woman.
One is that we focus on theothers.
So you put the light on othersand you don't share your value
because we learn to be humble,to really help others grow, etc.
But we are not helping othersor our teams if we don't

(00:25):
showcase our value and get thevisibility that we need, that
our accomplishments and our teamneed.
Whenever we connect, we usuallyconnect at a personal level.
Meanwhile, men connect onbusiness right away.
So remember that there are manystudies that tell us that women

(00:46):
will apply in the formal toolfor a position.
Men will connect in thecafeteria or any other, and they
talk about what they want andthey get those results.
So understanding thedifferences so that we can play
in the game fairly.

woman and the accomplishments asa leader, and also how do you
get results through people as aleader?
So you will be talking alsoabout your team, which makes you
feel so proud.
It is a practice.
So it is not only getting intothose meetings, sometimes you
just need 15 minutes.
Put on your calendar.

(01:47):
Let's connect on Fridays orWednesdays.
If you do that during the 52weeks of the year, you will have
connected with many people andit's providing visibility to
what you are doing and learningfrom the other.
It requires you to step forwardand share your accomplishments.
Feel proud of it.
