in your

(05:30):
own time.
And I hadn't really noticed a book that was like mine out there, either the very, very
beginning or they're an encyclopedia, like I said, or...
It felt like there was a missing piece, and that's why I wrote Wisdom and Numerology to
fit that.

(05:51):
I'm a published author, you got that.
A world traveler, I've been to 45 countries.
And I'm going back to Egypt again this fall or in December.
I'm very excited about that.
And it's important for me to travel.
I love this planet and everywhere that I've been has been an extraordinary experience.

(06:13):
So I'm working on my next book, The Psychic Traveler.
And I'm sharing a lot of my psychic experiences in my travels abroad and here in the United
States too.
And North America, I had some interesting experiences in Mexico and Canada.

(06:35):
Anyway, so that's pretty much it in a nutshell.
I'd love to talk about any either one of those and both.
And I've got lots of book projects that are in the back of my mind.
So I think we might be doing this again soon and talking about a totally different book.

(06:56):
I hope so.
That's exciting.
Yeah.
And so I have a quote here from your book that's a work in progress.
And I love what you wrote.
And this is from The Psychic Traveler.
You've written, I am a child of the universe, a natural and inexhaustible desire to learn
and explore this amazing planet fuels my soul.

(07:21):
And that's amazing.
That's an amazing note.
And it's all true.
It's just knowing you.
I know that that fits.
It's just a one.
And going back to your writing style, you've taken something that's difficult technically,
I find, to explore and unpack and deliver to people in a way that they can understand.

(07:42):
And it's very hands on.
The book itself is sort of a method, but it also is a hands on sort of workbook.
So if a person who's exploring their own psychic abilities or trying to develop their abilities,
numerology is going to be one of those things that you're going to be able to get to through
very, very quickly and very, very easily based on your creative abilities, your ability to

(08:07):
take this apart and pack it for us and give us the ideas and the principles behind it.
Right.
Well, there's numerology is based on one through nine.
It's a nine year cycle.
All the numbers are, you add numbers together, for instance, on your birthday, you add your

(08:28):
birthday together and reduce it down to one digit.
And that's your life path number.
Well, when you add those together and you come up with one, this life path, that's your
life that you're going to live in this lifetime.
It's the gifts that you come in with.
I, for instance, am a three life path.

(08:50):
And three is all about communication.
We threes like to talk clearly.
And they're communicators.
They're absolutely fabulous communicators.
And threes also are the creative ones.
They're the writers, the artists, the musicians.
That's a heavy three number.
So we can talk about all the numbers if you want, but basically it's important to know

(09:15):
that numerology is not complicated.
I remember when I was studying it to begin with, I loved astrology, but it just like,
and I still do, but it felt like it was so much and it was overwhelming to me.
But the first book I read in numerology, I went, oh, I can't get enough of this.

(09:38):
And I kept finding more books to read and more books to read.
And it just really rang true to me.
And the thing that I find interestingly enough with numerology and any of the metaphysical
sciences is that they fit together.
There's some missing pieces in astrology that numerology fits in with and vice versa that

(10:01):
you can look at and put them together and it gives you a pretty holistic view of your
chart of your life.
And then the tarot, believe it or not, fits in there as well.
There's the number 16.
Like I said, there's numbers that you reduce it to one digit, but there's some karmic numbers,

(10:25):
karmic debt numbers.
Well, 16 is a karmic debt number and it's a very challenging number.
Well, 16 in the tarot is the tower card.
Well, that pretty much means that if you draw the tower card, your life's going to change.
There's going to be a life lesson coming.
So there's a lot of things that are really integrated and really do make a lot of sense.

(10:47):
But as far as the numerology goes, every number has a vibration, an energy, if you will.
And when you can look at a chart altogether, you look at the vibration of each number that
is in your five core numbers.
Now the core numbers, I said life path already, that comes from your birth date.

(11:10):
The second one is your destiny and that comes from your name.
Now the name that we use is the name on your birth certificate.
It's who you came in to be.
And it doesn't matter if you've changed your name, that adds different energy, but it does
not change who you came in to be.

(11:31):
I for one am adopted and so my name on my birth certificate is completely different
than the name that I have now, in fact.
Plus I'm married, so it's been changed a couple of times.
So then after your destiny, we get your username, then we get our soul number, which is your

(11:53):
heart's desire number.
That's the number that makes your heart sing, so to speak.
And actually that comes from the vowels in your name, interestingly enough.
Your personality number is the outer you, it's how people see you.
So that personality number comes from the consonants in your name.
And the last of your five core numbers is your maturity number.

(12:16):
There's a maturity that happens to people when they hit their mid-30s.
There's an understanding, a maturity if you will.
And this maturity number usually kicks in about mid-30s.
And it comes from adding your life path and your destiny number together.

(12:38):
So those numbers don't change.
They're with you the rest of your life.
Even if you change your name, that'll bring different energy in.
But it's still the same, you still have the same birth name.
Now the other thing that's really interesting about this is that there are numbers that

(13:00):
transit your chart.
And every year, the years are different.
We can talk about 2023, I think that's a really good idea.
I'd love to share some of that information with you and then 2024 we can talk about.
But every year, the number energy changes and it's a nine-year cycle.

(13:21):
And 2023, you add two plus two plus three together and you get seven.
So this is a seven year.
Now seven is actually the metaphysical number of all of them.
And it's the one that asks the big questions like, who am I?
What am I doing here?
It's a year that you really do some major introspection.

(13:44):
It could be a slower year.
It could be, you might find yourself doing retreats or doing some kind of a vision quest.
But there's a spiritual awakening, a spiritual learning, spiritual growth in a seven year.
Very important.
And next year, 2024, is an eight year.

(14:08):
Now eight is all about money, power, authority, organization, business.
It's a very outward focused year and it's a very rapid year for most people because
there's so much happening with all of those things.
It's a material year.

(14:29):
A lot of learning as far as your own authority.
You're likely to be challenged.
Your own authority will be likely to be challenged in an eight year.
So there's a lot of, you can tell that the seven is introspective.
The eight is an outward focused year and doing.
And money will come and go more in an eight year normally because eight's about money.

(14:54):
I tell anybody that has an eight and there is an eight life path, I said, you have life
lessons to learn about money and you'll either figure them out or you won't.
But I can honestly tell you the best way to figure out your money is early on and then
your life's a little bit easier.
I've seen it too many times to know that eight plays a big part in your life with money and

(15:16):
your own authority as well.
So that's this year, 2023 and 2024.
But like I said, there's a nine year cycle that numerology goes through.
So 2025, two plus two plus five is nine.
That's the end of our cycle.
So as you can imagine, if you've got an end of a cycle, you've got closure, letting go,

(15:41):
completion.
There's things that will leave.
You want to make room for the new cycle, which is a number one year.
And you've got to clear out everything you don't need.
And things will leave whether you want them to or not, usually in a nine year.
So anyway, that gives you a little sum.

(16:04):
And I can sum up all of them if you'd like.
Would you like me to go through all of those?
If you'd like, by all means.
Yeah, sure.
So in a one year, one year again, new beginnings.
This is the year that you manifest what you want or you write down what you want.
It may not manifest in that one year because you've got nine years to focus on it and manifest

(16:29):
it within those nine years, that nine year cycle.
But in a one year, you sit down and you write out exactly what you want.
And what I tell people in a one year is you have three columns.
Your first column is your must haves.
So like if you're thinking about in the next nine years, well, I must have shelter.

(16:54):
I must have food, clothing, shelter.
I mean, this is very simple.
You can manifest whatever you want or write down whatever you want.
But that first column is really your must haves.
And then in the second column, it's, well, this would be nice.
Would be nice if.
So you write down what would be better than just your must haves.

(17:15):
What do you really want in your life?
And then in the third column, it's your wildest dreams column.
And this is where you do not censor yourself.
You just write down anything that comes through and you say, this is what I want.
This is what I want.
And there it is.
And then you and then you look back on it after the nine years and you see what you've
manifested after all that time.

(17:36):
So that's a one year and that's a busy year.
I can tell you that honestly.
In one year, you've got a lot of a lot of things going on.
It's a leadership year.
You'll probably be asked to step out in front of the group.
And you should in a one year because there's the energies with you to be a leader.
So it's a good idea to do it.

(17:58):
And then in a two year, thank goodness, it's a little slower.
You've planted all these seeds in your one year of what you want to create in the next
nine years.
So then in this two year, you get to kind of sit back and nurture those seeds.
It's not as fast.
It's a little and it's a little bit more introspective.

(18:19):
You pay attention to details.
It's like you've you've you've manifest you've written down all your wants and your must
haves and your wildest dreams and then in that next year, that two year, you kind of
fill in the blanks, fill in the details of exactly what it is you want.
But it's a nurturing year and a very intuitive year.

(18:40):
Two is a very intuitive number for a lot of reasons.
But your intuition is highly focused on a two year.
So know that.
And a lot of times people change houses in a two year.
Sometimes they move.
But anyway, that's the two.
And then, like I said, in a three year, that's the creative year.

(19:00):
That's the communication year that brings the one and the two together.
You've got that three.
So you've you've kind of balance out.
You kind of it kind of smooth things out because that one year so busy, busy, crazy.
And then your two years kind of whoa.
OK, filling it in your three year just kind of elevates a little bit creative.

(19:21):
It's a lucky three is a lucky number.
Three's money usually comes in a three year to in a good way.
It's a lucky year.
It's a good year to take risks if you want.
And then and have fun.
Three's love to have fun.
They really enjoy life.
So three is a good year to really enjoy yourself because the next year, number four is all

(19:44):
about work.
The four if you think about a four, you think about four table legs, a solid foundation
square.
You need to really build a solid foundation in a four year.
And usually that's keep your nose to the grindstone and work really hard, stay organized.

(20:04):
And so like I said, have a really good time in your three year because that four year
you're going to work and there's nothing wrong with that.
You do need to have a good solid foundation because the next year, a five year is an expansive
year.
It's the most expansive year out of all of them.
And new life lessons, enjoying, enjoying life to the fullest.

(20:30):
That's the year to take risks.
Do not take your risks in a four year.
You just stay in your, in your, in stay in your lane, do your work in a four year.
But this five year, you can pretty much get ready for an expansion.
That's why the four years really important to build your foundation.

(20:50):
So in this five year, and that's five is the number of all the senses, right?
You have five senses.
So it's feel, taste, listen, see the, see life in every, every aspect that you possibly
can.
The six years is going to take you back home and it's a home and family and relationship

(21:11):
year.
So when you think about six and again, with a balance, that's an important one.
The six and eight are both about balance, but that six year you, it's, it's again, a
little bit more inward and it's a year we call it the marriage or divorce year.
And that's extremes.

(21:31):
Get, don't get me wrong, but usually it's somewhere, your relationships fall somewhere
in that spectrum.
So you, your relationships are at the focus.
That's what I'm saying.
And, and your home, it's time to redo some, a room in your house or fix something.

(21:52):
And it could be a possible move as well, but home, family relationships and your family
will need you more in a six year than, than others.
And then that brings us back to the seven, which is that spiritual year.
So anyway, that, that kind of does it.
Now those, those years change every year, obviously January to January.

(22:15):
However, we also have what we call a personal year.
And that's again, more personal.
It reflects exactly what goes on in your, in, in your year, which is a little different
than the universal year.
So that takes a little bit more math to do.

(22:35):
If you, if you're interested, you can sign up on my website, wisdom and numerology.com
and it's a freebie.
That's all it is.
It's a freebie.
Just sign up and every month you get an idea of what goes on in your chart in that month.

(22:56):
So it, and it tells you how to calculate that really easily.
So you can, you're welcome to sign up again.
It's a free one.
It doesn't, it doesn't cost anything to sign up.
Excellent.
And again, folks, if you didn't catch that at the website is the wisdom of numerology.com.

(23:17):
No spaces wisdom of numerology.com.
Also Susan, thank you for this information.
This is fascinating.
I am on edge of my seat right now because so much, so much of this resonates with me
and you're covering so much of the stuff that I hoped you would bring out in the book.
There's so many different things, you know, that somebody of this and you know, hearing
it live from the author, you know, you sort of, when you, it's just a rare experience.

(23:41):
And so I'm just thrilled to be able to do that.
I just love that you brought together and this folks listen, here is a testament, a
living testament right now of what I was talking about earlier about the creative process and
the talent that Susan brings to writing about these topics.
She has, she's talked earlier, I think you caught it about how these things compliment

(24:03):
each other.
I think she mentioned astrology compliments the numerology and the tarot.
These all sort of playing them together.
So if you had an innate sense or maybe you were sort of suspecting that these things
all sort of work together in some way, you're absolutely right.
And Susan just affirmed and confirmed that for us.
So you know, if you had that sort of feeling, you know, the hunch that all of this is integral,

(24:27):
I think that was the word she used, integrated.
Definitely.
These things are definitely integrated and so on.
And you know, Susan's giving us, you know, the real hardcore, real intense sort of introspective
kind of part of it, because I'm a number seven.
And that's seven, this is a seventh year and that's exactly what's going on right now.

(24:47):
That's sort of a spiritual introspective kind of, you know, let's pull this apart and see
what, you know, what this is all about.
And I personally can relate to that because I love to meditate more so than I've done
before and seek, you know, seek different things.
So again, one more time and take the case you didn't get the website and the way if
you listeners have questions for Susan, her contact information is available on that website,

(25:11):
wisdomofnumerology.com.
And there's another, there's another website as well.
You could also visit Susanowens.com and there's her, that's her website.
You can contact her, there's information about how you can reach her and what other offerings
she has and services and as well as the freebies, I believe that she mentioned.
So, and I definitely will be signing up for that.

(25:33):
So Susan, wow, this has been, this has been fabulous.
You know, not to get away from the wisdom of numerology, but we want to make sure we,
you know, we value your time for you.
You have a new book coming out, it's work in progress, it's very exciting.
And would you mind telling us a little bit about that, the psychic traveler?

(25:56):
Well, as I said, I've traveled to 45 countries and it's been, my first trip abroad was in
1998 and then I, in 2005, I sold everything in the United States that I had except a few
small trinkets and I moved to Egypt.

(26:17):
I lived in Cairo for a year and it just became home.
It was very, it still is.
I love going there and I've, I made a wonderful life for myself.
I did a radio show for kids, which was so fun.
I played an American woman who traveled on the radio show.
It was just a blast.

(26:38):
And then I wrote for the oldest English newspaper, the Egyptian Gazette.
And then not to mention, I met so many amazing people and stay, still stay connected to many
of them.
Then in the summer, which is a good idea, I went south into Africa and cause it's hot,

(26:59):
it's very hot in Egypt anyway, but in the summer.
So I went south and I traveled all through Africa and I drove myself through Namibia
and saw the, the migration in Kenya.
I traveled across South Africa.
I drove myself across there and Africa again, it is one of my absolutely most favorite,

(27:26):
favorite continents.
I spent a day with the Maasai and I have fabulous story about in Botswana being in the, staying
in the Duba, it's called Duba Plains.
It's in the Delta.
And it's actually where the National Geographic Organization was.

(27:50):
And they did a big story.
I have the story on the, the life of lions living with the Cape Buffalo and how it all,
how it works.
And they, I actually, when I was there, I actually saw a lion kill, which is pretty
amazing to witness.

(28:11):
And then one other thing that I've done in that was, that was in 2008 and nine, I traveled
on a freighter.
The title of the chapter is me and 25 sailors went to China.
I promised my, my grammar is better, but I just love the way it sounds because it was

(28:32):
really the true story.
They were, they were wonderful to me and I love being on the freighter.
I ate, the ship was French, so I had French chef, I had French food, I had a steward that
took care of my laundry.
It is totally different than you would expect.

(28:53):
Plus I had 25 sailors that were just charming, believe it or not.
And I sat, I ate dinner with the, the officers and then the crew were Romanian and most everyone
had really good English.
I was supposed to be learning French, but that was another story.
So that was, that was, and I traveled one time I did a 72 day tour and I visited from

(29:20):
China to, from Europe to China and back in 72 days and I had 28 ports.
That was pretty intense, but again, fabulous.
So when I was in Nepal, I traveled through Asia, this was not on the freighter.
I ended up going back to China and doing the inland trip and I did a volunteer weekend

(29:47):
with pandas, which was one of the coolest, Bifang Shui Panda Preserve is what they call
it.
It meant that I got to sit with the, the, well, I didn't sit with them.
They were in, they were on the other side of the bars, but they were pregnant females
and I, and pretty much I was on Panda Poop Patrol.

(30:08):
That was my volunteer thing, but I got to hold a baby panda.
It was about three months old, I think.
And it was a pretty extraordinary experience and, and playing with them.
So I've everywhere, I lived in Peru for three months with a shaman and, and studied with
ayahuasca and shamanism.

(30:31):
That was, that was a pretty exciting experience and I still go back.
I haven't been back for a while, but I, I do still, Peru is another pretty special place
in my life.
And then the one in the town, that's right.
What I did is a bungee jump in Zambia, that was another thing.
I jumped off the bridge between Zambia and Zimbabwe.

(30:55):
That was, that was pretty fun too.
So, so the stories that I'm telling you right now are all in my book and hopefully my, my
plan is that the book's coming out early 2024.
That's what I see.
One of my favorite chapters, and I'm not going to tell you the story, but I will tell you
the title, which is I Left My Underpants on the Nile.

(31:16):
True story, funny story, totally embarrassing.
You can imagine, but yeah.
Yeah.
It's clear you have a passion for two things.
You know, world travel and the psychic realm.
And that's, you've married these together in your book and it's going to be fascinating
to read about all your journeys and all, you know, all the discoveries and sharing all

(31:42):
that with us.
I'm looking forward to the book.
By the way, I don't want to neglect to mention if people would like to buy the book, how
can they purchase it?
How can they acquire that book?
Well wisdom and numerology is available on Amazon.
Okay.
And I'm pretty sure that for right now I'm going to say, so will the psychic traveler.

(32:07):
When we, when we get that all figured out, Amazon will be a good bet that that will be
available on Amazon.
Yeah.
And very accessible for folks.
So I must ask since you are a world traveler, do you have any plans to travel anywhere in
the coming months or years?
Yeah, I, yes, I do intend to go back to Egypt for a couple of weeks to visit some friends

(32:32):
and that's November, December.
So it's a good time to go.
They're working very hard to move the museum and it's a big, quite the big adventure and
I'm hoping to get there before it opens because I think they still do tours.
Anyway, that's my plan.

(32:53):
One thing I was in, my last trip abroad was last year, last August, I was in France and
I for the first time, this was interesting.
I know that I've had a past life in France.
I've revisited it many times in many different ways and I was walking through the Pierre Lachaise

(33:15):
Cemetery.
It's a very famous cemetery in Paris and what was so interesting to me, I'd never been there
before and I was really drawn because of all the very famous people there.
And so I was walking through, it was early one morning and I was walking through and

(33:36):
I could not believe how peaceful it was because Paris is a crazy busy city.
But for some reason, the cemetery was so quiet and I spent at least two, three hours just
walking through and then all of a sudden it hit me.
I was buried there.
My body is there somewhere.

(33:58):
I never did find it, but I knew I was there.
And like I knew that the Sacre Coeur was my church that I would go to.
And anyway, it was an extraordinary experience because I did get into Sacre Coeur this time
too and I was just overcome with tears.
I knew that was where it felt like home when I walked through the door.

(34:22):
So I mentioned a lot of the fun experience I had in my psychic traveler book, but there's
quite a big piece of it that is spiritual.
Sure.
Yes.
Yeah.
Well, it's because you're so spiritual and you can dimension to this and share that with

(34:44):
the readers.
It's fascinating.
So I just want to share a little thing.
So oftentimes, Susan and I in our development have been introduced to something called synchronicity.
So these synchronicities happen very often.
And so yesterday we mentioned Sacre Coeur, which is a very famous basilica in Paris.

(35:07):
It's up on a hill.
It's quite distinctive to look at and it's quite beautiful.
So there's two pieces out I want to share.
I hadn't known about that, but yesterday I had to go and research some music and I wanted

(35:27):
to hear some performances because I wanted to hear how the music was supposed to sound.
And there's a famous organist, his name is Najee Hakeem, and he recorded it on that organ.
And I just listened to it yesterday, Sacre Coeur.
Now I've never ever heard the organ.
I played the organ for over 40 years.
I've never heard the organ of Sacre Coeur until yesterday.

(35:48):
So when I read, reread the notes I had and you had mentioned Sacre Coeur, I was just
amazed by the synchronicity of that, that that played.
And so-
Interesting.
Wow.
And thank you for letting me share that.
Oh yeah, that's exciting.

(36:09):
Yeah.
And again, I don't want to neglect to mention if you have questions or if you have something
you'd like to speak to Susan about, or if you have your own synchronicity, your own
experiences, and traveling or the psychic realm or numerology, you can contact her on
her website, wisdomofnumerology.com or susanoens.com.

(36:31):
And Susan is spelled S-U-Z-A-N-O-ENS.com, all one word.
And I'm sure she'd welcome that.
Absolutely.
And also one thing too, Pete, I do readings for people.
I'll do your chart.
I'll take all the math away for you and I can do the chart for you and I'll do a reading.

(36:53):
It usually takes about an hour and you can sign up for one of those on wisdom and numerology
if you'd like.
I can do a briefer chart.
It's not nearly as good, but the hour long is pretty comprehensive and it gives you,
I give you your birth chart and the numbers that transit your chart right now and what's

(37:18):
going on because you can have, you can be in a different cycle.
You can have a few of the same numbers.
Right now I'm in a, this is intense too, I'm in an eight, three year, eight cycle essence
and that tells me that my life is really going to be busy, especially with next year being
an eight year.

(37:39):
Yes, I know it's going to be a lot.
So, but it also backs up and supports publishing the book.
So I feel like all this is lining up and the thing that, one of the things that I really,
when I look back on wishing I knew numerology years and years and years and years ago when

(38:02):
I was growing up, it gives me a paradigm to work with.
I look at this and I'll look at it and I'll think, oh, okay, so I've got, for instance,
seven energy this year.
Like he said, you've been meditating more.
So with that seven energy, I know that this is going to be a spiritual year for me.

(38:27):
If I didn't know that I just bounce around and maybe get lucky and do something spiritual.
But having knowing that I can align myself with the numbers and make the most out of
having that energy flow with me or me flow with it.

(38:48):
Next year, like I said, I know it's going to be an eight year.
I'm going to, it's going to be a busy year, it's money, business, authority.
And I know that I've got to be prepared for that.
And it may, and then in the nine year, like I talked about that nine year when I've got
to clean out, let go.

(39:09):
Nine is all about serving humanity too.
So there's always something nice to do in that nine year that takes you out of yourself.
I know that I'm going to be letting go of things.
And then again, in that one year, knowing that that's a one year and it's a year to
manifest things.
Absolutely.
That's really a benefit.
So I think of all the years I didn't have numerology in my life and I, I don't know,

(39:33):
I just sort of, I did life, but now that I have it and understand how it works, it's
we flow together.
It absolutely, the energy is with me and I feel it.
And it's an added dimension to your life realistically, isn't it?
I mean, it enhances your life and your awareness and it brings so much more to it.

(39:57):
And again, you've taken a lot of mystery out of stuff and you said, now what I'd like to
do is just step back for a second.
You mentioned the charts and I've had that done and it's a fabulous experience.
And I encourage all of my listeners to really, if you have the time to do that, really think
hard about that because it really does have value for you.

(40:20):
And it's not a one and done kind of thing.
You can revisit the charts several times.
And if you're at a place of flux, if you've got some confusion, some fog, maybe you're
not, maybe things are just unclear, unsettled for you.
The chart will kind of ground you, bring you back and get you to that awareness and you
can unpack things as you go.

(40:40):
It's not a one and done sort of thing.
Susan, would you mind if a person is interested in having their chart done, can you walk us
through the process?
Would they reach out to you on the website and then contact you?
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Just send me an email through the website and say what kind of a chart you want and

(41:04):
we can talk about it and we'll set up a time and then we'll zoom.
I have, we'll zoom it and unless you're in my neighborhood, I love to do one on ones,
but now it seems like zoom works.
So I, and usually within a week I have to say, I can get back to you and we'll do a

(41:25):
chart, sometimes quicker, sometimes longer, but I can, without risk, say probably within
a week we can set up something to do a reading.
And yes, all through the website.
And if you're unsure about what kind of chart you want, just ask me and I'll give you an

(41:45):
idea of what we can do.
The other thing I want to tell you, and I told you there's some karmic debt numbers
and I don't usually put a lot of weight on that, but I was just talking about my life
and there's the essence chart I was telling you about.
That's, it's what transits your numerology chart.

(42:06):
And the essence is the kind of the inner you, it's a, what's going on inwardly.
But the thing that I wanted to share was there were a few times in my chart where a 16 essence
has shown up.
And I already mentioned that that's the tower card in tarot, right?
So you already know something big is going to happen.

(42:29):
Well, one of my 16 when it showed up in a year and it's always a year, at least one
year.
Sometimes you get more than one of them and then that'll extend to however many the same
number is.
One 16, my mother passed away.

(42:49):
Another 16 I had, I was in a car wreck that almost killed me.
Another 16 I had, my father passed.
And then the last 16 I had was COVID, which I never did get COVID during that time.
But it was a very intense time for me, big changes going on in my life.

(43:12):
So the thing about that 16, I don't want to scare anybody because that's pretty heavy
stuff.
But the thing of it is, is 16 always means that there's a life lesson and that it will
be challenging.
You can pretty much count on that, but you always come out on the other side.
I want to say smarter, more well-rounded, different.

(43:35):
I'll just say that.
And knowing that that's coming or knowing that that's what that was, and I, again, didn't
have any idea that before, years and years ago, I didn't have any idea that that played
an effect.
But now that I look at it, it's kind of fun being this age.
I was telling somebody that today that it's nice being this mature because you have enough

(43:58):
years to look back on and go, oh yeah.
Oh, and that happened.
Oh, well, look at that.
You can really draw some pretty amazing conclusions.
It's pretty neat.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
The wisdom of experience, right?
Having put all this together.
And it's always nice to look back and to reflect on where you've come from and what contributed

(44:21):
to development and where it's brought you to this time.
Yeah.
Yeah.
My head is just spinning because there's just so much we did for Risha.
It's just wonderful.
I'm so glad we were able to speak with you today and to get some more information.
And again, go ahead.
I'm sorry.
No, I was just going to mention that the website again is, if you're interested in contacting

(44:45):
Susan, it's wisdomofnumerology.com or susanoans.com.
And she will welcome any correspondence or questions you have or if you have information
or would like information about having a chart.
Don, by all means, reach out to her and pursue that.

(45:06):
So Susan, what's next?
What are we doing besides world travel and writing books?
Well, it's funny.
I have a life too besides that.
I'm a grandmother.
I love, love, love playing with my grandchildren.

(45:27):
And I know there's more travel next year.
I'm hoping to spend most of the year promoting the psychic traveler and doing charts.
That's my plan.
And you know what?
Life just gets better and better.
Oh, Steve Colbert always asked his guests in five words or less, say whatever, the best

(45:55):
whatever, I don't know.
Right?
Life just gets better and better.
And it really does.
It just really does.
And I think, like I said, I think there's something about being in my sixties that's
pretty spectacular.
Actually it's gotten better.
My forties were wonderful.
My fifties were better.
It's amazing to me how life just seems to reflect what you put out there.

(46:18):
You know, it kind of comes back.
The last thing though that I want to talk about, are we, we have a few more minutes?
Oh, absolutely.
Sure.
Oh, okay.
I didn't, I didn't want to, I didn't want to take too much time, but the one thing I
wanted to talk about is when you add your birthday together.

(46:39):
So for instance, you take all the numbers.
If you were born September 1st, that's nine one, right?
So that would be 10.
And we'll say this year, right?
Say you were born September 1st this year.
So that would be a seven.

(47:01):
2023 is a seven.
So you have nine plus one is 10 plus seven is 17.
And then we reduce it down.
And the way you reduce it down is you add one plus seven and you get an eight.
So everything gets reduced down to a single digit, unless it's a double number.

(47:25):
And I don't want to talk about that.
We don't have time to really get into that.
But I thought if I could really quickly go through while someone, while you're adding
up your birthday, I can talk to you about exactly what those numbers mean.
So if you end up being a number one, that means it as your birthday, that means that

(47:48):
you're a, you're a leader leadership, a one, one's a, I have to say it this way.
One is a masculine number sometimes in a one year, you're going to have father issues come
up and anyway, but one is you're the independent, you're ambitious.
If you have a one life path, a lot of times there's, you're definitely achieve an achiever.

(48:12):
You like the idea, you've come up with these ideas, not necessarily are you the one that,
that completes the ideas and actually sees them through to fruition.
But you are the one that may lead the group.
And we are back.
This is Peter Smith, Psychic Pete, and we are continuing our fascinating interview with

(48:32):
Susan Owens, who is describing to us some of the technical aspects of the morality.
And she's going through very generously to explain the numbers for us.
And we're going to pick up what we left off before.
Susan, take it away.
Thank you, Peter.
I was going to tell you that the, what we talked about earlier in the, in the broadcast

(48:54):
was a life path.
And we, we explained that to discover your own life path, you add the numbers and your
birth date together.
And I think we said, if you were born September 1st this year, it would be a nine plus one
plus two plus zero plus two plus three is in 2023.

(49:18):
So and we added all that together.
And if I remember that came out to be a 17, right?
And then you add 17 together, one plus seven equals an eight.
So that would be an eight life path.
So that's how you add your birth date together.
We add them all, the numbers all together, and then you reduce it to one digit.

(49:39):
Now, if you get the same digit twice, if you get an 11 or a 22 or a 33, 44, that, that's
a master number.
We don't have time to go into all the master numbers, but certainly I'll be happy to share
that with you.
And all the information's in my book, again, wisdom of numerology, which you can buy on

(50:02):
Amazon.
Will, it was a shameless plug for the book, but anyway.
I'm just going to ask you that, Susan.
I was just going to say, if you're not sure what master numbers are and you want to know
more by all means, reach out the name of the book is the wisdom of numerology by Susan Owens,
S-U-Z-A-N, right?
And her website is, if you had to get it before, the wisdom of numerology.com.

(50:25):
And again, the book is available on Amazon.com and everything about master numbers is in
there.
Right.
Right.
So when you figure out, once you calculate your master, your life path number, then I
can give you a little bit of a, a little bit of a step into it.

(50:46):
So if you're a one, if your numbers, your birthday ended up reducing down to a one,
this means you're a leader.
Means you're an independent individual that has lots of ideas.
Doesn't mean that you're going to be the one that's going to complete those ideas.
You're usually going to assemble a team, but that one is the one that's in the front room,

(51:08):
front of the room, leading a group, a good teacher, professor, some salesperson, someone
that really likes to be in charge.
Now, the leader is the one, number one is a masculine number two.
So there might be a masculine life lessons, progress, not problems, but things.

(51:35):
It's a masculine number.
I'll leave it at that.
If you ended up being a number two life path, this number is the supportive number.
They're the ones that kind of like being in the back of the room and supporting other
people.
They're also great, great partners in a relationship.
They're the mediators.
They're the ones that, they're the diplomats.

(51:59):
The two is also a very intuitive number.
If you find yourself in a place where you can't, if you're not standing up for yourself,
which is something that the twos don't always do, that's their little challenge.
Then it's your intuition that will lead you, that will guide you.

(52:20):
So I encourage you to have a really strong intuition and develop that intuition.
It's very important.
The three, and it's also a feminine number, that two is, but again, they're the diplomats
and the supportive characters.
Now, three, they're the creative ones.

(52:41):
There's something lucky.
I'm a three.
Threes love to communicate.
You can tell that.
I love to talk.
And so the three is the ones that are in touch with their emotions.
They need to be in touch with their emotions.
And they're the creative artists.
They're the writers, the musicians, the artists.

(53:01):
They're always thinking of creative ideas.
Now, the threes can get scattered, by the way.
They've got so many ideas that they can come up with that they keep thinking, well, I could
do this and I could do this.
And then sometimes they lose their focus and maybe not finish a project all the way.
Well, there you go.

(53:21):
Discipline and structure is a good one for you.
Well, that's the four.
Number four is all about organization, discipline, structure, working hard.
They're the worker bees.
Think about a table or a box.
It's a four square.
Fours like to live in their box.
They don't necessarily like to get out of their box.

(53:43):
They like the things the way they like them.
And you can always depend on a four.
Now the four's shadow side, if you will, is that they don't get out of their box and they
get stuck.
So that five, the next one, the five energy is really kind of a good balance for that

(54:04):
four that doesn't like to look outside themselves.
And the five is the freedom at all costs.
They're the life adventurers.
They're the ones that want to feel, see, taste, touch everything there is to do about life.
And they're also, they're the creative ones.

(54:26):
Oh my gosh, they're great salespeople.
And again, they like to talk as well.
So the five also with that, they have a tendency to not be focused.
So the four is a real good energy that balance that five out.
But they have a tendency to just bounce from one thing to another.
And there's a possibility that they just never can get grounded.

(54:51):
That's a little strong.
Grounding is really good for a five, I'll say it that way.
And that they have a tendency not to finish a project as well.
But fives are charming.
Like I said, they're awesome salespeople, promoters.
They're, they love life.
I'll say it that way.

(55:12):
The six is the relationship number and the responsibility number.
If you have a, if you are a six life path, you're an excellent partner.
Home and family is all about your life.
And you, it's very important to you.
Your home being beautiful is important to you.

(55:33):
You're a good caregiver and, and you're good in relationships.
Relationships are really important to you.
Now with that caregiving, sometimes the sixes can step over into being a little bit of co-dependence
and not quite clear on boundary issues.
So it's real important to have a, to have that six be a balanced number.

(55:59):
But again, if you want to marry somebody, marry a six or two.
Those are both great relationship, great partners in relationship.
So next number is a seven number.
Now I think we talked about 2023 being in a seven year.
So 20 as a seven, it's a spiritual number.
That's the metaphysical number.

(56:20):
That's the one that asks the big questions.
Who am I?
Why am I here?
What's life really all about?
And they're the ones that love to do research.
So they'll, they'll sit and read for hours.
They're great on the computer.
Technology is fascinating to them usually.

(56:41):
And they like to do their own thing.
Now I just said that sixes are great in relationship.
Seven, you have to, if you're in relationship with a seven, you have to understand that
person needs their space and they need their own time.
And they need their rejuvenation time.
And usually they spend it in nature, which is really a good way to, to replenish what

(57:06):
they, they spend.
Sevens, you can be a little more social.
That would help people if you understand and yourself enough to be able to put yourself
out there a little bit.
Eights, eight's the number of money, management, organization, business, that eight is again

(57:30):
a balanced number.
When you think about the infinity signal symbol, if you put an eight on its side, it's that
infinity symbol.
Boy, those sides better be balanced.
And it's eight, really the life lesson for an eight is about balancing your material
and spiritual worlds.
Money comes to an eight, most likely you're in business, CEO, entrepreneur, and manage

(57:54):
people you're good at that.
But life will bring you under that eight energy, life will bring you love life lessons in money.
You will either learn how to do money or you will learn how to do money.
Either you're really good at it or you're not.
And life will bring you those life lessons.

(58:16):
Nines, nine is the humanitarian.
They're the ones that serve the greater good.
They're the ones that, and then every aspect of it, even hairdressers are humanitarians.
They serve their life of service.

(58:38):
And all the way to the extreme, I would say religious leaders, they're humanitarians.
When you're giving a life of service, then that's that nine.
They're spiritual, highly spiritual beings.

(59:00):
They've lived all the numbers and now they're experiencing a nine life experience.
And having that nine gives you a higher level of intuition as well.
There's an order of completion to this lifetime.

(59:21):
Sometimes nines can be lost because it is a completion lifetime.
So it could mean more loss in this lifetime, but with that, you'll have life lessons.
And they generally, again, they care about people.

(59:42):
Sometimes they can get unfocused because there's so much that they care about, that they think
about that they can get a little scattered.
But anyway, so there's a short version of the life path numbers.
So if any of those fit you or seem to fit you, and if they don't know that there's

(01:00:07):
the life path is only one number of many that influence your chart.
And you may have a few other numbers that heavily influence your chart.
But life path is an easy one to figure out.
The rest of them are a little more complicated.

(01:00:29):
But anyway, there it is.
There's a short synopsis of life path.
I'm very impressed that you could do that without any notes.
You just know these.
So you're intimately acquainted and knowledgeable about these numbers and how they are.
And you answered a question I was going to ask you.
Can some people, some listeners, if they have a question about being a composite maybe of

(01:00:50):
a couple of life path numbers, a couple of different numbers, because I know I related
to several of those different things, those different aspects that you brought up about.
And so the answer is yes, you're nodding your head yes.
A person can be a composite of some of those.
Absolutely.
Well, we all are, right?
We all are.
That life path carries a lot of vibration in your chart.

(01:01:14):
That's one thing.
But there's five master numbers that the core numbers that we work with.
The one is a life chart, the life path, and then your destiny number.
And that comes from the name on your birth certificate.
Then there's the soul number.
I think I talked about these earlier.
So the soul number, your personality number, and then your maturity number.
So there are five major core numbers.

(01:01:37):
But again, the life path carries a little bit of extra weight.
And then again, there's numbers that translate your chart all the time.
So things, your life is never the same ever.
Very long, let's say it that way.
And Susan, I want to just share something, a sharing, caring moment.
So more of a personal aspect here.

(01:01:59):
You know, the usefulness side of this, the purposeful side, the way that this is important
really resonates with me.
And that's why I was so excited that you were willing to come on the broadcast and share
about the morality.
Because in my own business, when I have clients and I'm working with them, very often times
a client will be very interested in knowing something about a relationship, some dimension

(01:02:19):
of a relationship.
And they ask us to lean in and provide that, right?
So when you mentioned compatibility, and I know I read this in the book and I had to
bring it up, when we're looking at that compatibility, when we do the numbers, when we investigate
that, we research it and calculate our number, our life path, and we're talking about compatibility.

(01:02:40):
This is one of those very, very practical, useful tools that is applicable to a person
who would be listening to our broadcast, psychics and mediums who come.
So if you're a person who's looking to develop that tool in your own wheelhouse, put that
as an option for people to offer that you could offer for people.
There's no other book, there's no better book than The Wisdom of Numerology by Susan Owens

(01:03:05):
to really explore that.
Is it question time?
Do I get to raise my hand and ask a question?
Oh yeah, please do.
Okay.
You mentioned something very interesting.
There's tons of things that are interesting here.
And I've got notes all over the place.
I wish you could see these.
But you said something that didn't escape my attention.

(01:03:28):
And you said the shadow side.
You said the shadow side, you were talking about the balance.
And I know from the book that you described this, but you give us just to listen, it's
just an idea of what you meant by shadow side and maintaining the balance and the numbers
and stuff.
Yeah, that's an interesting aspect because I do talk about that in the numbers in the

(01:03:53):
beginning when you, I talk about if you're a balanced one, then that leader independence
and all of that.
But if you've got it, if you're kind of like I said, the shadow side, there's some stubbornness,
there's some willfulness, there's some other stuff that it's too extreme.

(01:04:17):
Let me say it that way.
And you have to choose really, that's your life.
That one is all a part of who you are.
But you get to choose how you express that one.
Are you a leader and entrepreneur, that kind of thing or that process or are you, and you

(01:04:39):
can be both, right?
I mean, I've seen very many ones that are that they're amazing achievers.
And they're pretty stubborn and willful.
And sometimes they can be impulsive.
The other thing about them is they don't like to be overlooked.
Ones like to be in the center.

(01:05:00):
And so to answer your question, I could go through all that without time.
But there's, like I said, if you start, it's up to you to be able to be the one to express
how you are going to live your life.
And if you're a balanced number, you've got all of those aspects, all of that.

(01:05:25):
You're emotional too.
You may have maybe too meddlesome as a two.
You've got all these characteristics that flow through each and every number.
So yeah, that's again, it's up to you how you want to express the number that you your

(01:05:46):
life path number.
Yeah, that's a wonderful explanation.
Thank you.
And it adds a dimension to it when you're talking about the balance that there's a light.
And we tend to want to maybe focus and showcase our talents and abilities, our positivity,
right?
And we tend to shy away a little bit from things that we might feel our qualities or
characteristics are a little bit negative.

(01:06:09):
But the balance that you were describing there is the shadow side along with the other side.
We're passionate about things, but we're also maybe we don't express that as well as we
should as a leader.
So listeners, today we've been interviewing Susan Owens.
She's the author of The Wisdom of Numerology.
And she's been extremely generous today with her time and information.

(01:06:33):
She's done a hands on experience.
And that's another thing I'd like to mention about the book.
This is interactive, folks, if you purchase the book, please, please do do yourself a
favor.
You're going to be able to do some of this chart work yourself, you're going to be able
to do some of the calculations and come up with this stuff and use your intuition because
she encourages you to do that.
So if you are a psychic or a psychic wannabe kind of person, you're going to be using some

(01:06:57):
of those psychic tools or just, you know, not just but your intuition as well.
And Susan's designed it so it's a hands on kind of involved experience and you'll see
your own development, you'll be able to enjoy the experience as well.
And we're going to thank Susan.
We're going to we know that there's another book coming out.

(01:07:17):
And we discussed that a little bit earlier, The Psychic Traveler, and we're excited about
that.
We're inviting Susan to come back on the broadcast to talk us more about that book closer to
publication and when it gets released.
And we'll have a release party right here on the radio.
She'll agree to come back.
I love to I love I look forward to that.

(01:07:37):
That would be great, Pete, to to contact.
What is the numerology?
I leave out the articles and funny.
I was thinking about that.
I leave out pronouns and articles all the time.
So it's just wisdom and numerology.com.
Thank you.
And again, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Susan.

(01:07:59):
She would like to hear from you, by all means.
And if you have some feedback about the book or some questions, by all means, reach out.
I feel like we've come to the end.
And I'm very sad because it's been a wonderful exploration and a fantastic journey.
And it's been very eye opening and it's been a great discovery.
So Susan, again, thank you so much for coming on the broadcast and inspiring us with so

(01:08:25):
much information and your knowledge.
And we're wishing you well in all your future travels.
You know, we know you've got other stuff coming ahead.
It's exciting.
I think we're going to all live vicariously through you.
I love it.
Thank you.
Absolutely.
And with that, we're just going to sign off and say thank you so much for listening to

(01:08:45):
the broadcast today.
And tune in when and we'll have the announcement of when this is going to be available and
the dates and times for you because it's going to be broadcast for quite a few weeks at certain
dates and times.
So stay tuned.
And again, thank you, Susan, for coming on and we're wishing all the listeners a great
day and peace to them.

(01:09:06):
Thank you all.
Thank you, Pete.
Appreciate it.

I hope you've enjoyed the show.
Please tune in again for more interesting episodes.
