In this month's episode I discuss something that's been on my mind lately: disappointment. It's absolutely natural to feel this, but I've been grappling with how to move through the feeling and why this sensation comes up in our bodies in the first place. Here, I talk about some of my thoughts on how this is a natural response by our bodies to indicate that a change or some type of self reflection is needed in this period of life. I truly feel that it's such a blessing that our natural instincts can intuitively call our attention to these things and try to signal to us in which direction change is needed in our lives.
