(00:02):
Is it live yeah hi people we're gonna give it a minute let everybody jump on we're on my page,
here for now welcome to the first episode of sisters of the moon i'm joanna
russi fialo and i'm with my partner in crime nicole archery thank you so much

(00:23):
for joining us so we created this this podcast to talk about spirituality,
which is a big, broad topic, and kind of all the things that fall under the
umbrella of spirituality.
So we're going to talk about a lot of different things on this podcast.
We wanted to go live today, Nicole and I, because we thought it would be fun

(00:46):
to just do a live and then put it out there for the first episode.
I was lucky enough that Nicole came to my house today for us to do this.
So we're going to talk a little bit about each other, like how we met and how
we got into our own journey, our own spiritual journey and what kind of led us to where we are now.

(01:07):
And we really both had the same goal and the same intention behind doing the
podcast of what we're looking to do and create and, you know,
just bringing this to a community.
And, and I think we're both very much alike in the energy of intention and also
So in the energy of love and communion and how important that is to both of us.

(01:32):
So I'm going to turn it over to my girl, Nicole.
I'm going to let her talk about who she is and what she does and how she got
into or how she started her journey on spirituality.
And then I'll talk a little bit about myself. So I'm going to let my girl take it over now. Thank you.
So for those who don't know me, my name's Nicola Archeri.

(01:55):
And my journey started probably in, I'm going to say 2014.
So 2014, oh my God, it feels like forever ago.
I was working for a hospital at the time in a billing office.
And I'll never forget the day. Like it was yesterday. Yesterday,

(02:16):
I was in the middle of doing my job and one of the guys on my team had just
said something to me that just triggered me and just sent me off the freaking wall.
And I got all my things and I left and had a complete mental breakdown in my
car, hysterically crying, had no idea what happened.

(02:38):
I felt like I was in my world and then all of a sudden, like,
somebody just took the carpet from under me and pulled it out.
And I was like, what the fuck just happened? Where am I?
I felt dizzy. Like I had no solid ground. And I was like, what happens?
Like I was trying to like go through to my mind and I'm like,
this is crazy. Like never happened to me before.

(03:00):
Went to my doctor's office. I'm like, I don't know what's going on.
This is a spiritual awakening, people. He was like, I think you just need a break.
Like, you know, I've, I had other things going on in my life at the time,
but I, it all just, whatever it was, came to a head.
And I was just like, Like, what the hell is happening? Like, I had no solid ground.
I felt like everything that I thought I knew was completely out the window.

(03:22):
I was like, who am I right now? Like, where am I going? What's happening? I don't feel safe.
Everything was just up at the top and, like, floating there. And I'm like, fuck.
And scared. And scared, right. So he's like, I think you need to take some time.
So thank God I was able to take, like, medical leave from work.

(03:44):
Yeah. and during that time like that's
when all the anxiety and the panic attacks started coming and
again like three months yeah like three months
straight i i feel so bad for my
son like there were days that i didn't go out of my room until like one o'clock
in the afternoon because i would wake up with that feeling of like what the

(04:04):
fuck is going on in my life right now like i i wish i could explain the feeling
and maybe people i'm sure there are other people out there who have had similar
feelings where one day you just,
or something happens and instantly you're like, my life is no longer what it used to be.
Something is changed. Something's different.
And I woke up one morning and I opened my eyes and I heard, I heard the word

(04:30):
Quran and I probably still not even saying it right, but it's like,
I think like the Islamic Bible, the Quran or Quran.
Never knew what that word was. And there'd be no logical reason for you to get
that. Right. I'm like, and I opened my eyes and I'm like, what is that?
And I grabbed my phone and I pulled it up.
And sometimes we got to Google and spirit gives us things. We don't even know what you're saying.

(04:52):
Yes. I'm like, I have no, I have no fucking idea what that word means.
So I Googled it and I was reading about like what it was.
And I'm like, why would I be thinking about that? Why am I getting this? Like that book.
And so I started doing more like research and there was, There was an excerpt
from something from a Wayne Dyer lecture where he had referenced that.

(05:14):
And I had no idea who Wayne Dyer was at that time.
And so I was like, that led me to Wayne Dyer. Then Wayne Dyer led me to this
one and to this and to this. On your journey.
Right. And then I had met someone, another mother, like at my son's school who
was into essential oils. And I'm like, what the fuck are essential oils?
Went to a party, fell in love. So that opened that door. And then she did Reiki.

(05:38):
So I'm like, what's Reiki?
And I learned, you know, and everything, all the little breadcrumbs,
I feel like that were like left for me were intentional, like were meant to
put me, to get me to where I am today. Right.
And so now it's just been this ongoing journey of like learning and remembering who I am.

(06:01):
And it's crazy because you come in contact with all these different modalities
and a part of you feels so familiar.
Absolutely. I remember this. You know what I mean? Or you're just like,
oh, I love this so much. And I don't know, it just brings you back.
And so that one day at work 10 years ago is really what triggered and brought me here today.

(06:23):
So because we wanted to share who we were, because some of you on here know
me because you've been clients of mine, you kind of know, but you don't know my backstory.
But I want to ask you, and then we're going to talk about how we met.
I want to ask you as a young girl, because you're an empath like me.
So as a young girl, I'm sure there was all kinds of stuff around you going on
and we weren't aware of that.

(06:46):
We don't know what's happening. We just know we're feeling things and we're absorbing.
And so this clearly you've had all this energy since you were a young girl.
I mean, I know you well enough to know now how you're definitely an empath.
You're definitely sensitive to energy and to people.
Yeah. Is there anything you remember?
Because you and I have had some conversations about this.

(07:07):
As a young girl, just thinking like, what is happening here?
Yeah, I for sure always felt uncomfortable.
I always felt a feeling of just discomfort around certain people or walking
into certain rooms. And I just always thought it was just me. Like, I was just. Right.
Because we don't know. Quiet, shy. Like, I would never talk to people like how

(07:30):
I'm talking to you now. Never.
People now would say, oh, my God, you're a talker. Like, you're outgoing.
And back when I was a kid, like, I was so shy and very timid in that way.
I definitely felt different around people.
But I'm like, oh, why does my stomach hurt? Like when I go into a room,

(07:52):
like why when I'm in certain situations, do I feel like unsafe?
Like, you know what I mean? And clearly there was nothing around me that was making me unsafe.
But these different feelings, like I... This is all empath abilities.
And you start thinking like, what's wrong with my brain?
Like what's wrong with my body?
Why do I... And back then, we freaking didn't talk about any of this.

(08:15):
You know, my mom was always a spiritual person.
When you're kids you never have a conversation you're not talking about that
right you're not talking about that stuff and surely my friends nothing so it
really wasn't until you know,
jesus 24 yeah so probably when all that stuff started happening and i started
like reading into things then i was like oh my god now it makes sense like now

(08:39):
i started putting the pieces together but yeah it definitely did not feel like
so that day for you was your spiritual awakening which means her higher self was like, hello.
Yeah. Hi, here I am today. Wake up. Yeah.
So that's what happens. Sometimes you get thrown into your spiritual awakening,
like this crate, like, like your whole world falls apart and you're like,
who the fuck am I? I don't even know what's happening here.

(08:59):
So that's because sometimes our higher self is like, okay, she's ready.
I feel like the spirit's like, she's ready.
Make it happen. And then like all this crazy shit goes on and you kind of like,
and then you're in this whirlwind and then like all Everything started to awaken
and all your memories, all your past life memories and all who you truly are was coming back to you.

(09:20):
That's a spiritual awakening. It happens in many different ways.
Spiritual awakenings can happen at any point in our life. It can happen through
trauma. It can happen through so many different things.
Yours, I'm sure, was definitely connected to some trauma too.
It just happened to be they know when we're ready.
Like they're like, okay, she's
ready when she's this old. So this is where we're going to wake her up.

(09:42):
This is where the ego we're going to push the ego aside and and
like yell down yeah so that was
a very pivotal moment for you
yeah and it changes everything like I thought
it was just affecting me but then it was like well now
I'm learning all these new things and so naturally what do you want to do when you
learn new things you want to start talking about it with people you want to start sharing

(10:02):
it and some people look at you like are you fucking crazy what
are you talking about wow reiki essential oil they
can't heal anybody and then so i dealt with that whole
part of it with like not so much losing friends
but friends just definitely distancing themselves like absolutely this girl's
gone off the fucking deep end with what she's talking about and what she's doing

(10:22):
and you know people joke about certain things like oh she's this conspiracy
theorist now or like whatever so there was like that whole phase too and thank god i had like literally.
Two people in my life who really were like, they always had my back.
And we were always kind of talking about the same thing simultaneously.

(10:44):
So we were kind of going through it a little bit at the same time.
Yeah. So you sort of had someone as a little bit of a buffer.
Right. It wasn't like I was completely on the island by myself.
I did still have a couple people who I can talk to, but there were still things
I'm like, what the fuck is going on?
So I want Nicole to also tell you, as a healer, the kind of work that she does.

(11:06):
She also has her own line of amazing oils.
So I want you to talk about that a little bit, too. And then we're going to
talk about how we met and then a little bit about myself.
We want to hear about you, too. Yeah, yeah. But let's dive into the work that
you do. So, you know, I do have, like, my regular nine-to-five job.
But my true love is the healing work that's come out of this,

(11:27):
like, evolution of things. And, you know, it started with the essential oils.
Like that was probably like my foundation thing, just learning about the healing
properties and how to use them.
And so that's like one of my main loves.
Yeah. My main loves is the essential oil blends.
And then the Reiki, which kind of started like the actual like healing stuff

(11:50):
has evolved into now what I call guided touch, which is probably like one of
the most favorite things too.
That I came into that hands-on just healing and love. And so that's what I'm doing.
I was lucky enough to experience this with Nicole recently. She did a little

(12:12):
healing on me last week-ish, last week-ish.
And it is different than Reiki. And it's funny because she's like me where she
feels like she needs to touch you. Because I'm like that too.
We're both traditionally taught Reiki, which you don't normally touch in Reiki,
right? You keep your hands above.
That's how we're kind of taught. You keep your hands above the person.
But I feel like I have to touch people.

(12:34):
So funny when she was doing it with me, I was like, oh, we're similar that way. And it was amazing.
Her energy too, which I found very interesting. And I've had other healers work on me.
I could feel her true loving intention while she was doing work on me.
Like I really could feel her intention, her loving intention to really give

(12:57):
me the best healing I could get. I could feel that off her.
That's a, that's a rare thing. I've been, I've had a lot of other people.
I'm very careful about who touches me and heals me just because I've been in
this business a long time and I've had some well-known healers work on me.
And some of them said some fucked up shit that I was like, this is a healer who talks like this.
So you have to be careful who touches you. It's very vulnerable.

(13:21):
It's very vulnerable, right. To get a healing, it's very vulnerable.
You're in a very vulnerable space.
You know, a lot of people cry when they're getting healed.
Exactly. You're basically trusting that person to let you, to create this sacred
space for you to come and do your own healing.
Because we're not like magicians. We're just the conduit of energy.

(13:42):
But it takes a lot of trust for somebody.
But I think with the touching, that's how you help to build that trust.
Absolutely. Is with that touch and with that intention.
So her, it was beautiful and wonderful. And I could feel her pure intention
when she was laying hands on me, which was amazing.
So, you know, this is real healing work. You know what I'm saying?

(14:06):
This is real healing work.
Everything's about intention. And when you have pure intention,
but I tell people all the time, when you have pure intention behind something,
then you'll be successful at it because your intention's pure.
You know, you're not in it just to make money. You're not doing it,
you know, that's a big misconception in spirituality.

(14:26):
I'm seeing a lot of people get in and, and I'm probably going to be a little
judgy saying this, but I see a lot of people getting into spirituality and I
could tell it's very money-based and I'm like, yeah, it's like, yeah, it's a trend.
Like, oh, it's so I'm going to be a healer. It's cool. Like your call, this is a calling.
This is also a contracted thing. So this is, you know, this is a,

(14:47):
this is a very deep spiritual calling to be called into, to hold space for people.
You know, when you're a lot of us that get into this are people,
that need to be healed ourselves.
So that's really why we get into it. We need to fucking heal.
That will never end. Yeah, we need to, right. That's a forever thing.
For as long as we're here. Hi, 57, still trying to heal shit.
Yeah, never end. So, you know, it's all about intention.

(15:11):
So, and I resonated with her right away when I met her. Nicole's about,
what are you, about 15 years younger than me? She's one of my babies now.
Yeah, 45. I knew the moment I met her. But I want you to talk about, too, too.
So she's got this amazing, as she said, one of her first loves is the essential oils.
So she's got this amazing line of oils.

(15:32):
And I want you guys to go check it out.
And it's you don't have to be a healer to use these oils. This is to heal yourself.
If you're a healer, great. You could use them on your clients also.
So tell them a little bit about your your little magical. Oh,
well, so I have a couple of the rollers.
I have a lot of rollers. So for all different things, anxiety, uplifting, calming.

(15:56):
And then I have like the women, the feminine blends. And there's just different
blends for different things that you can use on your body.
And then I have the sprays, like the room sprays or body sprays.
Just again, all for different things specifically. And you can find them online
at thefifthelement.love or there's a couple places that carry them.

(16:19):
In New York like O2 Living Sanctuary has
them and New Insights Boutique and Sandy Hook
has them and I'm working on getting them in a couple more places
yeah we're gonna try to get them to Lunistry to
Paola the owner of Lunistry too I'm sure she would love them and again you can
go to Nicole's website and get them or just message her even if you want to

(16:39):
message her you can work it out and get them but I have them she was kind enough
to make me a whole set of them and they're They're amazing. I use them all the time in my healings.
So they're great. Really great. Thank you for the free advertising.
I love you. I love you too. I think we need to hear about Joanne.
Well, no, I want to talk about how we met.
Okay, so we actually met at a dinner last October. It hasn't been a year. October?

(17:04):
Yeah, it was October-ish.
One of our mutual, a mutual client of mine and friend of mine,
Jessica, who you know also.
Yeah, who, yeah. put together a dinner and we all went super fun.
And this little dove was sitting on the end and I was like on one end, she was on the other.
And I kept looking down and I'm like, she looks like one of my babies.

(17:27):
Now, all of you that know me know that like I have a lot of babies,
but she was familiar to me.
So I was like, I feel like she's like, I could see she had a little magic energy
going on. I'm like, who's this little magical one down there?
So I went down and sat Yeah. And I was like, hey, and we just started talking
because she felt familiar to me.
And she felt like one of my I was like, she's one of my babies. I just know she is.

(17:49):
And we started talking, and we just hit it off.
And I loved her the moment I met her. I just felt this instant connection,
this soul-sistar connection.
By the way, sistar is not the coolest thing. Instead of sister,
sistar, that's Nicole's little thing.

(18:09):
Her and her sisters, her actual blood sisters, which is the cutest thing in
the world, call each other sistars.
And I love that. and I was like, we need to use that for the podcast. It's the cutest thing.
So that's where that came from. But that's how I felt. I just felt like she
was one of my babies, like I knew her and we hit it off.
And I feel like from there, we just kind of, we've been talking,

(18:30):
hanging out, and we both had this intention about the podcast.
We both were on the same page about it.
What's funny though, is we talk religiously, like sometimes every single day.
And there were days where we would be on the phone for an hour,
hour and a half. And I'm like, you realize with what we just talked about,
we could have recorded an episode in a podcast.
And so we finally were like, you know what? Let's just do it for fun.

(18:53):
Just for fun. And so that's what we're doing. For fun and for information.
Yes, because we're going to do this twice a month, right? Yep.
If it picks up, we have time to do it monthly. Every weekly we'll do it.
But we're going to have guests on also.
Coming. So we want to have people on all other kinds of people.

(19:16):
And we also, we're going to talk about just all kinds of the shit we talk about
when we're just talking. Yeah.
There's so many subjects to talk about in spirituality.
You can never run out of anything. So we're going to, there's so many things
we're going to touch on, but today we wanted to sort of introduce ourselves
to you and just see if you've had to get to know us.
And then, you know, from moving on from here on, we're going to,

(19:40):
we're going to have subjects and stuff.
I think the next time we, what did we talk about for our second episode?
We wrote it down. Yeah. We wrote it down. We got a list. We have a list.
We wrote out like six so far of the episodes.
We'll keep you posted on that on the page. So I'm Joanne Fialo.
Well, that was my married name, people, that I can't get rid of now because

(20:02):
everybody knows me as it. Iruci is my maiden name.
So my real name is Joanne Iruci, but I'm stuck with this Fialo thing for a while
because people know me as that.
And I was I
was lucky because my mother was really into this
kind of stuff and super cool and took me
to readers all the time as a young girl and introduced me to this kind of world

(20:23):
she was very open she loves this kind of stuff so she used to take me as a young
girl and I feel like that was sort of I was introduced and open to it my mother
who's also very psychic I don't know if she's watching, but she will see the live.
She was born with a veil, which is the coolest thing in the world.
I'm like, why wasn't I born with a veil?
So my mom was born with the call, which is that layer of skin that covers a

(20:47):
baby's face and it has to be cut away.
It's highly revered as good luck.
And it's funny because doctors want to keep it. They ask for it. Yes.
They want to keep it because there's so much ancient tradition behind it to
protect you from witches.
It's good luck. it's connected to Jesus. There's a lot of myths to the call.

(21:07):
It's called the call. My mother was born with the call. Super cool.
So anyway, she's very psychic. And so I was introduced to this as a young girl.
I wanted to learn the tarot cards as a young girl. She was cool with that.
So I learned the tarot when I was probably like 15 or 16, really delve into it and learned it.
And I studied the cards like one by one because I was like, that's the only

(21:28):
way I'm going to learn if I study one by one, there's 72 cards in a deck.
So I kind of started with the tarot, but I always was extremely vivid dreamer,
like very vivid dreamer and would get messages in my dreams or see dead people in my dreams,
not really understanding any part of the mediumship, obviously, till later.

(21:50):
And then I think for me, and we're going to touch more about this in the the
future about growing up in a household, right?
I, you know, I had a very difficult childhood.
I had a very, very hard relationship with my father and my father's passed away.
So of course this is no disrespect to him in heaven, God rest his soul,

(22:12):
but it was a really abusive relationship.
And I think because of that, I tended to be a dreamer and.
I would be thinking about God or angels, or I just tended to go there because
I felt like, well, there has to be something better than what's going on down
here. I never felt comfortable here.
I didn't like my physical body from a very young age, which is interesting.

(22:34):
I always struggled in my physical form. And I could never figure,
I'm like, why do I not like my physical form?
Like, what's going on here? Never, never, even as a young girl. It's so dense, too.
Being in a physical body, it's dense. It's dense. Dense. Exactly.
It's a perfect word for it.
And then like fast forward, you know, I did cards and readings and for friends

(22:56):
and people young when I was young, the Ouija board a couple of times with people.
I don't do that now. I don't like the Ouija board.
So and then I kind of got away from it. I read the Bible. I was like,
I need to read the Bible. I need to make sure I'm not going to hell.
So I read the Bible and I was like, OK, if some Jesus stuff resonated,
some of the other shit was manmade, didn't resonate with me.

(23:16):
I got married. I had two stepdaughters, had a job and just was doing my life.
And I started to feel very disconnected and felt like I needed to come back
to the stuff that I loved, which was this stuff.
So my marital issues are kind of what really brought me back into this.

(23:37):
I was having issues and I was like, I'm going to go get a deck of cards.
Just was my natural instinct to do. and so I started kind of getting back into
it and you know then things were happening in my marriage and it was really
my divorce and stuff that kind of I think it was everything,
the childhood it was everything kind of all coming together like it was like
that perfect storm of me like you know going head first into it but my divorce catapulted me into it.

(24:03):
I think I was really just ready at that point. I think it saved my life, to be honest.
And then I kind of started working for a real small metaphysical store,
building up my own clients, and I went to work for a bigger metaphysical store,
Synchronicity in Brewster, New York, which I'm very grateful for my time there.
I learned so much stuff there.
It's a beautiful shop, and I

(24:24):
met amazing healers and people there and experiences, just amazing things.
So I've had a long journey. There's other things in between,
you know, just things in my childhood.
I lived near a castle, and that was very instrumental in my believing in angels and spirituality.
So there's a lot to it. But actually working in a shop, for me, was a great experience.

(24:47):
I was introduced to products, to healing tools, to people, to healers,
to readers, all kinds of different stuff.
So it was a great experience for me to work in a shop. And I worked in one for
almost nine years, like steady.
And then I kind of delved out on my own, a bit on my own now since pandemic.
And I love what I do. And I'm so incredibly grateful.

(25:11):
I think we, you know, again, about intention. So I think we're both feel that
way. We're just so grateful that we're allowed to do this work. Yeah.
You know, it's such a special thing and special, special gift and, and.
You know, I felt like I never had anything I could do good in my life until I got into this.

(25:31):
And then I felt like, oh my God, I think I finally found where I belong.
I also sing, and that's a really important part of who I am.
I use that in sound healing when I do healings, but I'm trying to delve more
into the singing because it's super important to me.
And Joanne sings in light language.
So if you don't know what that is, you could definitely Google it and look it

(25:52):
up. Maybe one day you can give them a taste. Yes.
Because you got to be ready for it. You got to be ready for light language.
It's amazing though. And I don't know how to explain that. People are like,
I just always knew how to do it.
I don't know how or why, but I would never do it because I was like,
okay, now I'm even fucking weirder.
Now I'm even fucking weirder. Great. It's fantastic.
I don't like myself as is. Now I'm even weirder. That's hard when you're a kid.

(26:15):
I mean, I never told anybody. I would just do it with my animals because I was
like, well, they're okay with this. Hopefully it's okay.
So light Light language is something I do when I do healings.
If you don't know what light language is, look it up.
And like Nicole said, I do that in a lot of my healings. But I only did that
later in life because I was really about judgment for me.
All this work for me was about being judged.

(26:37):
And I was really afraid of that. Like, I can't speak in light language.
People are going to judge me.
But finally, I was like, you know what? I'm going to be who I am.
If I'm going to embrace being a healer, I have to fucking embrace it and be who I am.
If they want me to do the work, they're like, we're calling you to do the work.
You want to do it? You got to be who you are.
You got to be who you are. And that means all of us, means we have to step into

(26:59):
who we are as healers with all the other parts of us that are not healed.
Because any healer that says they're 100% healed.
Ron. Yeah. I mean, I don't know. I find that hard to believe because you wouldn't
be here. You wouldn't be in a human.
Right. Exactly. You're human. There's still shit you're working on down here.
This is school. This is why the whole journey is school.

(27:20):
So we're always evolving and learning. And, and, you know, I'm very honest with
my people and you guys know this.
I've had an eating disorder my whole life and food is a really tough thing for me.
And I'm still at 57 seven trying to, we're going to have an episode about that,
trying to manage my way around the relationship with food being nourishment

(27:43):
and not being something,
I get so emotional when I talk about this, not being something that I need to
feel safe. Like a crunch.
Right. Yeah. So I'm getting emotional as I'm saying it. So it's funny coming
from a family of addiction.
I never thought, I was like, I was so like, I'm never going to have an addiction.
I don't drink. I don't, you know, It's funny that these stories you tell yourself,

(28:05):
right? Because I'm so proud of myself.
I don't drink. I'm like, I have no addictions. I smoked. So that was an addiction.
But I was like, hi, you do have an addiction. You have a food addiction.
What are you talking about? You have a fucking food problem.
So I do have an addiction. It is an addiction.
Like, why do I have tissues right in my back? Because you were prepared.
I was prepared. You know I was going to cry today because my tissues are across

(28:25):
the room. If you need it. So...
You know, we're going to talk about the things like that, too.
Everyday things that we go through that we know that you guys are going through.
Exactly. And we want to hear from you, too. Like, send us messages. Send us comments.
Like, we want to be able to have, like, an open door where people can,
even if it's anonymous and you don't want to put your name out there. Yeah, you don't have to.

(28:47):
You know, like, send us a message and be like, hey, we're going through this.
Like, and we're open to talk about anything.
We're going to talk about everything and anything. And there's so many subjects
that we're going to talk about in the healing world because there's so many
amazing subjects that we're going to delve into.
Our own experience, things we can help teach you that we've learned,

(29:08):
that we're learning. We're going to have guests on, like we said.
I already spoke to an amazing, amazing gentleman who does electronic voice phenomenon,
which is the ghost hunting, Barry Pirro.
He's amazing. I'm going to have him on. You guys are going to love him.
He's got a fantastic podcast called Haunted Happenings. You should go listen

(29:30):
to it. He's a great guy. We're going to have him on.
And then we want to have some shop owners on too. Yeah, shop owners.
Yeah. You know, because they're going to tell us from their point of view.
Opening a business and why they wanted a healing business and what,
you know, what they found as far as products to help heal people.
We thought that would be a great perspective from the owner's point of view.

(29:52):
I know Nicole's very close to the owner of New Insights in, is it Sandy Hook? It is Sandy Hook.
Sandy Hook, which is a beautiful metaphysical shop.
So Nicole's- And Lunistry also. Yep. And Lunistry, Paolo, who I love.
Lunistry in Danbury, another beautiful metaphysical shop.
I want to have interview her also about, you know, why Herbison's opening a

(30:17):
shop and what she offers people.
And I would love to, I don't know if I would be able to, but I'd love to even
interview the owner of Synchronicity that I worked for for a long time.
He's been a healer for a long time and get his perspective. And there's a bunch
of other shops that we can probably reach out to.
We just thought it would be really cool to get that side of things too from

(30:38):
that space, especially because I worked for one for a long time.
And we're going to have some healers and readers and other people on and just some other stories.
Like, I'd love to get some authors on and some real, you know,
people that... I have a very good friend, two very good friends who have lost
children, which I think is the worst loss there is.

(31:02):
And I think they both would come on and I think they have stories to share.
So, you know, we're really excited about this. I just think, you know...
I think we're both personable, and I think we work well together. We're very similar.
She's my baby from another time and space.

(31:24):
I'm a little too young to be her mother, but I'm old enough. You are a sister.
I'm old enough to be her sister, her older sister.
But I never have an older sister. I was older. And I don't have sisters,
so she's my sister, my sister.
I do have sisters, like obviously some other friends that are sisters to me
too, but she's my sister.
So it's just a little different, but I do have sisters in this realm that are

(31:49):
not by blood, but I don't have any blood sisters.
So this was really cool for us to do.
We're just super excited. And like, there's so much to talk about.
How long have we been jabbing so far? I don't even know. I didn't even look
at you. I didn't know how long we've been on here.
We were having so much. I could talk forever. We could. Yeah.
And we were having so many fucking technical difficulties this morning. Like it was an hour.

(32:09):
We were like, we're going to start at 10. We didn't start until like 1145 or 1130 or something.
I was like, all right, let's just fucking, let's just do it.
And so here we are. But one thing I also wanted to mention, we were talking,
you were talking about like the interviews and everything.
One of the things that we were talking about in one of our many phone conversations

(32:29):
was creating a community of strong women.
Like, I've never been one of those, like, power to the woman.
Like, not that I'm judging anybody, but you know what I'm saying?
Like, I believe in equality.
Like, man, masculine, feminine, which we are.

(32:50):
We're both right. But there, and this has been hitting me really fucking strong this year.
I don't know what it is about this year, but it is no coincidence that we came
into this life as women with that divine female energy.
And Joanne has been putting together some wonderful full moon circles once a month.

(33:18):
And the first one that we had here, I mean, I think everybody was crying at
some point during that night.
Like, just listening, just, I got the chills right now.
My hair and my arms are all sticking up talking about it because every single
woman that came here that night was so beautiful and so gifted and had so much to offer.

(33:39):
And not necessarily that this one was a Reiki healer.
Everybody was He's not labeled a healer, but they all had something,
a gift, something so unique to bring to the world.
Which we all do. Right. And so that was the first one. And then the second one,
there were some of the same people, but more women came, different women. Some different women.

(34:00):
And it's so beautiful to see how every gathering that we have. It's very special.
Yes. All these women start coming out and there was just so much love and support for each other.
There was no judgment. No judgment or jealousy. No, no competition.
It was just real women loving and sharing. And we want to just continue to expand that community.

(34:23):
Absolutely. And so a lot of this, too, is directed towards all of us beautiful
women and, like, supporting each other.
So to what Joanne was saying, like, we are going to have our friends on here,
our friends who practice yoga or, you know, who have, like, their own businesses.
Like, just sharing their beautiful gifts and uniqueness to the world.

(34:44):
Absolutely. Even the homemakers who are home with the kids all day.
Because being a mother is the most important job in the world and the hardest. And it is underrated.
A thousand percent. A thousand percent. Because they're home raising the little
humans of the world and the future generations.
That's a big spiritual, on a spiritual level too, that's a very big,

(35:05):
big, big, big spiritual job as women and men, but as women given to oversee another soul on this.
Because we don't, obviously our parents don't own us. We don't own our children.
This is all on loan energetically, right? On loan.
Right. Yeah. Yeah. So, but so think about what a big mission giving you this

(35:26):
little soul, like, okay, this is your little soul, your baby here on earth.
So that's a big mission to get that little child. You're never, you're always a mother.
It doesn't matter how old your child gets. My mother is always my mother and
she can attest to that because I'm a ball breaker. I'll still call her at 57.
She'll be like, well, I don't know everything. I'm like, well,
you should know you're the mother.
So my mother could attest. I still think she should know everything is the mother.

(35:46):
I can't wait to meet your mother. Yeah. I just heard her voice before this.
And I was like, I fucking love her already.
My mother's coming up for her birthday in November. So I'll have her on.
Maybe we'll do the podcast when she's here. It's her 80th. So she's probably
going to kill me. We can do a mother's.
Yeah, maybe I can get mine. Oh, my God. That'd be amazing. They'd love each
other. They would love each other.

(36:06):
Yeah. My My mom's going to kill me for menstruating. My mother looks amazing,
though, for her age. So does your mother. Yeah. We have hottie mothers.
We have good genes. We have hottie mothers. Good genes.
So, yeah, this is just going to be great, guys. We want your feedback.
We want you guys to tell us what
you want to hear, what you want to talk about, just all the good stuff.
We're open to anything, anything you guys want to talk about or hear us talk

(36:28):
about or, you know, if some of you feel like, oh, you know, I'd love to.
We want everybody to feel included.
If you're like, oh, I'd love to be on, you know, I'd love to be on the podcast with them.
Shoot me a line. Shoot us a message.
So listen, we were trying to do this live on our.
On Sistars of the Moon on Instagram. Sistars of the Moon on Instagram.

(36:49):
But because we're so new, it wouldn't
let us do a live. You got to be on Instagram for at least 30 days.
It was even a thing, but clearly it is. So you have to be on Instagram at least 30 days to do a live.
So we couldn't do it on Sistars of the Moon. So we just did it on mine.
But we're going to upload it there also. And then we also recorded this on Podbeam.
Yep, it'll be loaded onto Podbeam. So we can even put the link.

(37:11):
After we post this video, we can attach the link if you want to listen.
So the official release isn't until like on the podcast platforms till next
Friday, the 13th. Oh, okay. Oh, that's right. Yeah, the 13th.
Nicole's going to put everything up because I'm severely technically challenged.

(37:32):
For now. We're going to get her. She's going to get me there.
But she's going to get everything on Podbean, Apple, all the other streaming
platforms. We're going to get it up there.
We love the live situation because I feel like people like to see people.
People so we're working on on on our
episodes to be like i feel like when i've guessed you i want you guys to see
them yeah so we're it is fun it's

(37:53):
fun and do this like i'm all for doing it via zoom or even like instagram live
but yeah and this is tough for me because i fucking hate being on camera people
hate hate hate because i'm like oh i look fat i'm this i'm that but i have to
get past it because it's not about that right that's so i'm in my ego right
and we made it we said we were We're leaving our egos at the door today.
So this was tough for me. People leave the ego at the door. Okay.

(38:15):
Just so you know, this was tough to get on here and be vulnerable,
but it's worth it. Right. And that's life. That's, that's real. That's real.
We're not pretending to be people that we're not. And that's why you're going
to love us because we are real and we're going to be in a real nitty gritty.
We're healers, but we're still real people.
And, you know, I'm not all about that fluff floating around in white looking like.

(38:36):
You know what? God's not calling anybody to do acting work.
You know what I'm saying? There's a lot of people out there acting and they
look the part. They look the part.
It doesn't necessarily mean a healer is a healer because they look and they
dress in white and they're all flowy and they're, you got to be really careful and discerning.
There's a lot of people we were saying before out there that it's all about trend.

(38:58):
Oh, it's, I'm a healer. I want to be a healer. It's all like,
it's cool. They want to be, got to be super careful.
There's a lot of false profits. Yeah. So to speak. Yeah. So you got to use your discernment. Yeah.
So hopefully it feels good to you. Yeah, exactly.
Hopefully you, you will find that. Hopefully we feel good. I know. How can we not?

(39:18):
But it's going to be fun. It is. We have a lot of fun magic.
And look at this beautiful like setting.
So guys, this is my little cottage, but we thought it would be nice just because
I have the big window and I have my crystals here and.
But this shit wasn't, this This isn't like a prop. No, this is my real situation.
This is like when you come to Joanne's house.
I call it Snow White's Cottage because you have the fruit trees outside.

(39:42):
There's all little animals and critters everywhere.
And you walk in her house, and I'm like, oh, my God.
It's like so magical. And she always has these two chairs here with all the crystals set up.
And it's just the perfect place. Yeah, it's got a good little vibe to it.
It'll be nice when people come to kind of do it. It just has a good vibe.

(40:03):
So we thought it'd be a good place to film, to do the filming part of it.
And it's comfortable. The house itself has nice energy. This little cottage
has nice energy. So that's really nice.
Nicole bought her cards with her too. So we are going to do it.
We pulled a card beforehand.
Hysterical, the cards we pulled. But we're going to do that in the future too
because you guys like that stuff. You like it when I do it on my stuff.

(40:24):
So we'll do a little. You love cards. So you're going to do some card pulls,
sister. You know what? You want to do one to end it? We'll do one. Yes.
We're going to do one to end it. You're going to do a collective for everybody. Collective. Yes.
We're going to do a collective poll for everybody.
From this gorgeous deck that Nicole got that I just took a picture of because
I got to order it. She comes to my house, but she's got the best decks.

(40:47):
Like, I'm a tarot reader, so I have a certain tarot that I use.
I feel like I've been using the same one for a thousand years now.
And I have a lot of Oracle decks, but I just feel like I don't use them all.
But then it's like a sick, I want to buy them all. I know. Because they're so
pretty. They're so beautiful.
And the meanings that they put in it. Like, I'm like, I do try to go without
the book to do it, like, Like, intuitively.
But when you read what's in the books, there's so...

(41:09):
Yeah. The books, the authors of these books, whatever they're channeling is
just, I don't know, it's just golden. Again, right.
Right. Channelers. Amazing. All these people that are creating these,
the illustrations. It's amazing.
Oracle cards are the bomb. You guys got to just go out and get yourself an Oracle
deck. But they're so fun.
They're so fun. Pull a card for yourself every week. It's just a great thing
to do. It's positive. It keeps you... Because we can all get down.

(41:32):
Because listen, it's heavy.
This is a heavy world. Shit's heavy right now, right? Elections.
I'm not a political person, but there's a lot of shit going on in the world.
And a lot of us are like, we don't know where our money's at, where things.
It's scary right now. All of the darkness is literally coming up and brought in your face.
And so you have to also see beyond that.

(41:53):
We got to know it's coming for a reason. And you got to see what the beauty is in all of it.
So us doing this is trying to keep it all light and keeping us all spiritually
connected and knowing that we're going to be supportive of each other and that
we're going to get through it all together, all these elections and all what's
coming, and we're going to get through it all together. So we're here for you.
I think, I feel like we've done over an hour. I could talk for three days.

(42:17):
Honestly, I... I could talk for three days, people. Let me see,
because I have it recording here. We're going to see how long we did,
and then I'm going to have Nicole pull a card. 40, 44 minutes.
Okay. That's fine. So that's good. We've done 45 minutes. Yeah.
So we're going to pull a card, tell them, show them the deck.
So this is the Elemental Empath.
Gorgeous people. And it's one of my favorite decks. Oh my gosh, I can't pronounce it.

(42:38):
Miyuki? M-I-Y-U-K-I Rose. and
what's great about this deck too is that it's
real pictures of real women but
they accent everything in like gold and glitter and they're just freaking beautiful
so nicole loves glitter by the way p.s she's a glitter show him look at these
sneakers people look at these sneakers i go these are like 80s rock and roll

(43:02):
sneakers i love that have like iridescent i love these They're the cutest.
They make me feel... She loves like sparkly, glittery. I do.
It's her unicorn fairy era.
It's the magic. Till the day I die. She loves the magic. It's the magic in her
blood. I love it. It's sparkly magic in her blood. You do too.
You do too. If I did like a view of this place, you'd be like magic everywhere you look.

(43:27):
You always have like those pretty dangly like sun catchers with the crystals. Nice little energy.
Yeah. I try to make every place that I have have magical kind of energy because that's important to me.
All right. Let's see what we got for the collective. So this is for everyone.
Take what resonates, people. Mindset.

(43:49):
Create reality. Work with subconscious. Yes.
What does that say? I don't have my glasses on my lana. Is that refined? What does that say?
The blind leading the blind. I don't know.
Befriend mind? Befriend your mind. Okay, that makes sense. Befriend your mind.
And if you could just see this picture. Yeah, it's really pretty.

(44:12):
I always show the cartoon. It's beautiful. And so what's awesome about this mindset, she's going.
Knowing so if you actually look at this picture she's like risen above the clouds
so to me that's saying you need to raise your consciousness you need to raise
your mind above what you think,
on a day-to-day basis and raise your mind above that and you gotta really change

(44:37):
your mindset because your thoughts create your reality a thousand percent we
just had a conversation about that before this and i was listening to an audiobook
on the way here too and And time and time again,
you don't realize it, but every single thing that you think,
every conversation you have, those are all preparing for future realities.
So that's your message for today.

(44:59):
Change your mind. You want to change your life? You got to change your mindset.
Even if you're dealing with a health issue or a crisis situation.
And this is part of like manifesting too.
I feel like what they say, like you have to embody the feeling.
You have to embody it, the belief, before it actually manifests.
So you want your life to change, you have to change your mindset,

(45:21):
and you have to tell yourself every fucking day, even if it's a hundred times
a day, you have to change that thought to the one that you want to happen every
single day. And it will manifest.
It may take some time. Right. We know it's not easy to hold the space.
Right. No. But it takes practice. It takes practice to hold the space.
You have to work. You have to basically untrain your mind from everything it thought.

(45:43):
Yeah and you have to retrain it into back to how it should really be yeah so
so collective message of the day yes that's really fun we should do that at
the end of every yes we'll take turns we totally should do that yeah yeah we'll pull cards.
I think we're good for our first episode. I think we're good.
What do you think? I'm happy. So fun. I can't wait to do our next one.

(46:04):
Yeah, we were like, what the fuck? This isn't working. That's not working.
We're like, fuck it. We're just going to go in.
See? And it worked out exactly the way it was meant to. It was perfect.
It is perfect. So second episode will be in like two weeks. We're going to coordinate our schedules.
So yeah, first episode will be next Friday, officially released.
Officially come out, yeah.
On the 13th. And then two weeks after that will be the next and then the next. Yeah.

(46:25):
Yeah. So we'll get a date for that. So we'll at least put a date out for the second one, too.
And we have our list of, like, upcoming. But if you guys have suggestions or
things like Joanne was saying, like, you want to hear about.
Let us know. Yeah, let us know. Send us a message. Go to follow us on Instagram.
Yeah. Sistars of the Moon is the page. And there's underscores.

(46:47):
We can post it in the video. We'll post it. The link. And I'll post the link.
Yeah. Go follow us because then we'll be putting everything on there,
too, for the podcast stuff. And thank you guys, whoever was able to tune in and stay and listen.
Grateful. Whoever watches later, we're very grateful for your time today.
Happy Saturday. Happy weekend. And we send you guys, of course,

(47:08):
blessings, our love always, and just all goodness and, you know,
just anything that makes you feel good.
Just sending you all positive, positive vibes.
And support for you if it's not so positive right now and you're in your shadow.
Phase. Which we go in and out of all the time. We're always doing shadow work.

(47:29):
We send you love. We're there for you. Send you some healing energy.
And we're here to support you through anything you guys are going through too.
Like Nicole said, community is really important to the both of us.
So that's what we're building. So hopefully this will build a community, which is nice.
Amen. Yes. Amen, sister. All right, guys. Have a great day.
We love you. Thank you so much for joining and we will see you guys soon.

(47:54):
I don't know how to stop that. I will stop it. I'm looking at it.
I'm like, cause I'm so ticked. I'm like, how do I stop it? Why isn't there like
a button at the bottom to stop it? Okay. We're going to stop our recording.
We're stopping our recording.
