  My spirit guides told me toshare one of the latest monthly
  calls that I had with mycoalition membership.
  It is a channeled, energeticcleansing meditation and it's
  different every single time.
  I don't prep for it at all.

  I have no idea what's going tocome through when I get started,
  but it was so powerful that Ifeel like I just had to share it
  with you, and I know the energyhas been intense.
  I know that it's not going tolevel off anytime soon.
  Macro and micro were kind of inthe soup for a little while, so
  I wanted to have something foryou to soak in.

  I wanted to have something foryou to do so that you can
  actually take this into accountand start making changes in your
  own life, but from a place ofenergetic resonance, when you
  are taking responsibility foryour energy.
  When you are takingresponsibility for the way that
  you are showing up in your life,things will start to change and

  mirror back to you the energythat you are exuding, and that
  is true no matter what.
  I mean that's really the wholepoint of manifestation.
  It's not really that it's justso magical and woo-woo it kind
  of is.
  But whether or not you know it,you are creating the life that
  you're in.
  You are manifesting the resultsthat you are seeing in your

  life, and this is an opportunityfor you to get into the
  driver's seat of your life, intothe driver's seat of what it is
  that you are here to be doingsoul level.
  That's the entire point of thispodcast.
  What does it mean to come hereas a soul to experience a human
  life?
  If it's true which it is thatyou have infinity times,

  infinity options in this, chooseyour own adventure situation.
  Of course caveat, asterisk itdepends on the situation that
  you're given, the tools thatyou've been given, what you do
  with it is up to you Whether ornot you choose to embody your
  soul level, infinite self inorder to make decisions, or you

  choose to feel limited by yoursurroundings, by your current
  situation.
  It's completely up to you.
  So my hope is that with thismeditation, with this energetic
  practice, that you will get achance to soak in your own
  energy and take away anythingelse that's getting in your way,

  that's weighing on yourshoulders, that doesn't need to
  be there.
  You deserve to live this lifefrom your soul, and the only
  thing truly stopping you fromthat is you, your own level of
  perception and awareness andeducation.

  That gets to change as soon asyou have greater awareness.
  You get to start playing withmore things, changing more
  things, and that's where thedoorway to your soul level life
  gets blown open.

  space for just yourself, nodriving, no being around people,

  Well, let's start by washing allthat junk off.
  How about that?
  Shake it off, start shaking.
  Jiggle those thighs.

  Thank them for jiggling, thankthe jiggle is what I'm hearing.
  That's funny.
  My money don't jiggle, jiggle,it pulls.
  That's funny.
  Okay, cool, we're going to gowith that.
  All right, let's activate ourteam of light to come in and
  
  (06:45):
  help with all of their wisdomand insight and bird's eye view
  and encouragement and have themform a circle around our space
  to protect the process.
  Interesting, interesting wording.
  The process Interesting,interesting wording.
  
  (07:05):
  You don't need to be aprofessional in here.
  You can be just the human sideof you here you can let all of
  that shit go.
  You don't have to be anythingin here.
  You can be messy.
  You can just leave it at thedoor, take a big deep breath in
  
  (07:28):
  and then shake it all out.
  Sigh it all out.
  The uglier let's make oh,interesting.
  Let's make it ugly.
  Let's make it ugly.
  Let's play with what it lookslike to be ugly and unpalatable.
  Take a deep breath in and makethe ugliest sounds and the
  ugliest faces.
  Make your body feel like it'sokay to be in the shit, okay to
  
  (07:51):
  be messy, okay to be not just so.
  Keep shaking a little bit.
  Let's activate some energy.
  Going in here and as you shake,shake, shake, imagine that we're
  raising, raising, raising ourvibration, raising our heart
  rate, raising our energy, andwe're also just sloughing off,
  
  (08:14):
  shaking off, letting go ofanything that doesn't need to be
  here with us, anybody else'senergy, even the way that we've
  been holding in our stomach allday and tightening our core and
  fitting in just right and sayingthe right things any way that
  we've been limiting ourselvesand restricting ourselves.
  Let it go.
  Take a deep breath in, shake,shake, shake it out.
  
  (08:38):
  Okay, so we're doing some vocalwarmups, activating the throat
  today.
  What we're going to do is somevocal trills, kind of like in an
  ambulance, a siren, and imaginethat all of that energy is just
  
  (09:11):
  taking out all the cobwebs inhere, in here, and then like,
  see if you can feel thevibration as you go up and down
  and where that resonates in yourbody, as you go into your head,
  voice up here, imagine thatit's resonating in here and
  shaking off all those cobwebs.
  And as you go down into yourchest, see if you could feel it
  in your body moving all thatenergy, all that stuck energy.
  And imagine that it's like acleaning sound, cleaning tone,
  
  (09:33):
  cleaning vibration.
  Imagine that that resonance,resonance, that vibration is
  even going past your body downthrough your feet, going into
  your energy body.
  To imagine that that sound, asthat sound is reaching the
  different surfaces and bouncingback to you, you are cleaning
  your space and your energy aswell.
  
  (09:55):
  So keep going as you come backinto your body, close your eyes
  for a second and see if you canimagine or sense, recall what
  
  (10:15):
  that sounds like.
  Imagine that it's echoing inyour space and you're being
  reflected by your space.
  Your energy is going out.
  You are tuning your space, yourenergy, your surroundings like
  a tuning fork.
  You are setting the vibration,you are setting the energy set
  point, you are setting what youwill and won't accept in your
  
  (10:37):
  space.
  This is yours, your energy.
  You are in command of it, youare in control of it, you are in
  charge of it.
  You are managing your life.
  This is not anybody else's life.
  This is not anybody else'sdecisions to make.
  These are not anybody else'swords or feelings or thoughts or
  judgments or anything to have.
  This is yours, yours, yours,yours, yours.
  And as you do this, you areprogramming your energy, your
  
  (11:01):
  body, your space to reflect youback to you.
  So recall for a second thesound of your voice being
  reflected back to you by yoursurroundings, like an
  echolocation type exercise In360 degrees.
  So even you can start to hearan echo, like, like a
  
  (11:23):
  harmonization, like a choir, allthe way around you, of your
  voice being reflected back toyou and all of the energy around
  you is being tuned to you, yourenergy signature.
  Bring to mind, in the past month, anytime that you have felt
  imposter syndrome, anytime thatyou have felt doubt, anytime
  
  (11:45):
  that you have wavered in yourconnection, in your faith, in
  your assuredness of what youknow, what you know, you know
  anytime that there has been awobble in the strength of your
  own vibration and your clarityand what you've come here to do,
  bring that to mind, give it acolor, give it a substance.
  
  (12:08):
  What does it look like and feellike?
  And imagine that that's beenlodged in your body and your
  energy and your space, in yourenergy, in your space and as you
  sit, in the vibration of yourown voice coming back to you,
  cleaning up your energy and yourspace.
  Imagine that the cobwebs ofthat wobble, of that doubt, of
  
  (12:31):
  that imposter syndrome, arebeing cleared away, shaken off
  by the vibration of your voiceand effortlessly blown away by
  your breathing, by your sound.
  If you need to activate thatsound again, go ahead and
  
  (12:57):
  imagine that you are literallycreating that sound wave
  resonance and see that sine wavegoing up and down and up and
  down, coming out of you cleaningup and down, up and down in
  your room, underneath thefurniture, underneath the layers
  of things, in between thepapers.
  Whether you know it exists orwhether you don't it, it doesn't
  
  (13:17):
  matter.
  It's being taken care of by youbeing on this call right now,
  and imagine that energy isinfinite, which is true.
  Imagine that your voice isreaching past the four walls of
  the room that you're in and isreaching the exact right people,
  the exact opportunities thatare a match for your voice, your
  
  (13:40):
  energy, the way that is now Notthe wobbly energy that you were
  embodying before, whether itwas for a second or for a week.
  This is the energy we choose,dropped in, connected and
  committed and in full, 100%connection and trust.
  This is what we came here to do.
  
  (14:04):
  This is what we came here toanchor.
  This is the world we're here tocreate and whatever the mess
  quote, unquote, mess looks likeright now, if it doesn't look
  like what you think it'ssupposed to look like, quote,
  unquote right, that's okay, youare right on time, you are right
  on schedule and you anchoringthe energy today on this call is
  enough.
  That's the only assignment,even if it's a reality you can't
  
  (14:30):
  see yet.
  You are anchoring the energy,which is the first step.
  Anything that's been created inthis world, in this 3D world,
  has always started with an idea,with the energy matching that
  idea, creating the momentum ofthe energy and the idea,
  
  (14:52):
  believing that something thatdoesn't exist yet might actually
  be possible, and then movingforward step by step, step back
  by step, back in the directionof the energy.
  Do I go left, do I go right, doI sit, do I move?
  You will know when you getthere and you don't have to have
  
  (15:12):
  all the answers right now.
  You just have to be here.
  That's it.
  We are getting ready to walkthrough a big doorway of energy
  that's going to require a stronganchor into the world, micro
  
  (15:34):
  and macro, that we want tocreate an anchor into.
  We have to be the ones to holdour own.
  We are acting as a network,which means we're not doing it
  all by ourselves, but everysingle person needs to work in a
  
  (15:55):
  team, as a team, as a teammember, and hold up their own.
  End of the bargain which ishilarious that we were talking
  about that earlier 100%.
  That is exactly the lesson ofthis.
  We don't have to do it all, butwe do have to do our part.
  All we have to do is show upheart, open eyes, open ears,
  open hands, open, ready.
  
  (16:16):
  That's it.
  We will know what to do when weget there.
  Second idea coming through wehave to be able to hold, being
  seen, being perceived, beingreceived, being and trying,
  being and failing.
  In whatever totality we are, wehave to be okay, being whatever
  
  (16:42):
  it is that we are on any dayand knowing that people are
  looking and knowing that it'snot our job, what they take away
  from that.
  It is okay to be seen aswhatever it is, because, at the
  end of the day, what they see isnot us, it's a reflection of
  them.
  We will never be fully seen onthis realm.
  
  (17:05):
  Even we don't have the capacityto see ourselves in the 360 at
  all times in this realm.
  We don't have that.
  So if we can't fully knowourselves ever, then we cannot
  expect anyone else to meet usthere fully in this lifetime.
  And that is okay.
  That's not what we came for.
  
  (17:26):
  We came to experience beingourselves and forgiving
  ourselves for not being able tosee it all.
  We were never meant to see itall.
  We were never meant to see itall.
  We were never meant to heal itall.
  We were never meant to do itall, and that's okay and that's
  
  (17:48):
  perfect.
  So if it's true that we can doabsolutely anything, then where
  are we, the ones standing on ourown way?
  Where are we not doingsomething because we're a little
  scared that it might not workfor us?
  Where are we being the onesthat are in the way of the
  
  (18:11):
  energy coming in or of us takingthe action.
  And then also, where are wejudging ourselves for just being
  human, for just having like ashit day, like that's okay too.
  We don't need to be high vibeall the fucking time.
  We can be messy and discouragedand annoyed and bitchy, like
  
  (18:31):
  this is cool, it's cool, youknow, you know.
  So I think there's somethingabout the power of choosing
  anyway, the power of choosingagain, the power of choosing the
  light even though it's dark,because it would be very easy to
  
  (18:54):
  drown, to let ourselves justfucking drown already.
  But we're here for a reason,and if we were meant to be not
  here, then we wouldn't be here.
  So we will never have all thepuzzle pieces and we will never
  have all the context or theexplanations or the logic of
  anything, but just trusting thatsomewhere, soul level, we
  
  (19:17):
  signed ourselves up for this,which gives us a little bit more
  power back.
  Okay, if I chose this, I don'tknow why, and I received the
  energy and the lessons that I'mhere to receive.
  And what's coming through nowis the lesson is not necessarily
  for ourselves.
  Us taking on a hardship or astruggle or even a sense of
  
  (19:45):
  doubt and imposter syndrome isnot necessarily just meant for
  us to learn something.
  It could also be a lesson forsomebody else about that how to
  support somebody else better,how to love somebody else better
  , how to communicate a littlebit better, how to do the same
  for themselves.
  We don't know and we won't know, and that's okay.
  Just because we don't have theunderstanding doesn't mean the
  
  (20:07):
  experience isn't valid andcrucial and important.
  One of the cards that I pulledwhile we were talking is this
  light codes one, and I have notbeen drawn to this deck.
  It's the gateway of lightactivation to this deck.
  It's the gateway of lightactivation, but again, it's a
  sense of doorway, it's a senseof new beginning.
  It's a sense of like okay,whatever it was, the shit storm
  
  (20:27):
  that we just went through islike a precursor to this new
  door, opening energy, and I waslike cool, so I guess I'm
  working with that one tonight.
  This says light codes,energetic shift, new information
  , end of a.
  For me, it very much brings uplike the reverberation of sound
  that we were doing, like the.
  We hold the light and we don'thave to do anything to prove
  
  (20:49):
  that we hold the light, todecide to hold.
  It's nothing, it's just who weare and it's how our voice
  reaches the way it has to hit.
  It's not our business anymore.
  Voice reaches the way it has tohit.
  It's not our business anymore.
  We can just sit in the channel,sit in the grounding, sit in
  
  (21:11):
  the connection and speak andthat's enough.
  And then that ties back to whatit is that I'm doing now, cause
  I literally do not prep forthese calls, you guys, I have no
  idea what's going to come outof my mouth.
  And the fact that I'm stilltalking 27 minutes in like I
  could not have done that 20years ago Like crazy.
  But the sense of trust andsurrender that has to happen for
  that to just flow through is achoice.
  
  (21:35):
  Is a choice to step ontosomething you cannot see and
  know that some of them gettingbig chills on that and know that
  something is going to catch you, that you will not just be
  there naked on the stage, notknowing your line and just being
  like fuck.
  You will be caught.
  You will be supported.
  You will be because you haveshown up, because you have done
  
  (21:59):
  the work to be here.
  The commitment to be on be here, the commitment to be on this
  call, the commitment to everysingle decision that has brought
  you to this point right now inyour life, you have shown up and
  with every single example thatyou have in the past of things
  that have gone wrong and thenresolutions that have fallen
  into your lap, people thatchecked on you, people that came
  
  (22:21):
  through for you, people thatjust called you and gave you an
  opportunity, you won't know howthe universe shows up for you
  until you step and as you walk,you are being shown step by step
  by step by step.
  What is true about you, aboutthe universe that you choose to
  
  (22:41):
  believe in because you don'thave to.
  People don't even believe thatthe fucking earth is round at
  this point, like that's where weare.
  But you are here to bridge therealms, to bring forward
  something new, to take a standfor this life, this life, this
  life.
  And in order to do that, youcannot be afraid to be seen and
  
  (23:05):
  fuck it up.
  Big chills on that.
  You can be seen in the fuckupness of yourself, and that is
  the lesson the gift.
  I was gonna say sacrificial lamb, but that's not quite it, but
  it's like the offering.
  
  (23:26):
  That's what it is.
  It's the offering that you giveto others around you.
  It's okay to be seen in themess because it makes it okay to
  be the mess for everybody elseto be seen and perceived in.
  That it's okay to be seentrying.
  It's okay to be seen to bevulnerable period.
  
  (23:48):
  When you are vulnerable period,you can also be in places and
  spaces with other people who arewilling to play the game,
  willing to be in the arena withyou.
  There will always be people whodon't get it, who criticize, who
  talk shit.
  Those are not our people.
  That's okay.
  
  (24:10):
  They're in their own version ofthe world.
  That's fine.
  One day, when they decide to ornot, they have the opportunity
  to to actually live their lifefully, like we've chosen to.
  But that's not where most peoplelive.
  It's fucking scary to do this.
  It's scary and it's weird andit's not what we've been taught.
  
  (24:37):
  So we're basically breaking allthe rules and we're making it
  up as we go, but that will edit.
  That is the thing that isrequired for us to be the
  leaders in where we're going.
  What has been will not standfor much longer.
  
  (24:57):
  Stand for much longer.
  The world and the systems thatwe have grown up with were never
  meant to last this long, evenas it did.
  It's like a cancer that's beengrowing and growing and growing
  Across the world.
  You can see it.
  So, with climate change, withpolitical unrest, with
  everything happening, the volumegetting so loud, the people who
  
  (25:18):
  are doing this work are theones that will be hold on.
  I was gonna say be successful.
  They're like no.
  I was gonna say be okay.
  They're like no, that will beperiod, huh okay.
  
  (25:41):
  So in the being, you are goingto have days where you're not
  okay.
  You are going to have days whenyou're not successful.
  You're going to have freakingamazing days and you will be
  able to have the foundation andthe baseline to come back to
  when you're knocked around.
  You always come back.
  
  (26:01):
  Most people will TKO'd likeright off the bat and they will
  be the ones who are freaking outin crisis.
  They will be the ones who don'tknow what to do.
  They will be the ones who abusetheir resources.
  They will be the ones who don'tknow how to be in community and
  mutual aid and support.
  We have the skills to quicklyassess a situation, check in
  
  (26:25):
  with ourselves and know exactlywhat we need to do.
  We can have a breakdown, but wehave the skills and the tools,
  the knowledge, the connection,the insights, the resources.
  Interesting whoa that we needto be to know what's next, to
  make the call to make thedecision to take a step forward,
  because we have been doing thetraining wheels of step by step,
  
  (26:48):
  by step by step.
  We have known in the world thathas been what that looks like,
  even though we've been judged.
  We've been weird.
  People don't understand that isgoing to be turned up very soon
  .
  I don't know why, I don't knowwhat, but that's what's coming
  
  (27:15):
  through.
  I don't know what's going tohappen next, but they're having
  us close eyes.
  Feel your energy radiating fromyou now.
  Feel the heat coming off ofyour body now.
  Feel how, far beyond your body,you actually take up space.
  Feel how big you actually areand imagine that your small
  human body, consciousnessexperience finite life is not
  
  (27:40):
  the totality of who you are.
  Life is not the totality of whoyou are, because it's not so.
  Doing your life from this humanplace will keep you small and
  afraid and stuck and catatonicand overwhelmed and in anxiety,
  because that is the experience,that is the design of the
  experience, because we can't getthis experience anywhere else.
  
  (28:02):
  But knowing that we have extratools, knowing that we are
  actually more than this we cantap into, more than this we are
  more than this we can tap intomore than this.
  We can create more than this aswe soak in this energy.
  
  (28:26):
  Again, imagine that this energyis reaching, doing the work,
  paving the way, lighting the way, attracting experiences that
  can feel more supportive gentler, more connected, more
  
  (28:47):
  supportive gentler, moreconnected, even and especially
  for us.
  We get to experience everything, everything, because we are
  everything.
  So bring in the visual of thatmagnet, how our energy attracts
  experiences, how our energyattracts like-minded people to
  our space to support us, toremind us of who we are when
  we've forgotten, when we've lostour voice.
  
  (29:12):
  Who can remind us of what ourvoice sounds like, when our body
  is not supporting us in the waythat we want and we're feeling
  betrayed by our own experience?
  Bring those people close whocan remind us of who we actually
  are.
  We're not the body.
  
  (29:33):
  We are passengers, interestingpassengers of the experience.
  Passengers of the experience.
  We can choose to have an easierexperience and stay more in an
  observer mode.
  
  (29:53):
  Be immersed in the experienceto the degree that we are
  willing to be immersed.
  Choose to believe the story ofthe people that we are
  surrounded by to the degree thatwe allow ourselves to be.
  Let the experience and ourchoices dictate what happens
  next, not others' set point ofenergy, not what others have
  
  (30:16):
  experienced in the past.
  That is the past.
  You are an anomaly.
  It's funny.
  You are an anomaly, it's funny.
  You are an outlier.
  You are not what they have seenbefore.
  Oh, interesting.
  
  (30:42):
  Let's open up to the truth ofyou unzipping your human suit

  weirder, than we are outliers.
  That doesn't make us morespecial at all, but we do have a
  little bit more access becausewe've chosen to acknowledge that
  side of ourselves that existsfor everyone.
  Not everyone is there yet, andthat's okay.
  We are at the forefrontInteresting.

  hard, because if things wereeasy, it wouldn't hold as much
  weight to ourselves, to thepeople watching, human or soul
