(00:10):
Hey everyone, I'm back with another update.
In this episode, I'll cover illegal immigration related
news, the Federal Reserve redistricting, the Health and
Human Services Department, the Epstein files, and Trump news.
Of course, I'll end with the noteworthy tidbits, starting
with illegal immigration relatednews.
ICE is quickly trying to hire 10,000 more agents and they've
received almost 78,000 new applicants, according to ICE
(00:33):
Director Todd Lyons. Borders are Tom Holman said that
so far over 300,000 illegals have been deported this year and
that ICE aims to secure 100,000 more beds for illegal aliens.
Holman explained that everyone we arrest needs a bed for due
process where they see an immigration judge.
They may stay for days or months, but we need beds for the
largest deportation operation inhistory.
(00:54):
The next version of Florida's Alligator Alcatraz will be in
Indiana, according to Fox, And there was an arson attack and
rocks thrown through windows at an ICE facility in Yakima, WA.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio is considering forcing a $15,000
bond to be paid on new visa applicants.
Explaining aliens applying for visas as temporary visitors for
business or pleasure. And who are nationals of
(01:16):
countries identified by the department as having high visa
overstay rates where screening and vetting information is
deemed deficient or offering citizenship by investment if the
alien obtained citizenship with no residency requirement may be
subject to the pilot program. Basically, this pilot program
will target visa overstays starts on the 20th of this
month, Congresswoman Delia Ramirez announced.
(01:39):
I'm a proud Guatemalan before I'm an American.
In Spanish of course. And she's received backlash for
it, as she rightfully should, considering she was elected to
represent the interests of American citizens, not citizens
of other countries. Congressman Andy Ogles called
for Ramirez to be kicked off theHouse Homeland Committee,
denaturalized and deported, saying we know where her
allegiances lie on to the Federal Reserve.
(02:01):
When asked if he's interested inreplacing federal Governor
Coogler, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant told President
Trump he wants to stay where he is because he likes what he's
doing Now. James Fishback, the architect
behind the Doge dividend, has spoken to President Trump and is
now being floated for Coogler's replacement.
Fishback is also currently suingFederal Reserve Chair Jerome
Powell and other Federal Open Market Committee members
(02:23):
primarily to force the FOMC to open its monetary policy
meetings to the public, allegingthat the feds closed door
meetings violate the government in the Sunshine Act of 1976.
Trump, Fishback, and others haveall called on Powell to lower
the interest rate by one point by the next meeting.
Let's switch to redistricting. New York Governor Kathy Hochul
demanded the state's independentredistricting Commission be
(02:45):
disbanded so that she can gerrymander the state for
Democrats, saying this is war, we are at war.
California Governor Gavin Newsomis attempting to do the same,
and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger plans to
fight Newsom's plan, according to a report from Politico,
Schwarzenegger believes gerrymandering takes power away
from the people and that he's opposed to it, regardless of
what state it's happening in. California Democrats privately
(03:09):
agreed to a congressional map that adds up to five Democrat
U.S. House seats before the 2026
midterms, but they can't legallyredistrict without a court
ruling or new legislation. Texas State Representative
Yolanda Jones decided to enter the contest for dumbest Democrat
comment of the year by saying I will liken this to the
Holocaust. How did the Holocaust happen?
Good people remained silent. Congratulations Yolanda.
(03:31):
The year is only about 2/3 over and there have been some really
dumb Democrat comments so far, but I think you may win the
trophy. There is no shortage of dumb
Democrats with Texas Democratic representatives fleeing to the
heavily gerrymandered state of Illinois to protest the Texas
redistricting. Texas Governor Greg Abbott said
those who fled the state to break quorum may face a second
degree felony bribery charge andgave a deadline for them to
(03:54):
return to the house or face removal.
The call of the house was passedand warrants for the arrest of
those who fled were issued, staying in effect until they are
brought into the capital, according to Abbott.
Abbott ordered the Texas Rangersto launch felony bribery
investigations into those who fled because courts indicate
that many of them solicited or received funds to evade
conducting legislative business and casting votes.
(04:16):
FBI Director Kash Patel has beenasked to help Texas authorities
track down and arrest lawmakers who fled.
And Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sought judicial orders to
declare their offices vacant, saying starting Friday any rogue
lawmakers refusing to return to the House will be held
accountable for vacating their office.
The people of Texas elected lawmakers, not jet setting
(04:37):
runaways, looking for headlines. If you don't show up to work,
you get fired. Shifting to the Health and Human
Services Department, HHS Secretary RFK Junior is acting
to fully ban food stamps from being used on soda, energy
drinks, candy and prepared desserts, explaining that about
10% of SNAP benefits go to sugary drinks.
And if you add candies to that, it's about 13 to 17%.
(04:59):
In fact, sugary drinks are the number one purchase by SNAP
recipients. But the goal of SNAP is to
provide nutritious food essential to health and
well-being. Florida SNAP recipients will no
longer be able to purchase theseitems starting on January 1st
since the Trump administration approved Floridas waiver to ban
those items. Kennedy will also be slashing
the size of the Dietary guidelines from 453 pages to 4
(05:21):
to 6 pages. And he canceled 22 mRNA vaccine

Attorney Generals Alberto Gonzalez and Jeff Sessions will
be in August, and former FBI Director Robert Mueller and
former US Attorney Generals Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder
will have their depositions in September.
October depositions include former US Attorney General
Merrick Garland, former FBI Director James Comedy, former
(06:05):
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former President
Bill Clinton. The House Oversight Committee
also subpoenaed Attorney GeneralPam Bondi and the Justice
Department for Epstein records, and the DOJ is considering
releasing the transcripts and audio of their interview with
Epstein associate Elaine Maxwell.
Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna said that the burn bags
discovered by the FBI included Epstein evidence that the Biden
(06:27):
administration intended to destroy.
And said I'm asking them directly about who authorized
this evidence to be placed in burn bags and what information
do they have about the former deputy FBI director destroying
evidence pertaining to Epstein. Switching to Trump news,
President Trump floated a possible JD Vance Marco Rubio
presidential ticket by saying I think most likely Vance is the
(06:48):
favorite. He's the vice president.
Marco is somebody that maybe would get together with JD in
some form. Trump signed an executive order
to prepare for the 2028 Olympicsin Los Angeles, CA, which will
mobilize the entire federal government to ensure safety and
smooth operation. Vice President Vance Stephen
Miller and several others are members of the Olympics task

Presidential Medal of Freedom for his heroic actions and
saving the woman. President Trump is preparing an
executive order targeting banks who discriminate against Trump
(07:51):
supporters, and it has been revealed that Bank of America
and JP Morgan debanked PresidentTrump over the events of January
6th. Trump said Senator Chuck Schumer
and other Democrats wanted $2 billion in exchange for
approvals on his nominees, of which there are still more than
150. Some are calling this political
extortion. A fun story from the past couple
of days is that President Trump took questions from the press
(08:13):
while on the roof of the White House to survey renovations.
When asked by a reporter what hewas doing, Trump responded with
taking a little look. Just looking for more ways to
spend my personal money for the country and just like my
salaries contributed. But nobody ever mentions that.
Although comments sound a littlesnarky, Trump was in good
spirits joking with the press. It was easy to tell he was in
(08:34):
his element with the building surveying he was doing.

worse offenses than Mr. Santos, yet have faced 0 criminal
