How do we manage personal change in everyday life with the Scared So What way of thinking? In this episode we will touch on how you can use it.
How you can apply the SCARED way of thinking reflectively about change to uncover your feelings and generate a informed decision vs remaining in fear, anxiety, and worry.
We'll uncover how we can then apply the SO WHAT solution planning tool to help guide us out of uncertainty into action.
Scared So What is two models built into one. SCARED focuses on our feelings and guides us into critical reflection about a change that has become personal to us.
SO WHAT continues with critical reflection to guide us in creating our own plan of action to make the change occur in the way that we want, not how someone else wants.
You can use them together or separately. It's your choice. But research and people will advise that you get the most out of it when you learn to use them together.
Change can become personal. When it does, you have a choice to remain in fear, worry, anxiety and stress. Or, you can break down the change, reflect on it, and make an empowering decision and action plan on what you can and will do about it.
The choice is yours. You don't have to be SCARED of change. You just need to learn how you can manage it. That starts with YOU.

Boysober
Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
