What exactly does it take to become an elite Paralympian? Paralympic silver medallist Matt “The Armless Archer” Stutzman and track and field legend Michael Johnson know what it takes to succeed at the highest level. They chat about their new podcast Rising Phoenix: What Does It Take? and what to expect from the Paralympic Games this summer.

Across eight episodes, these sporting friends will meet some of the most talented Paralympians in the world. They’ll ask “what it takes” to make it at the highest level of Paralympic sport.
