State of Delhi, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1532 (Also known as Chawla gang rape).She has pleaded numerous landmark cases before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. Four cases argued by her as a CBI lawyer formed part of the compilation prepared by Delhi High Court in 2011-2012 to enunciate contribution of Delhi High Court to the Development of law.Appointed as Amicus Curiae in Death sentence cases by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, she has represented stakeholders in PILs filed for facilitating justice to victims of North-East Delhi Riots, was part of the editorial team for the 11th edition of Kanga & Palkhiwala on Income Tax.She has argued three death reference cases in which two resulted in commutation of the death sentence to life imprisonment, whereas in Chhawla Gang Rape case the three accused on death row were acquitted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.She was the Standing Counsel for Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Senior Standing Counsel for IT Department before the Delhi High Court. She has also been the Standing Counsel for State of Rajasthan before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. She has led the team representing NIA in Kerala Twin Blast Case.
