Speaker 1 (00:01):
Cheers.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Kristin Balboney and Sharon Thors loved it with your sideline pass.
All right, it's that time of the week. It is
time for sideline pass with your Panthers sideline reporters Sharon
and Kristen. Sharon, did you enjoy your bye week?

Speaker 3 (00:17):
I sure did. It was it was really nice to
get a little a little break in the action. I'm
still watched a lot of games and yeah, and of
course that Saints Bucks names, so that was a lot
of fun. But yeah, it was nice to sit back,
recharge a little bit and have a little time off.
How about you?

Speaker 2 (00:31):
Absolutely absolutely, and like you said that, my Sunday was
spent watching that Saints Bucks games with my eyes peeled.
And oh, speaking of that, I want to talk about
what Dave Canalis had to say on his Monday press conference.
He said that he was glued to that game too,
and Sharon I really liked what he said. He said,
I tried not to get emotional about it, but it's
hard not to. And he said, I always tell the guys,

(00:52):
don't get emotional when you're when you're watching the game,
he said, but any little bit helps, And Sharon I
got to say I really like to hear that from
a head coach, because I thought he was going to
come in and say, you know, hey, it doesn't matter,
We've got to take care of business, which of course,
of course he will say right going down the stretch.
But how refreshing was that just to say, yeah, I
was invested in it.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Yeah, it was fun. It's like, okay, I'm human too.
I watch it as a fan and as a coach,
and that was unusual, like you said, to hear from him,
because that's not normally he's more, you know, down to.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Focused on us, and yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
But it was fun to see him get excited about it.
And we talked to a lot of guys in the
locker room Monday about that as well, and they were
all like that. They were all very very excited too,
as Austin Corbett said, wake up Monday morning and not
have to do anything and realize that, hey, we're in
first place now. We didn't do anything. So they were
all rooting for the Saints to pull it off too,

(01:46):
So it was it was a lot of fun to
hear everybody talk about that, and then they really enjoyed
watching that game as well. From a fan, perspective, plus
a player perspective and coach perspective.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Absolutely, and I'm glad you mentioned Austin Korbick, so I'm
gonna be talking to him just a little bit later.
We'll get some of that perspective as well. So good
teas there, Sharon, thank you for that. Let's talk about
the health of this team as they come off of
the bye week. As everybody knows, I mean, Fathers had
the latest bye week in the season when when you're
looking at the schedule to start the year, you're going,
oh my gosh, I can't believe that it came out

(02:16):
a perfect time for the Panthers, you know, to be
able to get some rest going into this huge stretch,
this playoff stretch where everything is in their hands. And Sharon,
it seems like the Panthers are going to be pretty
healthy coming into this one.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Yeah. Great news on Christian Roseboom or one of our
starting middle linebackers. He is going to be back. Trevin
Wallace healed up now from that shoulder, and we don't
have the official word on it yet, but looks like
jac Horn and Claudecherlist are both going to be clearing
the concussion protocol, coach Chanel said, they were both trending
in the right direction. So we've of course Trayvon Mary
back from the suspension, so we've got a pretty full

(02:53):
cast of characters. Robert Hunt, they're still they're not opening
his window quite yet, but there's a potential that he
might be back before the end of the season, which
would be fabulous to have him back on that offensive line.
So everybody, it looks like we're going to be at
full strength for the most part headed into this stretch
one run, which is just huge, especially to get those
guys on the back end back.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Yeah, it's such a good point of what you just said.
You know, I was just thinking, as you were talking
about all those guys who are coming back, how good
those backups did in that game against the Rams, right,
you know, without the starters. And then you just mentioned
getting Robert Hunt back. What another position group, you know,
what another great position group that has done so well
without the guy that is really the lynchpin of that
offensive line in Robert Hunt. And so it's just been

(03:34):
so incredible, really one of the stories of this season
to see these guys thrust into these positions. You just
mentioned two of the big ones there to come in
and play the way they have played. But as you said,
just it would be incredible to have this team at
full strength going down the stretch.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
And that's what Dave Canalis told.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Me too, he said, look, Rob sees what's going on
and he's excited to come, you know, be a part
of it if he can. Of course, first and foremost,
they have to take care of him as a person,
as a player, But wouldn't that be quite the story,
you know, to get him back after that tough biceps injury.
So that is where that's what it was. Yeah, yeah,
that is where the health of the team stands. And Sharon,

(04:13):
let's talk about the Saints right now as we get
into looking at this opponent. Of course, seventeen to seven
lost to the Saints earlier this season. The defense looked
great in that one against our offense. The Panthers not
able to get anything done after that first drive, and
then you're in this defense. I was I was emulating
you a little bit and looking at some of the
numbers from the last four games of this defense, and

(04:34):
this Saints defense looks really good lately. So what have
you seen as you've been doing your scouting report.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Oh wow, I tell you what. They have improved tremendously
from last year certainly, and even from when the Panthers
played them earlier this season. I mean, there's sixth overall
in passing defense now, which is amazing. There's sixth overall
in third down defense. They're top ten in several categories,
twelfth overall in total defense. So they have really started

(05:00):
coming into their own and I think a lot of
it really stems from that group up front. I mean
Cam Jordan, it's like he's agent, yeah, and he never
slows down. He leads the team in sacks, right and
I was six and a half sacks, So he is
just like the I think, the heart and soul of
that defense. And they're just getting a lot of pressure
on quarterbacks. They don't have a ton of sacks, They've
only got twenty eight on the season, but they're getting

(05:22):
a ton of pressure still. And they stuffed the Bucks
on Sunday five times on fourth down five times. I mean,
so they're really getting a lot of pressure up front.
I'm starting with him, and then of course you got
Chase Young up there, Carl Granderson, Kolid McKinstry in the
back end leads them with three interceptions. Alante David also
he has two, and Tomrio Davis another guy that's been

(05:46):
around forever it seems like, but he still leads the
team and tackles, so he's been tremendous there at that
Micker spot. So this defense is just really starting to
play really well together. They've gotten better and better every
single week and they're playing with a lot of physicality
right now, really aggressive, and I think a lot of
confidence too, coming off that win at the Bucks to

(06:06):
play the way that they did and shut down Baker
Mayfield and company. So and needs to say they already
know they beat this Panthers team one. So you've got
to feel like the Saints are probably riding pretty high
coming into this one on Sunday. So that defense is
clicking right now, and this Panther offense has its work
cut out for it.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
I remember watching them come out of the tunnel in
the last game, you know, when the Saints were playing
and people thought, oh, this is going to be an
easy one. They came out with so much energy out
of that locker room in the tunnel, and of course
the guy that was leading it all was Cam Jordan.
You know, he's standing there high fiving everyone. And that
was that was before we had seen the Saints really
pull off anything where you go, oh, okay, they've got

(06:42):
a lot of fight in them. That was before the
stats started to catch up with everything. So they are
going to be, as you said, fired up there at
home for this one. And then offensively, Sharon, you know,
maybe no Alvin Kamara, but I talked to Dave Panoalce
and he said, hey, look, Devin Neil's playing great too
when Alvin Kamara is not in it. And then this
emergence of Eyler Shuck And you know, he was only
two games in to starting when we saw him, and

(07:06):
that was the week, unfortunately for the Panthers, that he
really emerged and showed off some skills there.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
Yeah, and he's another one that has gotten better every
single week. He had come in the prior week when
they had yanked Spencer Rattler and then started against the Panthers.
He's two and three as a starter. But I think
what I thought was really interesting this week. I was
speaking to a couple of guys in the locker room
and many of them mentioned that they were a little
caught off guard that Shuck could run the way he does,

(07:34):
so they weren't really expecting them from them. They didn't
have hardly any tape on him, so the way he
was able to run and scramble and make players with
the feat sort of sort of caught them off guard.
He had two touchdowns last week, two on the ground,
so he can run. But they know a whole lot
more about him now, which is good. They've got more
tape to go by. And Mike Jackson, we were talking
to him about it. This guy, he's a rookie, but

(07:54):
he just turned twenty six years old, so this is
a guy that he might be rookie, but he's been
around a long time in some former fashion in football,
so he's seen a lot of football, maybe not at
the NFL level, but I think he's playing pretty poised
right now because he does have a ton of experience
and he's getting better every single week. And the Panthers
certainly have a lot of respect from him for him

(08:14):
and are treating him as a very dangerous dual threat quarterback,
not just a guy who's throwing it.

Speaker 4 (08:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
I was just talking to our producer, Matt Our, producer
extraordinaire about about Tyler Shuck and he said he's been
in the league or he's he's older than Bryce Young,
you know, which is wild to think about a twenty
six year old rookie. All right, Sharon, we got to
talk about New Orleans because of course it is all
about the game, but you travel with the road team
and you always get a nice night to enjoy the

(08:42):
city if you so choose, before going to the game
the next day. Do you take advantage of New Orleans
culinary attractions?

Speaker 3 (08:50):
Absolutely? I love going into New Orleans. When I used
to work for Florida State, it seemed like we're in
the Sugar Bowl every other year and always went to
New Orleans for you know, we'd stay for a week,
two weeks at a time, back in the old days
of college football. But with like you said, with the Panthers,
you're in and out overnight. But you do get one
really really good dinner out which is always so fun.

(09:13):
And I haven't found time to go get a begne yet,
but I do love those begnets and they have too.
But yeah, I love to go and find the classic
New Orleans food, the barbecue, shrimp, all those different kinds
of things. They have that are just so so good.
So it's funny. Our radio producer langdon you know, I'm
always the one like, all right, we can't just eat
at the hotel, we can't just eat right around the corner.

(09:35):
We got to go find somewhere good. And that the
first year that I traveled with them, I think I
made them trips about five miles on the circle trying
to find the perfect New Orleans restaurant. But what we did,
and we saw one of those really cool parades going
through the street too, which is always fun. So you
never know what you're going to see in New Orleans.
And but you can't go wrong with the food. The
food is always good at New Orleans. So I'm really

(09:55):
looking forward to that.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
The food is great. It is you know, some cities
you go doesn't really live up to the hype, but
you're right. I remember the first time I got down there.
It was for a Super Bowl when I was working
for ESPN, and I felt like we, you know, got
off the whatever out of the taxi and there were
like three parades that were going through the street, parades
and there were street performers and you're like, oh, it
really is, you know, it really has this this incredible culture.

(10:20):
And I'll tell you what. The dome that they play
and has its own culture too. It's it's really its
own experience. It's very vertical. It it feels it's.

Speaker 4 (10:30):
Very cold in there.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
I always remember it's freezing, freezing, and they are playing
music loud the entire time, and it's just you know,
you can play in domes and sometimes they can all
run together, but New Orleans has got its own little thing.
Of course, it's older in there. And I was just
talking to Trey Boston and he said he said that
was one of his favorite places to play, which I

(10:52):
was surprised about. You don't hear that that often, I think,
But he said it's got its own you know. Like
he said, it's got its own culture. Those fans are coming,
they're dressing up up there, yelling at you. And he
said there's nothing better than silence in there.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
So I thought that was a really.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
Interesting you know, it is its own kind of unique venue.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Yeah, it definitely is. And like I said, it's very vertical.
When you're up in the press box and way up
at the top, I feel like vertico. Yeah, seriously, it's
like you're looking down from a high rise tower. It's like, WHOA,
where's the field. I don't know how the guys call
the game from a bird sou in the air, but
it is. It is fun in there because it's it's
very dark. That's one thing about that old domman. There

(11:29):
are no windows, there's no natural daylight in that place.
It is just you're inside and there's no getting around.
It's not like these new domes that have a lot
of natural light coming in. It is dark in there,
and it's like a cave. But those people, all those
fans are crazy. They're either in a Saints jersey or
in all that.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Crazy yeah at Hire.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
Yeah, all the beads and all that kind of stuff
and the crazy costumes. So it is fun. And like
Trey said, there's nothing more fun than silencing that crowd.
So and that's that's not always easy to do in
New Orleans. But there's nothing better than to make that
rowdy crowd go go quiet. So hopefully the Pants will
be doing just that on Sunday.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
Certainly, they control their own destiny.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
We're hoping we're coming out of there, as you said,
with a quiet New Orleans crowd, and hoping that you're
having a great time on the plane back home. All right, Sharon,
Let's make sure we get that radio crew a great
meal instead of eating at the hotel in safe travels
down there.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
All right, thanks so much, Kristin.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
All right, we'll be right back with Austin Corbett, this
year's Panthers Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee.
But first I want to let you know that we
are brought to you by Barefoot Wine. You know, wine
and football are not that different. Sure they're complex, but
enjoying them should be easy. You don't need to worry
about complex formations and flavor profiles, or which wine pairs

(12:45):
with what all that matters is together. Barefoot Wine and
Panthers are both easy to enjoy. So let's enjoy ourselves.
Barefoot the official wine sponsor of the NFL. Joining me
now on sideline pass is the Panthers Walter Peyton Man
of the Year nominee, Austin Corbett.

Speaker 4 (13:03):
Austin, congratulations, thank you.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
I have something for you, so if you are listening,
you will know that I have a box which might have.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Some sort of a little award.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
And if you're watching, you can definitely see that I
have this big box in.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
My lap, so why don't you open it? Sure, this
is the trophy for the nominee.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
Fantastic, No there was one, so.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
You can congratulations.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Oh thank you. That's awesome.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
Yeah, show the camera of course.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
That's fantastic.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
That's incredible and what a great physical reminder of the
honor that this is.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
Right.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
So tell me about First of all, let's talk about
finding out, because you found out in maybe one of
the coolest ways that I think any nominee has ever
found out, which is I agree not only is it
Metallica that is telling you it is your favorite band Metallica.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
So talk me through that.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
Yeah, so definitely biased, but I agree with that statement.
That's a good one.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
So I you know, for my cause my cleats this year,
I ended up doing Metalliculis Foundation all with in my
hands and that kind of stem from they were here
back in May, and so I was able to go
to the concert and Joe, our offensive line coach, he
was able to get connected. He's good buddies with their
manager and so when we were there talking and what
a connection to have very good connection. And so you

(14:22):
know Mark manager, Yes, he's like hey, like this is
our foundation. You know, we kind of represent you know,
workforce education, whether you know, for trade school and and
helping people out in food andsecurity and helping out there,
and so it was kind of like a no brainer
for me to be like, oh, absolutely. You know, my
dad being a truck driver now kind of worked in
the masonry world for twenty years, and you know, we
were struggled hard in two doses and eight with the recession,

(14:42):
so we're a big benefactor of you know, people donating
food banks and stuff. So it's kind of like, oh,
it's right up my alley. This is great, this is easy.
And you know in the team meeting there, you know,
they came on screen with you know, James and Robert
was just a cool thanking video for doing the cleats.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
So I thought you played it cool even when you
saw them on the screen.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
It's quite cool, you know. But as my wife will
tell you, I am not the most emotional person, so
if given with her isn't always great. And I'm trying
to work on it, sorry, Madison. But it was kind
of like it was a cool thanking video, you know
what kind of thought that was all that would be.
And they kind of just kept talking. I was like,
what's going on here, Like they're still talking. Never once

(15:22):
thought was going to be Man of the Year and
they said that, and it's just like call like chaosis.
And I was kind of like in that moment, truly
speechless and caught off guard or like I couldn't show
emotion because it's like it was shocking to me. So
I was incredible and awesome. I you know, is my
dad's favorite band, and that's what he's been listening to
you in high school and you know, nineteen eighty three

(15:43):
when their first album came out, and so there's no
doubt what I was listening to as soon as I could.
And you know, and now I both have my five
year old son and my three year old daughter both
are singing Masters of Puppets now. So that's great and
it's awesome and we're just going to keep passing a law.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
I love that.

Speaker 5 (15:57):
Well.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Certainly, the Metallica's Foundation is not the only one that
you have supported.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
This is a very well deserved honor.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
Can you talk to me, I know veterans the youth,
Can you talk to me about some of the causes
that are close to your Yeah.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
So kind of you know, when I was coming out
of college, you know, I was like two hundred and
forty pounds as a walk on, like you right, for
offensive line. That's not great, that's tiny. You know, it's
because you know, it's fortunate to get my walk on
spot in Nevada. But it was kind of either you know,
I had my academic scholarships that kind of helped out
and get me there. But it's either I'm going to
walk on or did you one school? Or I'm going

(16:27):
to join the military sort of thing. So being fortunate
that you know, I'm still playing football here, you know,
fifteen or twelve years later, however long it is, so
any chance I can give back to the veterans and
help out there. And I met some really special people
in my life along the way that I've been able
to you know, get connected with and just help out there.
And another foundation, you know, I was able to get

(16:50):
connected with them. Charlotte is a kid again, and they
do such a great job is providing you know, opportunities
and experiences out of families with children with you know,
life altering disabilities and diseases and ailments whatever it may be.
But their big illness is everybody in the family is
included in those experiences, and so this is kind of

(17:10):
something as I found them, it's just a no brainer
to get involved with. Is this is an opportunity where
I get to bring my kids to these events and
I get to you know, show them what it means
to give back and how to go about life or
you know, because like my wife and I agree, and
that's what we try to tell our kids that we've
been called in this earth. We'll be given this moment
to share and to help others, and so to be

(17:32):
able to get you know, with the kid again and
just do you know kind of the big one that
I do with them is a you know, Halloween shopping
spree and so it's really growing over these last couple
of years, and you know, I think we're able to
help you. It was like fifty families this past Halloween
where you were able to come to worst costumes and
they just get free random the store.

Speaker 4 (17:49):
That's so cool is absolutely joy.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
On these kids' faces and these families faces where they
get to pick out and just get to go be
whatever they want to be exactly truly. And so you know,
Halloween is when I was growing up was never that
special to me and he Kaike. You know, I went
several years in a row just wearing my youth football
you know, I'm gonna be a football player, A gain
me some candy. Yeah, I was just like what I did.
But since having kids and their enjoy and getting dressed

(18:14):
up is kind of made mine joy of it grow
for sure.

Speaker 2 (18:18):
Well, thank you for all that you do in the
community and for all of those different organizations.

Speaker 5 (18:22):
It makes such a difference in people's lives.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
So you guys are you guys are well into getting
ready for the Saints. But I'm want to ask you
about your bye week. How did you relax.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Any outdoors? It was cold, but you know, he got
a able to, you know, go fishing, do a little hunting.
I don't know if you they caught hunting though with
a five year old because he's a little loud. Everything's
making noise, so it's kind of tough. But he enjoyed
just seeing all the different, you know, small little critters
in the round. Yeah, but we able to get some fish,
you know, we bundle them up. I need to do.
Snow gear were a little small from last year and

(18:52):
kind of looked more like capris on them. You know,
we hung out. He got everything all cleaned up for Thanksgiving,
he got that, you know, Christmas all set up, decorated,
and I did end up holding a Christmas tree for
an hour. Why our stand broke? Oh, and so Madison
got a fully decorated and she does an amazing job.
And then I'm like, seems kind of starting to lean here,

(19:13):
and then it starts going and she catches it, and
oh this reflex. I'm standing back. I was getting the
full picture and then she's standing there, she catches it
and then I'm holding it. She's like, now, but it's broken,
and this is of course, you know ten of.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
Course, like you said, it's all decorated, right, yeah, and.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
Kids were in bed and it's like, well, we got
to get the Walmarnder target or something. We didn't you
stand and it's fifteen minutes away. All right, I'll be here.
Felt like I was in an episode of Survivor. Yeah, engine,
but we got it. We're good, got the metal stand.
We're all good. We're centered or square.

Speaker 5 (19:50):
Can I tell you that right now our Christmas tree
is crooked and this is.

Speaker 2 (19:53):
Making I might just have to leave it crooked because
of course it's all decorated. The lights are on everything,
so I might just let it as long as the
stand doesn't break.

Speaker 4 (20:02):
I don't know if I want to go through that.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
Yeah. Well that's like she's like, all right, can you
just lift the tree, but don't drop any orange. Okay,
here we go. You got a nine to ten foot tree.
Whatever it is, like, Yeah, we were good. We didn't
break anything. We managed we were good. That's uh cool.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
Congratulations on that. That's one way to get in your
bye week conditioning.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
Yeah, no doubt right.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
I bet your arms hurt a little bit.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Yeah, like my phone shout out Fordson.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
Because she did the right thing. And she's like, I'm
going to go down to art. Yeah, I got this
all right. I know what kind of stand we need.
If I need to pick up.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
Some other things while i'm while I'm out, you know,
target a little couple of decorations.

Speaker 4 (20:38):
You'll be fine.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
She gets that. She is awesomest. It was funny, it
was great, good times. Well we kind of you know,
when you're putting lights on a Christmas tree and I'm
kind of just doing stuff. She's like, all right, we're
not going to argue this year. We're just gonna do
it. It didn't be good. Yeah, we didn't. We were great.
You know, I was kind of holding the tree. It's like, honestly,
let's just argue. Next year, this doesn't happen and we argue.
So let's just we can just get the lights all
over five.

Speaker 4 (21:01):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
We have to split stuff up at my house. Like
my husband does the lights. I do the decorations with
the kids. And that's the only way that you're gonna
you know, that's the only that's like when we move,
my husband moves the stuff and then I unpack the
boxes and it's like, you go do your thing, I'll
go do mine.

Speaker 4 (21:15):
And that's I mean, you got to do it right.
That's what we be married couples. Notice, we get it.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
And it's just especially if you're moving like you guys
are the key. Yeah, get a little humidity, hot and sweaty,
like it's just things are gonna You're just gonna be
obnoxious and it's fine.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
Yeah, we split things up.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
That's the key to marriage everyone, if you're if you're
listening and you are not married yet, that is the
key is just to know when to go.

Speaker 5 (21:38):
Your separate ways play to your strengths.

Speaker 1 (21:39):
There is okay, yeah, there's nothing wrong with that.

Speaker 4 (21:42):
And obviously lead the husband to hold the tree. That
is the thing, right.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
I want to ask you about this offensive line. You
guys have just been incredible. You've slotted in something like
ten different combos in thirteen games, so there's a lot
of guys that you've gotten to know. So I want
to do a little quick.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
Fire with you. All right. Who's the funniest guy in
the room?

Speaker 5 (22:00):
Yuh?

Speaker 1 (22:01):
He was a Rob.

Speaker 4 (22:03):
I could see that. I've interviewed Big Rob a couple
of times.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
That he's quick, he's got the energies. Yeah, he's fwunny.
It's it's just his style.

Speaker 5 (22:12):
He told me once that he would prefer to be
called Bobby. Does anyone or does he just has? He
just submitted to Rob.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
No, he's gotten several just kind of alter Rob, Robbie
and Bob Yeah, Bobert Yeah, Robert.

Speaker 4 (22:23):
Yeah, Robert.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
My dad is a is a Bobby, So I might
have to go with a Bobard every once in a while.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
Whatever, whatever rolls off the tongue at the day.

Speaker 4 (22:31):
Who is the quietest, Uh, probably.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Deally is pretty quiet, strong, silent type exactly.

Speaker 4 (22:40):
Yeah, okay, or kid? Yeah, yeah, you see that. Yeah.
Who have you gotten the.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
Closest with Brady Christensen? Yeah, our sons are only a
few months apart, and so they're they're best friends. They'll
they'll play for hours and it's it's the craziest thing.
They they just they'll just go together. And so it's
been some to watch them girl together.

Speaker 4 (23:01):
That is so cool. Okay, excluding Brady in this next question,
but who would you call if you had a problem?

Speaker 1 (23:07):
What kind of problem?

Speaker 2 (23:08):
But I would say you were never gonna have to
get bailed out of jail? I don't think so, but
just I don't know. Okay, So say your car broke.

Speaker 1 (23:15):
Down, right, So there's different types of answers probably Okay, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
He seems very capable of that.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
He's got the.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
Farm, like he grows up Rutle style, so it's just
easier for that.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
I wouldn't call Taylor Moton No, why not. He's had
some issues towing things in the past.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
What does that mean?

Speaker 1 (23:35):
I'll just leave it you Canaylor, I don't want to
throw on the bus.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Okay, I will make sure to ask him that. Finally,
who would you go on a hunting or fishing trip
with Yes, because because of his prowess, because.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
We have so there's some of that into it. We
do a lot, you know, do that taking Brady fishing
with his son, you know, and be able to get
him out there. Yeah, but really anybody, especially just because
like there's so many of those guys who haven't necessarily
hunter or fish. So I'm always for just taking people
and get them experiencing something new. So, but anyone wants

(24:08):
to go free plug for the old line, I'm always.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
Because you guys don't spend enough time together.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Yeah, but it's different when and that's the thing my
wife it and it drives her crazy to if I'm
sure like all women, if you know their husband go
golfing or we go on activity, what'd you guys talk about? Nothing?

Speaker 4 (24:21):
Yeah, how's their family doing? I don't know.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
We're talking about golf for.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
Six hours together and you come home with no and
for you know, like, how's how's their kid doing, What's
what's going on in their lives?

Speaker 1 (24:32):
No idea didn't come up. And especially if you're a
hundred fishing like you're supposed to be quiet fishing ain't
got to get But it's just peaceful. You're outside, you're quiet,
and it's I don't know, it's it's a man thing,
but I don't know. We talked about golf, talks about what.
We just didn't talk. I don't know. It's okay not
to talk. It is part of that.

Speaker 4 (24:48):
Such a difference, such a difference. You cannot get my
friends and I to.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
Be quiet if we're together for that long. Austin, it's
so great to talk to you. I can talk to
you for hours, but I want to I want to
say a graduation, thank
