Sara Marshall: Lessons from the Boardroom

Sara Marshall: Lessons from the Boardroom

I’m Sara Marshall. I went from Global Brand Strategy Director at Barclays, to SVP Global Marketing at Universal Pictures, to founding and leading a multi-million pound strategy business with 15 staff in the city. I’ve worked with leading global organisations to improve their strategies and growth. I’ve led global change programmes, managed huge teams, and even had my own bodyguard. Now, I'm a strategic advisor and consultant: I help make businesses better. And I’m sharing everything I've learnt on my journey with you. Lessons from the Boardroom features me and other successful leaders, discussing how they’ve perfected their craft, driven success, and dealt with the challenges of leadership. Each guest has a unique story to tell that will help other leaders on their journey. Find out more about me at: https://saramarshall.co.uk
