Lukke 6: 32-34 Do to others as you would have them do unto you We know that all things work for good for all who are called to God. In the first part of this scripture God asks three times a question to emphasize loving ones enemies out of living out God's principles. He does this by asking the first part with a postive inference and you say to yourself I have done well. I should have "credit" for that good deed. He makes us think more deeply when he immediately asks..."What good is that? Even sinners do the same.
Humility and doing good deeds because it is what we are asked to do and should do Not because we earn "Credits" or bonus points. Makes you think. Perhaps you too will remember the voice of Dr. Hicks asking..."What good is that...? Even sinners do the same" giving each other credit too.
