Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, we're on Bring All right, guys, welcome back
to our pod. You're with Sky and Calumn. This is
episode number six.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Episode six. We are absolutely smash it.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
We're getting through it. It's going quick.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
Eh yeah, but hopefully the audience is enjoying us. I'm
enjoying us. Watch back all the footage. Actually to this morning.
I was watching back the footage and I'm like, oh yeah,
and then at like juicy shit will pop into my head,
like stories I have to tell, and I'm.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Like, yeah, let's go.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
I feel like this is just like the tip of
the iceberg, like you know, just find it out feet
and stuff. But I'm the same. I get all these
thoughts like, oh my god, we need to speak with
this in the podcast. We should start writing a list.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
I was just let's start a list, because we could
talk to a brick.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
Wall until we got gray and old and we just.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Had our last breath literally all right, So today we
should dive into I reckon like the influencing realm, kind.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Of the like what we do, how we perceive ourselves
in the public eye.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
You're like, wow, she's really struggling some skya coffee.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
No, I just have an oxy shred.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
So my number one number one question for you, cal
is do you think you're famous?
Speaker 1 (01:25):
That's a tricky one, isn't it. That is a tricky
one because I wouldn't say, like I'm I'm famous, but
I would say that I'm well known. If I think
of famous people, I think of like Brad.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
Pitts, I think, you know, I mean Kim Kardashian.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
Yeah, yeah, but I would say that, you know, I'm
well known, but not you would you say no, I think.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
It's so fucking cringe. I would never, but I can
definitely recognize that. Like when I'm with my friends and stuff,
they're like far out, like so many people recognize you,
and like you always have people coming up to you,
and like my friends have.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
This joke they're like if you go out with her,
like you're not going to have a normal Yeah you
know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
But I guess because it's happened to me for so
long now, it's so normal to me, and I don't
perceive myself as like famous because I'm like I'm not.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Yeah, yeah, you get used to it, but like you
are well known, and you need to, like, you know,
you're well known because everyone just comes up to you.
Speaker 3 (02:18):
Right, yeah, I guess, but I'm not like super super
well known, and.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
I guess because I find it so normal.
Speaker 3 (02:24):
Now, yeah, I'm like, no, I would just classify myself
as like a normal girl that has, you know, a
little bit of an audience on social media.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
Yeah, yeah, I agree, I'd feel the same. And it's
funny that you say that, because like, whenever I go out,
I just kind of forget about it because she's like
fort or fort or whatever. But then like when I'm
out with my parents and then my parents like see
people coming out to me asking for photos and stuff,
but parents like this is crazy, and then it reminds
me that like, yeah, it kind of is a bit
weird in it, Like, yeah, but it has his pros
and cons, right, like being you know, in the public eye,
(02:54):
he does have his pros and cons. Like I'm not
all sunshine.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
And rainbows, right, yeah, I guess, but I'm so past
the cons, Like I'm all about the pros because I'm like, actually,
like what are the cons? Because I'm like, I fucking
love my life and like the freedom I have. I
love my job. I love that I get to be
my own boss, Like I guess it's a little different
sometimes with brands. If I'm working for other brands, like
(03:19):
there's a brief and there's you know, instructions to follow,
and sometimes they'll be like, oh, can we change this
about the content.
Speaker 2 (03:26):
But like with my own brands, I have full free range.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Yeah, you can do whatever you want.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
And I love that.
Speaker 3 (03:32):
I'm like yes, because like with my ADHD, I hate
being told what to do.
Speaker 1 (03:39):
Same.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
I know I hate that about me, but I'm like
I cannot. I don't know my whole body.
Speaker 1 (03:44):
Just like like realistically, if you hadn't have gone on
Big Brothers and all that sort of stuff, like what
would you be doing, because like you can't be tolble
to do I can't be tolble to do.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
Well.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
Have self employed.
Speaker 2 (03:54):
Somewhat, Yeah, I was self employed.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
I was doing makeup, so I'd probably be doing something
creative and I'd definitely be working for myself because I
would have sucked up any sort of position I would
have been, you know, in working for someone else.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
I think I've been fired from every job I've had.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Yeah, I've been fired from Macu's and I've been fired
from Zorafa's Coffee.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
Yeah, I mean I think some people are designed to
follow rules and do what they're told, and other people
are just like I can't be told what to do.
Even if I want to do it, and somebody tells
me what to.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Do, I'm not doing it.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
I was to do that, I wanted to do it,
but now you're trying to breathe down my neck and
tell me what to do. No, fank you.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
Honestly, it's like keep a bird in the cage what
you want to do?
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Fly? Who wants to fly?
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Literally? That's literally it. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:38):
So would you consider yourself a influencer?
Speaker 1 (04:42):
I don't know. I don't think I would consider myself
an influenza because I don't do like much of it.
I do it here and there. If it's really organic
I'm like aligns with me, then I would I would
do it, but more often not. I don't really work
with many brands.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
It's kind of like the new and upcoming salesman, isn't
it like it's a new sales position online. I definitely
think like the term influencer is so cringe, and I
know that influencers have a very bad name for themselves,
but I guess I definitely fall.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
Under that category. Because I am doing what they do.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
I'm content creating, making videos, you know, endorsing products Like
you said, I'll only ever endorse a product that I
love and actually use. But for me, it's so natural,
Like even if I didn't have Instagram, I would be
telling my friends, Hey, this misscar is so fucking good,
or like this hair oil I just use made my
(05:37):
hair so shiny, and like when you're a girly girl,
I feel like it's so natural for girls to be
like that anyway, Like when I meet up with my girlfriends,
I'm like.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
Oh, you know me good? You go like, what have
you got on your body?
Speaker 1 (05:49):
You know.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
So it's just like such a girly thing to do naturally.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
And I feel like influencing is more of a like female.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
Sort of well not necessarily, I.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Just like majority of females are easily influenced by other females,
where I don't feel like as many guys are influenced
by as many guys. Like I've never gone on social
media and seen a guy post about the top and
be like, oh my god, I want to get that.
But I feel like girls are more inclined to do
with that.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Yeah, that's so true. But you'll be surprised.
Speaker 3 (06:17):
There would be guys that follow you and they're like, fuck,
that's that apid sick?
Speaker 1 (06:21):
Yeah of course, yeah yeah. And that's why I only
we work with brands that like I actually want to wear,
do you know what I mean? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Yeah, even I'm fucking skeptical.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
Like I'll go on my TikTok on my Instagram and
be like, right, I want to find, like, you know,
for example.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
A foot mask. I want a good foot mask.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
And then I'm looking and then it says hashtag ad
and I'm like, oh, are they getting paid?
Speaker 2 (06:44):
I'm like, do you actually like it?
Speaker 3 (06:45):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (06:46):
Exactly know, And I'm like, that's why it sucks for.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
Me promoting a product because people would also look at
me and be like, I don't know. I'm like, yeah,
I hate that. I hate that for you that you
don't believe me. But it's all I can do. All
I can do is share, and you can either choose to,
you know, believe what I'm saying or not.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
I think that's why like for brands, particularly the brands
that I work with, I only work them for a
prolonged period of time. I don't do one off brand
deals now because for that exact reason, Whereas like if
I'm wearing like, you know, I've been working with you
no clothing for a while now, and people know I've
been wearing their clothes for years. So like even if
it was like an odd posse or something, they know
that I truly believe it because they've seen my face
(07:27):
all over, you know, for the last couple of years.
Speaker 3 (07:29):
When you were using and wearing their stuff before going
on to exactly.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Yeah, but it's not like a one off thing because
like people don't believe it. I don't believe it, you know.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
Yeah, I'm so skeptical.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
Het Another juicy question, what is the most money you've
ever been offered for a primo?
Speaker 1 (07:44):
I don't know. I don't really do a lot. I
just do like long term, long term ones, so it's
hard to say, but like it's usually like, yeah, ten
fifteen K for like like a like a like an endorsement. Yeah,
something like those like one post. Usually it's like a
post and combined with some.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Stories that is really good.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
I think it was. Yeah, it's just usually like the
food ones, I feel like they pay the best, you know,
like the muscle meals and stuff like that, Like.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
They really for me.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
Yeah, I mean I'm working with chef Good and I
love their meals, but that is a really good rate.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
But I think it depends on the timing as well.
Like if you come straight off a show like your
your fees go through the roof, you know what I mean,
they do, And it does come down to your management
and so forth and getting you the rates and that
you know, Like, do you feel like influencing is hard?
Would you say it's like a hard job.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
No, definitely not. It's definitely not hard.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
But I don't think that people fully understand and grasp
the fact that it is like twenty four to seven,
Like I literally never switch off, and like Lockie will
often be like, get off your phone. I'm like, dude,
I'm looking for a song to put over my edits.
I'm editing this video. I'm editing a YouTube. I've got
like five videos that I'm editing. Because you use loads
(09:02):
of platforms, right yeah, like YouTube, reels, Instagram, TikTok. I'm
like I or if I'm watching anything on TikTok, it's
either to inspire.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
You, yes, inspire me.
Speaker 3 (09:14):
And I'm like, okay, what can I soak up today?
And what what What can I watch and how can
I extract from that video to suit my life and
like give me inspiration for my own content creation.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
You've got to keep up with the trends as well,
you do, Like.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
Looking for trends is even so time consuming, And because
I'm such a perfectionist, I would be like, that's not
good enough. I'm not happy with that one strand of hair.
It was out of fucking line.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
So I'm refilming it.
Speaker 3 (09:42):
I'm you know, looking for a good location, cleaning my locations,
and then I obviously make the biggest mess if I'm
filming like a clothing hole. There's shit everywhere, like on
the ceiling, there's a pair of bundies, you know. So
I'm like, it is, it's a lot more than what
people see.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
But I feel like if you want there's influencers that
do like the bare minimum and like that would be easy, right,
But if you want to like excel and like do
the moss, then you have to put in the work
like any other job. Right, you can just take a
box or you can actually like really excel in it,
and like that takes time and getting the trends, making
sure the contents like peak, and it's.
Speaker 3 (10:21):
So crazy because it's different for everyone. Like someone could
blow up from just standing there and being like so
pretty and perfect in an outfit. But I'm like not,
I have to move my dryboat around my whole house
and filmer film me bashing pots and pants for it
to get like fifty thousand views. So I'm like, oh, yes, sick,
(10:42):
that didn't take long at all.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
Guys.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
And then if I post like an outfit video, people
like absolutely not. Her hairs too perfect, her makeups done,
We don't like it. So for me, they want to
see like the real raw you know, organic shit.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
Yeah it's mother. You say that because I haven't seen
a girl pop up my feet a lot recently. Leah
hol done long done or something, and she's.
Speaker 3 (11:04):
Got brown hair, really beautiful lashes. Yeah, example, she's a
pretty girl. She can just like mouth of fucking lyrics.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
She just goes yeah literally like sick, bab, I'm just
over here. Let me fucking trifled in every corner of
the house.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
It's mad.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
It's crazy, But I mean, yeah, different audiences.
Speaker 3 (11:29):
Hey, Like I've probably got a lot of moms following me, Like,
what's your demographic?
Speaker 1 (11:34):
Mine? Just many girls. I have a percentage of guys
as well, but it's mainly just girls.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
Yeah, me too. Girls are what you want though online.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
My girls I think just want me, like actually want me, true,
you know what I mean, where it's like yogas, like
I want to be influenced by you. I want to
know what you're doing and stuff. Like most of these
girls that I follow me, they're just like yeah, just
I think.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
Yeah, I guess it's the same thing. I guess, like
they want to be my friend. They're like, oh, she's
like she's a sick cheek whatever. So yeah, for me,
I feel like I've built my whole profile off my personality.
So if I ever do like fashion shit or like posing,
it's not They're like, that's not what we want to
see from your sky.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
Yeah, but I'm like, well.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
I want to get jos Uffin look pretty sometimes, like
can you just like it anyway?
Speaker 2 (12:19):
They're like, no, fuck off.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
We hate that. Would you say there's any like downsides
of being in the public eye, Ah.
Speaker 3 (12:27):
I guess like privacy is a big thing, you know,
Like obviously I post everything about my life, even my
kids and everything. Like lots of influencers choose not to
share their children online for like safety reasons and stuff
like that.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
But I guess I just don't think like that.
Speaker 3 (12:44):
I'm not like, oh, everyone's out to get us, Like
I just have a really positive mindset. But I do
need to be I guess a little bit safer when
it comes to sharing the kids because I know, yeah,
that is a really touchy subject.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
Yeah. Have you ever had any like stalkers or anything.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
I remember one stalker, but I think he was so harmless,
like he would if he knew I was somewhere, like,
say it the hair salon.
Speaker 2 (13:09):
He would call the hair salon and be like, hey,
can I talk to Sky? And he would do it.
Every time I was somewhere. He would got my stories.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
Like I would post where I was and he would
see that I'm there and then obviously google it and
then call me, Oh.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
My god, that is crazy. Who's got the time for that?
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
And then there's this one guy at the gym. I mean,
I wouldn't call him a stalker, but he has come
up to me a couple of times and said like, oh,
I saw your deal or no Deal episode. And then
and then each time it gets a little bit more
like weird. Like the last time he came up to me,
he's like, oh, you're fading away. I'm like, oh yeah,
like maybe I've lost a bit of weight, and he's like,
(13:50):
but at least the ass is still looking, like.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
Like they all start harmless and then they just eventual
he gets.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
Like And the craziest thing about it was Locky's like
Locky actually pointed this specific dude out to me one time.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
He's like that dude just goes up to every single girl.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
Oh really, he's like one.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
Of those guys. And then I told Locke and he
was fuming.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
That's crazy. Yeah, He's like started just with a conversation
and then he's like confidenting your ass, what's next, sniffing
your bench after you're done with it?
Speaker 2 (14:24):
I know, very mud Yeah I know.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
So I'm just like, oh god, okay, Like but I'm
so friendly and I'm so nice to people, so I'm like,
I wouldn't never want to make him feel bad, like
he thinks he's giving me a compliment.
Speaker 1 (14:36):
Yeah that's right.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
I'm like, Okay, thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
And it does put you in a coming position anyway,
is well, like, how do you like if it did
like eventually like spile more and more like it, Like
that's an award conversation to heart, right, yeah it is.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
But I mean if I if I felt uncomfortable by someone,
I'm pretty blunting up front, like I would definitely be like, look, mate,
I feel uncomfortable. But I just did, like it doesn't
make me feel uncomfortable. I guess because I'm used to it.
Speaker 2 (14:59):
Yeah yeah, like I'm like, oh.
Speaker 3 (15:00):
Well whatever, like yeah, thanks to the compliment, Like that's
the goal, right for the as to look fayit.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
Yeah, And I guess like from like your perspective, like
because you're in the public eye anyway, people would know that,
you know, you've got a partner and stuff, so that
guys would be less inclined to like approach you and weird.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
Right, Definitely. I don't get that often from dudes at all.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
People know, like you're in a relationship and you know
they're not going to try.
Speaker 3 (15:23):
And I don't think I even got a lot of
attention from duds even when I wasn't in a relationship,
Like it's always been about the girls anyway.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
What about you? Have you had any storkers?
Speaker 1 (15:33):
I actually have not any like proper stalkers you have
when we've been out, Yeah, well I'm out every time. Like,
don't get me wrong, Like people would follow and like
they'd ask security guards like where's he gone? Or like
you know, girls would see me go to the bathroom
and then they just be queueing up. I would side
the bathroom for me to wait until I'm done, sort
of thing like. But I wouldn't say they're like weird stalkers.
(15:54):
They just kind of like just a little bit of
a stalker, like a mid grange, a mid range stalkers.
I have a lot of mid range talkers, but I
feel like you have like top specs.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
No, I don't think I wouldn't. I would not classify
what I just spoke about top specs talker.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
It's weird because I feel like I do. I know
you're saying that I do have stalkers in the sense
that like I could have done like a couple of
things in my day and then later on that evening
I get a message and it's just off a random
account and it's like saw you are social brew today
and get them and or saw you saw you at
the gym today you look good at the gym, or
like sometimes it's like, saw your social this morning in
(16:31):
the gym this afternoon, do you know what I mean?
Then it's like, what is going on?
Speaker 2 (16:35):
Yeah, but you wouldn't have thought about it. I'm the same.
I'm like, oh yeah, cool, hey babe.
Speaker 1 (16:39):
I had one that was similar to that. I was
staying in the city at the Carlisle and this skill
had meshed me on a urousay I say, for like
four or five days, and obviously she must have been
staying there as well. I didn't remember seeing her face,
and then she kept mesh me every day and I
only saw it once I left the hotel, and the
last message was something like I'm in such and such room.
I'd love to fuck come and see me and fulfill
(17:02):
my dreams. And I was with one of the boys
and I was like, oh, like should we just like
play along with this? Yeah, So I like remember clicking
on her profile and she was like she would have
been like fifty to fifty over fifty, like old duck,
not old, but like older duck, and like what I'd
normally go for. And I'm she I was like, oh yeah,
like what's your fantasies? Then like we were the boys
(17:23):
laughing and she was like, I just want to be
like fucked on the bed, but with just steaks all
over the bed. I'm happy to pay for all the steaks.
I just want raw meat everywhere and to be fucked
on the bed with it.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Like what you go? You did it right?
Speaker 1 (17:39):
How much?
Speaker 2 (17:41):
That's so main to fly and get her heart?
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Now. I just wanted to see what like what this
girl was thinking, you know. And then when she said that,
I was like, what, so you want like like hundreds
of steaks on the bed and to have sticks on
the bed.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
That's giving I'm aspect.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Yeah, literally, And I had another one that wanted meet
I have sex with her with a bunny hat on,
like a hat with a bunny so I love you.
I was like, my face that bad.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
Cal's offensive.
Speaker 3 (18:10):
He's like, fuck, you know, got to book him for
the boat or you.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
Get weird requests and stuff, isn't it.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
I don't get weird requests like that. I'm so sorry.
Speaker 3 (18:21):
Yeah, but I do get the messages that are like
oh I saw you today, like but they're nice so
from girls, they're obviously not you know, creepy messages. What
do you think the cons are of social media? And
like having an online platform.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
I would say the biggest con that really sort of
tips me off is when people ask for four us
in like a rude way, where like they don't even ask,
Like I'm already happy to take four rows. Like I
love seeing people and people come out to me and
having conversations because it's nice time to see me in
person if they've just been seeing me on TV. Right,
So I'm all for that. But like if I'm say,
having a conversation with you or having a breakfast with you,
(18:57):
and it suddenly just comes in and just puts the
phone in your face, It's like WHOA, Like I have
some respect, do you know what I mean? Like it's
not hard to just be like, oh can I get
a four? Or that really triggers me.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
Yeah right, But but I guess maybe looking at it
from there, well, I mean it could go two ways.
They're either bitching about you and laughing about you and
sending it to all their friends being like oh this girl,
or they're maybe just too intimidated or scared to ask
for a photo because in their eyes they're.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Like holy shit, like he's so famous, Like I'm sorry scared. Yeah,
Like it's two different.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
Reasons, you know, But I have experienced people like sneakily
taking videos and shit, and it's uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
Yeah, oh I don't mind that. Like if somebodys taking
a video from a far I'm just like whatever, like
that's fine. It's more like when I'm actually having a
conversation with you and or like with something and they
just come up into your grill, you know what I mean,
Like on a night out. I get it you're a
bit drunk, Like that's fine, But like if I'm in
a shopping center or something and like somebody just comes
into chums a fall in your face, You're like whoa, Like,
(19:57):
just ask for the four, just say anything. They don't
say anything sometimes, Yeah, especially when they're with groups and stuff.
That's probably like a downside that I don't really like.
And then also like not being able to go out
with my friends in social settings without getting like distracted.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
Yeah, oh my god, I'm so bad for that.
Speaker 1 (20:13):
I feel bad for my friends when I go out
with them, because then like I'm just a wall taking
photos with everyone and I actually haven't spent any time
with whoever's birthday was.
Speaker 3 (20:22):
Yeah, I feel that too, but they just my friends
are so understanding. They're like, oh, she's gonna fucking go
off and have like make new friends. But I feel
like even if I wasn't talking to people who knew me,
I feel like I would be like that anyway on
the gifts, I would just be like hey, then like
I would just make friends with people. But yeah, it
is hard. Your friends definitely have to take the backseat and.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
One hundred percent, And like what's even worse is if
you go up with one other person. That's yes, if
you go out with like you know, the groups and
I was like five of you, then like you know,
you're getting distracted by taking photos of talking to people.
You know that they still got their group, they're still
having fun.
Speaker 2 (20:59):
Yeah, they've still got the are other friends.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
Yeah, Well it's like if it's just you and one
of the person, You're like, this is not gonna end
well for you, because she's either going to be left
alone by yourself or she's gonna be taking four of
you all night with random people.
Speaker 3 (21:09):
Yeah, yeah, definitely.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
And I know they get.
Speaker 3 (21:14):
A bit neglected, the old girlfriends and guy friends. But
my friends are so sweet about it, and yeah, we
always do go out as a group. Because they're like,
I'm fucking going out with you alone. Another con which
doesn't really affect me, but I know that it would
affect other people who are more sensitive, is like the
hate comments and like the people just commenting just the
(21:35):
most horrible shit, you know, and like the dms, Like
I've got a few haters in the DMS that are like, yuck,
you look so old or like just the worst shit
like oh, look after your kids, like you're not even
a good mom, like shit like that.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
How do you find overcome that?
Speaker 2 (21:51):
Like I find it fucking hilarious.
Speaker 3 (21:53):
I just scroll and I'm like, oh my god, this
person's like really going at it for.
Speaker 1 (21:58):
To like reply.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Sometimes I would reply, but no, she's.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
Just not worth it, because that's what they're trying to get, right,
They're trying to get like that reaction out of Yeah.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
Also, there was this time I was in Melbourne and
this girl had messaged me and she's like, oh, your
partner's cheating on you, locky, Like you should ask him
about this girl her name is such and such And
I was like what, and she's like for giving me
these details, I'm like, why would she make that up?
So I'm messaging this brand because she's like, oh, she
models for Princess Polly. So I'm like, fark off, I'm
(22:31):
heavily pregnant. I'm like, Lucky, what the fuck is this?
He's like, dude, no, like, no, that's not true. So
I'm messaging the brand being like, hey, has a girl
called this ever worked for you?
Speaker 2 (22:40):
No? No, no not. Couldn't find her in the following list.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
Nothing told my friend or maybe I posted it to
my close friends, and my girlfriend was like, fuck off
this bitch.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
She's like, I'm going to message her.
Speaker 3 (22:52):
I'm like, all right, go for it, because I was like,
is this girl telling the truth?
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Like I want to know.
Speaker 3 (22:57):
And then my friend messaged her and goes, hey, i've
got your number. If you don't start talking and give
us the details, i'm gonna leak your number. And she's
like oh no, no, no, I'm so sorry. I just wanted
a reaction out of her, like it's not true.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
This that bah blah.
Speaker 1 (23:11):
Go through the head.
Speaker 3 (23:13):
I'm like, dude, you're telling a heavily pregnant girl that
her partner's cheating on her and it's happened to Lockey too.
Like people will message him and be like oh I
heard this, I overheard this or this and that. I'm like,
oh my god, what is wrong with people making this
shit out?
Speaker 1 (23:30):
No, it happens to me a lot in that sense
as well with when I'm seeing the girl. Yeah, like
even with my ex, she would get like messages and
screenshots of my conversation with another girl and then and
then they'd be like, oh my god, like what the
fuck this girl has just messaged me saying that you've
been linking up when you're doing this, and I've got
the screenshots, got the evidence, and like show me the evidence.
(23:51):
Show me. Then they show me and I'm like, all right,
let me get her up on my phone and it's
like three years ago. Yeah, yeah, you know what I mean,
Like make that makes sense. But people just want to,
like I don't know, like bring you down sometimes for
no reason.
Speaker 2 (24:03):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (24:04):
I'm like, God, imagine having that much time that you
could do that and send that and like want a
reaction from someone else. I'm like, dude, I'm way too
busy for that shit. Yeah, se And like if it's
never crossed.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
My mind, I obviously get you know, some hit stuff
through the DMS and that sort of thing as well.
Touch like I'm gonna get too many because I'm not
that controversial. I feel like if you're more controversial, you
get a bit more of it.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
I would say you are controversial.
Speaker 3 (24:29):
Like I remember there was something on I'm a celebri
you talking about a girl and you were like, you know,
if you FaceTime her and she doesn't answer, it means
she's got a banged up fucking head and she's.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
A no goat, And I'm like, oh my god, did
you fuck? That's so crazy.
Speaker 3 (24:43):
I'm like, if I said that, I would get absolutely destroyed.
I would be like I'd have no a hole left
someone to come and rip it out. Like I'm like,
I think it's certain people like, yeah, yeah it is,
and like I can even I feel like, as I
am so silly and I don't think before I say shit,
(25:03):
people are like, oh no, like, don't take it that
way because she's actually a bit you know, she's not
all there.
Speaker 1 (25:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
I think it really depends on the person.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Yeah, your personality, Like if you're harmless and like malicious
and you're not saying it in that context, can kind
of get away.
Speaker 3 (25:22):
With it, you know, not that we want to get
away with it, we don't know or be controversial.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
But over the years, I think once I started gaining.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
More popularity, people would pick apart what I would say.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
Yeah, you know, even I've noticed that with you in
the short time. Yeah, yeah, you say one little thing.
I remember the silarium thing. Oh you got absolutely charcoal?
Speaker 2 (25:45):
That was from like three years ago. And like, my
friends will send me shit and they're like, have you
seen this? I'm like, oh, for fox sake, yeah, what
is it now?
Speaker 1 (25:53):
What have I said?
Speaker 2 (25:53):
No? Is it now? I'm like, oh my gosh, it's
so annoying.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
But the way I look at it is that like,
no one's gonna try and bring you down or say
a negative comment or anything like that. If they're doing
better than.
Speaker 3 (26:05):
You or well or well, they're happy with their own life's.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
Right, is a part of them that wants to bring
people down because they're not happy with where they.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
Are, yeah, or they're envious of your life.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
No one's going to put a negative comment on your post.
If they're super happy with their life, they're super happy
with their family, Like, they're not gonna bother. Why waste
your time commenting? Like, I know, negative.
Speaker 3 (26:27):
Stuff, right, I would love to get inside one of
those people's heads just for a day and like break
it down and understand so I can tell people who
do get affected by it, Hey listen, yeah, this is
what's going on.
Speaker 1 (26:40):
Yeah. I think it's hard to deal with the negative
stuff if it's like your first TV show, for example, Maths,
Like I know a couple of people, yeah, same same,
But Maths come is kind of known to have like
a villain and it's just the way they edit it.
And like if you're not used to being in the
(27:01):
public eye and you come off a shot like that
and then you've been made able to be the villain.
But you know, you could have the best experience on Maths,
youse come out thinking your life can be great now,
and then you've been portrayed as a villain. Then I
think that can be like impactful because it's like bang
all at once.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
Definitely, they like bullying.
Speaker 3 (27:17):
It's like when that many people are coming at you
and saying horrible, nasty shit, like it can wear you down.
Like I've been through that situation so many times. But
I'm glad, I'm thankful. I'm like, you know what, I've
built up such a resilience to all of that shit now,
but I feel like it's because of what I've been
through and it was pretty bad, Like you.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
Just sort of developed like thicker skin, right whatever.
Speaker 3 (27:42):
What has been your experience with paparazzis or have you
ever had a friend brought you out?
Speaker 1 (27:47):
Yeah, I've had a few like encungcters with like paparazzis.
They just kind of know where you're at sometimes, like
especially at airports and stuff.
Speaker 2 (27:56):
Well if you post where you're going, yeah.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
They're red hot on you. I've been rapped out, I
guess by like a random random person. I had one
of the pups that I know that works the Daily Mail.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Yeah, because they make contact with you sometimes.
Speaker 1 (28:12):
Yeah, And I don't mind that if a paparazzi makes
contact with me or somebody from the Daily Mail makes
contact with me, I'm like this is good.
Speaker 2 (28:18):
Yeah, because like if I get a heads up.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
Yeah, you get a heads up. And also like if
you've got like a big event or like or a
breakup or something like that, you can actually speak to
them and let them know and give them like your
side of the story before like another sort of like
source gets it and then like miss misconlludes.
Speaker 3 (28:36):
It yeah, yeah, or mixes it up.
Speaker 1 (28:40):
Yeah. So I was one of the boys from the
Daily Mail was mesh Be like, oh, you go on
an Ossie Shaw like you do an AUSSI show, like
trying to like get a story together. And I was like, no, like,
I'm not going on as show because you obviously you've
got to sign like NDA agreements.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
Right yeah, and it's going to be a surprise.
Speaker 1 (28:55):
Yeah, exactly. So I was like, no, there's no way
I'm going to show this year. I'm having a bit
of a break blah blah blah blah. And then like
I land in Cans and then that night he's buzzing
up my phone like no tomorrow or you liar you
said you? Yeah, like full popping off at me, screaming
like joy hold the phone and you're like youre He
(29:16):
was that loud yelling. I was there, right.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
I don't know what it is about paps, but they're
really like.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Aggressive, yeah, and they think they own you.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
They're so aggressive it's scary.
Speaker 1 (29:26):
Yeah, Like I had that and I was like, yeah, mate,
I'm just in Cans on holidays, Like, no, you're not
you lia. I saw you check into the hotel that
they usually use so obviously, like somebody in that vicinity
has like said to them that I'm going nosey short.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
Well you're like, okay, mate, Well I fucking said no,
and I've got every right to tell you I'm not
fucking here, so fuck off. Yes, seriously, what the actual dude? Yeah,
one of my paps dudes, he got so aggressive one
time and I was at the hair salon and he followed.
I think I posted it and he rocked up and
(30:01):
there was people that were doing roadworks knocking on the
window being like, oh, there's this dude here. He said,
he's waiting for you. Are you good with that? Like
they could tell it was weird, and I'm like, oh, yeah, whatever,
just fucking you. Gotta put dinner on the table. Yeah,
just let him do his thing. And then I came
out and I put my jacket on and I went
(30:21):
over and chatted to him.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
I'm like, are they good?
Speaker 1 (30:23):
Like?
Speaker 3 (30:23):
And the pick's good at least, and he's like, take
your jacket off, you know, get the get the boobs out,
and I'm like no, and he's like he started going
off at me. I'm like, I'm sorry, is my nipple
your nipple? Like what actually are you going on about?
Speaker 1 (30:38):
I tell you what they are good at keeping like
a disguise. Because I've been in the airport on numerous occasions,
especially Sydney. I think Sydney's the worst for it. I
had one guy like fullfilming, going through the whole airport
picking up my bag, coming off the car, like all
of this, get into my taxi the lot. Didn't even
know he was there, didn't even know he was there.
And like on another occasion, I've been in in the
(31:00):
airport and like I've been drinking a coffee and like
a random come up to me and be like, excuse me,
you know that person of their sickond floorers and like
where and if you just see the bush like this,
Like what the fuck?
Speaker 2 (31:10):
You're like, that's mental.
Speaker 1 (31:12):
You're gonna get a good one, And like, yeah, I know.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
I was like this.
Speaker 3 (31:18):
It's so funny when people are like oh no, no, no,
I'm like, oh gosh.
Speaker 2 (31:21):
But how annoying would that be twenty four.
Speaker 1 (31:24):
Seven, especially for like actually famous people. I can't even
know their house.
Speaker 2 (31:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (31:29):
A paparazzi followed me to the school after I had
my surgery, followed me literally had no idea followed me
to the kids' school drop off and was papping me there.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
I'm like, dude, it's my kid's school.
Speaker 1 (31:43):
Like, come on, that's scary. Know where you're going to follow?
Speaker 2 (31:47):
You know where I live. They know where I live.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
That's why I got it. I keep some of like
a lot of my life like actually like private, yeah,
for that reason, because I don't want people to know
exactly where I live or what gyms I go to,
or like my routine is, do you know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (32:02):
I don't mind, but when the kids are involved and
when they're going to the kids' school, I'm like, yeah,
that's not cool. Like my house has got great security,
but I'm like, yeah, I just don't know if I
feel comfortable people knowing where my kids are when I'm.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
Not there exactly. And You've got to think of all
the other kids and the mums. I don't want to
be having their kids on camera and stuff, you know.
Speaker 3 (32:23):
Hundred But yeah, love our lives as influences or social
media people or whatever. Yeah, I would say, I would
say there's more pros and con anyway.
Speaker 2 (32:35):
Guys. That concludes the episode. Thank you so much for
joining in.
