(00:09):
Hey everyone, I'm back with another update.
In this episode, I'll cover the Russia, Ukraine conflict,
illegal immigration related news, Florida and Texas news,
department updates, investments in tariff talk, and the Biden
autopen scandal. Of course, I'll end with the
noteworthy tidbits, starting with the Russia Ukraine
conflict. To recap from earlier this week,
President Trump announced the United States would be

(00:31):
manufacturing and selling weapons to NATO, which NATO
would then give to Ukraine. According to Axios, NATO will be
purchasing close to $10 billion in weapons moving forward.
A couple days. Trump gave Russia 50 days to
make peace, threatening 100% secondary sanction tariffs,
meaning countries doing businesswith Russia would be charged
this amount if peace is not made.

(00:52):
Trump said he's disappointed in Putin because he thought they
would have had a deal two monthsago.
On to illegal immigration related news.
New data shows the United Stateshad the lowest amount of border
encounters ever recorded for themonth of June.
This is the second month now to reach record low encounters
after seeing the same results inMay June 2024 saw 28,000

(01:12):
illegals released into the country and there were zero for
June 2025. The Herald Tribune reported that
high numbers of illegal aliens are choosing to self deport in
the state of Florida and assaults against ICE agents have
increased by 830%. ICE arrested 11 illegal alien
sex offenders and or pedophiles in the Minneapolis metro area

(01:32):
and it has been revealed that almost 360 illegal aliens were
arrested in the California marijuana farm raid.
Last week, a Taco shop owner in Arizona was arrested for hiring
illegal aliens, and Congressman Eric Swalwell demanded to hear
the top 100 violent criminal immigrants so that he and others
can help Borders. Our Tom Holman and the Trump
administration find them. Shift to Florida and Texas news.

(01:54):
Florida scored first place in CNBC's economy rankings for the
third straight year, and Floridademanded U.S.
Masters swimming ban men from women's events or face legal
action. Florida airports have officially
been notified that under a new law signed by Governor Ron
DeSantis, they need to submit monthly reports on
geoengineering and weather modification activities or lose

(02:14):
state funding. The House fully passed and
codified the naming of the Jocelyn Nungary National
Wildlife Refuge. For those that don't remember,
Jocelyn was a young Texas girl who was raped and murdered by
illegal aliens. She loved animals and the
Wildlife Refuge is located in her hometown area.
President Trump told Texas Republicans that the GOP will
look to add five new red seats to the state's congressional map

(02:37):
by redistricting before the 2026midterms.
And in response to that, Texas Democrats are plotting to skip
the quorum call so that lawmakers can't redraw the
lines. However, Texas Attorney General
Ken Paxton said those Democrats will be found and arrested if
they do this, stating my office stands ready to assist local,
state and federal authorities and hunting down and compelling

(02:58):
the attendance of anyone who abandons their office and their
constituents for cheap politicaltheater.
If Democrats ignore their duty to their constituents by
breaking quorum, they should be found and arrested no matter
where they go. Switching to department updates,
the FDA approved Gardenia Blue for use in American products as
a natural food dye, and 40 ice cream producers plan to

(03:19):
eliminate artificial food dyes from their products by 2028.
These 40 producers account for over 90% of all ice cream sold
in the United States, Turkey Hill CEO Andy Jacobs said.
We have all come together as theice cream industry to lead major
change and to make this commitment to remove artificial
colors. The Supreme Court nixed a
district court's order to prevent President Trump from

(03:40):
firing 1400 Department of Education employees.
So Education Secretary Linda McMahon may now move forward
with this process. The Trump administration intends
to return the functions of the Department of Education back to
the states. Of course, there is some DOJFBI
Epstein files drama to report on, so let's dig in.
There were rumors over the weekend the FBI Director Cash
Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino would step down if

(04:03):
Attorney General Pam Bondi remained in her position.
But all three are at work this week.
All appears to be well between the three of them, but Bondy did
fire the Justice Department's ethics chief.
Congresswoman Lauren Bobert called for a special counsel to
be appointed to handle the Epstein files.
And President Trump repeated hisclaims that Obama and James
Comedy fabricated parts of the files, but said that Bondy

(04:24):
should release all the credible evidence she can find.
Laura Trump said that more Epstein releases are coming and
that more transparency on the issue is coming, too.
Let's move on to investments in tariff talk.
Senator Dave McCormick and President Trump announced that
20 leading technology and energycompanies are investing $92
billion in AI and energy in Pennsylvania, which will create

(04:44):
10s of thousands of jobs. Apple announced a $500 million
investment in the only rare earth mineral mine operating in
the United States, and Google isinvesting $25 billion in data
centers and AI infrastructure ina major US electric grid.
The founder of Home Depot, who originally opposed Trump's
tariffs, has completely changed his mind after seeing the
results, explaining that Home Depot does not expect to boost

(05:06):
prices because of tariffs and that he's witnessing positive
results first hand. President Trump announced a
trade deal with Indonesia wherein Indonesia imports are
charged 19% and American products are charged to nothing.
As part of the agreement, Indonesia committed to
purchasing $15 billion in US energy, $4.5 billion in American
agricultural products, and 50 Boeing jets.

(05:29):
Trump announced that pharmaceuticals will be tariffed
possibly by the end of the monthin an effort to bring
pharmaceutical manufacturing back to the United States.
Trump explained that the tariff would be low for a year or so,
and then after that it would be very high.
Shifting to the Biden autopen scandal, Joe Biden admitted that
his officials used the autopen for pardons and it was found
that a Biden official explicitlyapproved the use of the autopen

(05:51):
for the last minute pardons of Doctor Fauci, the January 6th
committee members, and others. According to the New York Times.
The official hit reply all and wrote I approve the use of the
autopen for the execution of allthe following pardons.
In response, Senator Rand Paul is issuing a criminal referral
of Anthony Fauci to Attorney General Pam Bondi and the
Department of Justice. The Trump administration is now

(06:13):
investigating over 1,000,000 documents on Biden's use of the
autopen and Trump said that he guarantees Biden knew nothing
about what he was signing. Let's switch to the White House
faith office luncheon. President Trump delivered
remarks at the White House faithoffice luncheon in the State
Dining Room. The faith office was established
by President Trump back in February via executive order and

(06:33):
the luncheon brought together over 60 CEO's and business
leaders who support faith-based charitable organizations aiming
to strengthen partnerships between the federal government
and these groups to address social issues like foster care
adoption, poverty alleviation, substance abuse and prisoner re
entry. The event was part of Trump's
broader agenda to empower faith-based entities, promote

(06:54):
religious liberty, and align federal policies with American
values as outlined by the White House Faith Office's mission to
support families, work and self-sufficiency.
It marked the first event of itskind, emphasizing collaboration
between faith-based organizations and the government
to advance Trump's policy goals, including religious freedom and
community focused initiatives. Now it's time for the noteworthy

(07:15):

Fannie Mae's Financial Crimes division concluded that Senator
Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible
mortgage fraud. Schiff said that his primary

(08:18):
residence was in Maryland to geta cheaper mortgage, but since he
was a congressman from California, it was required he
live in California. It was found the fraud began
with the refinance of Schiff's Maryland property on February
6th, 2009 and continued through multiple transactions until the
Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home in
October of 2020. The US House rejected to move

(08:39):
forward with the Genius Act, a pro crypto bill backed by
President Trump and Scott Bessent, 196 to 222.
Trump worked the phones and met with several representatives in
the Oval Office, reporting that he was able to flip their votes
to pass the ACT. Speaker Johnson announced plans
to reintroduce the procedural vote with expectations of
advancing the bill. The 9 billion Dodge cuts package

(09:00):
advanced the Senate after Vice President Vance cast the
tiebreaking vote. NPR, PBS and the USAID are on
the chopping block with this package.
Core inflation came in below expectations at 0.2% and in
response, Trump yet again demanded Powell bring down
interest rates or resign. Powell asked for an Inspector
General review of his $2.5 billion renovation of the Fed

(09:21):
building. After being slammed for the cost
by President Trump and Housing Director Bill Pulte, the
Department of Defense announced a deal with Elon Musk's ex AI
Grok for government. Jared Isaacman, a former Trump
NASA nominee, astronaut and businessman, is considering a
run for Congress out of Pennsylvania as a Republican.
The Department of Defense and Secretary Pete Hegseth withdrew

(09:42):
all Pentagon speakers from the globalist Aspen Security Forum
one day before the event because, as Sean Parnell
explains, the values of the Aspen Security Forum do not
align with the values of the Department of Defense.
House Speaker Mike Johnson has raised over $50 million for
House Republicans so far this election cycle, according to
Punch Bowl. Congresswoman Taylor Green filed

(10:02):
legislation to ban weather modification and geoengineering
nationwide. That's all I have for today.
I'll be back with another updatesoon.
